Lessons learnt:
- you have to give a damn about ppl . you have got to be interested in what they are trying to achieve and want to help them if you can
-it’s not about the skills in the work room , it’s knowing why you are in the room in the first place
-the receptionists are the unsung heroes of most businesses
-What gets measured gets done
- networking is about connecting ppl. the more u connect, the more connections u receive back.
