Uzależnienia i emocje

Rate this book

Autorki pokazują również, w jaki sposób odbudować relacje, tworzyć system wsparcia, by skutecznie stawiać czoła wyzwalaczom i zapobiegać nawrotom.

Uzależnienia i emocje to pierwszy krok w stronę samopoznania, miłości do siebie i osobistej przemiany.

Very thoughtful and user-friendly workbook for those experiencing loss and disharmony in their lives. I think it would best be used in conjunction with working with a therapist or social worker--some of the revelations that could come up would be good to unpack with support.

This book offers useful exercises and questions for improving the life of people not struggling with addictions as well. Highly recommended.

Well, this book is catching on as a great resource for therapists working in addictions. It's used in classes, groups, and recently in the prison system to help folks in recovery. One of the things I hear often is that it is so easy to read and use, which is a pleasant change for a book on addictions. If you know someone who is struggling with addiction, this book may be helpful.

Even for those who may not believe they need help

I picked up this book to deal with grief and anxiety leading me to my addictions. It is a lot of work, but if you put in the time and effort, you will learn quite a bit about yourself and how you want to change.

It seems that the author is trying to coerce mindfulness on treatment of addiction with some ambiguous terms without any explanation, reasoning or proof. In terms of mindfulness techniques, there is nothing new.

Rubbish.

This book appears to be structured quite effectively and could prove beneficial for newcomers to the topic. Nevertheless, l wouldn't recommend it to professionals or those already well-versed in the subject matter

Probably one of the most thought provoking books I’ve read. Challenges you to think and make changes to your everyday life. Helped me come out of my shell and experience things in a different light
