It's been five years since Bridget returned home, five years since she last saw the guys who ripped her heart out with betrayal.
When her best friend devises a plan to make them realize their mistakes, it unexpectedly becomes reality.
Now, Bridget must confront lingering feelings for her childhood loves while navigating newfound emotions for her best friend, all while resisting the allure of the life she once envisioned.
Will Bridget find it in herself to forgive the betrayals and lies, and pursue the life she always dreamed of, or will she leave for good this time?
Broken Wing is the third and final book in the Infinity Wing series, and it brings Bridget’s story to a raw, emotional, and ultimately healing close. From the very first chapter, her pain and resilience are front and center. The author doesn't shy away from difficult themes—there are strong content warnings here—but everything is written with care and intention.
Bridget’s past is heartbreaking, and watching her confront it with strength is nothing short of inspiring. While the story includes the perspectives of her three love interests and her best friend (yes, it’s a poly romance!), the spotlight is firmly on Bridget. Some readers may wish for more insight into the others’ minds, but focusing on her arc gives the story emotional depth and clarity.
The pacing is steady, and the world- and character-building carry through beautifully from the previous books. The found family dynamics are particularly well done—offering grounding moments of warmth and tough love. There’s miscommunication, pain, but also healing, growth, and a very much earned HEA.
As a conclusion to the Infinity Wing series, Broken Wing delivers. It’s raw, honest, and uplifting in all the right places. Just be sure to read the TWs—this book doesn’t hold back, but it does offer hope and closure.
Broken Wing is the third and final book in the Infinity Wings series written by Kaytie Marie.

Bridget has enjoyed these last five years living in New York. She met her now best friend and roommate while taking classes at Juilliard. They’ve often had her parents um one up to visit, but they’ve never gone to Georgia. Bridget can’t make herself think of home and what happened five years ago. It’s too painful. But when she receives a phone call telling her that her Papa is sick, she has no choice but to make the journey home. Can she face everyone? What is going to happen?
This was a good addition to this series. The world building and character building was done really well. This is a book that touches on hard themes that can happen to people. So, please read the TW list if you have any triggers that you need to be mindful of. But, I think everything was written well and the flow of the book was good and kept pulling me along.
This is quite a heartbreaking book. Reading Bridget's story and everything she has been through is rough. But she is stronger because of it. She has 4 love interests. Her 3 men and her female best friend. During the book, we get a glimpse into their life and how what happened affected Bridget. This is mainly her story. While there are chapters in the others POV, it is hers, and the others sort of seem like side characters. I wish we had more chapters from the guys POV. But I understand what the author was trying to get across. I do really like this story. Especially when the plot starts to thicken and we see what she went through and continues to go through. The chapter that has the r@pe did have a warning. Whether that will be included in the actual book, I'm not sure. This book does end in an HEA.
Baby Shark; I’m giggling and laughing over it! Gotta read Broken Wing to understand this reference. Broken Wing is very aptly named since that’s how Bridget feels.
Bridget’s story really tears your heart out, making you realize how strong of a woman and person she is, plus why she feels the way she does. We finally get to find out why she left 5 years ago and what it is that brings her home. She has an awesome extended family that offers the best advice without sugarcoating what happened. Of course mistakes and miscommunication occur but that all gets cleared up to give Bridget and all her loves their very well deserved HEA.
Love this book and utterly love this series. Seeing Bridget coming to terms with her past and also how the people from her past may fit into her future. This story was heartbreaking but also healing as well. Was so much fun revisiting characters that we are already familiar with but also seeing how they are progressing and what is happening with them.
I was ready to reach into the book and give my 2 cents when everyone finally found out Bridgets story. She deserves to be worshipped for all her days and I hope her group all realise how amazing she is. Very much enjoyed this book and highly recommend the whole series too!
Book three in the series and I'm just catching up as it had been a while so I wanted to read the previous ones to. It is a new character so you don't actually have to. This is after being gone for five years and how do you fix things. I enjoyed that most of the book is from Bridget her perspective and how she feels is so clear. Now this is heartbreaking too and got me crying to feel right along. And yay for HEA! It is amazing and well deserved. This does have three guys and a girl as love interests.
So much heartache and bad things happening for one young girl to experience. I was so happy to read of Birdie's strong family support and how her guys never stopped loving her even though they lied to get her to go on to school. And I loved reading about her amazing best friend and new love. This tale shows how important communication is. Lots of emotions stirred up and great spice. A wonderful story with the HEA I love.
Bridget story will definitely have you feeling for her with everything she has been through. The home she left behind after the men she loved lied and betrayed her and a best friend that has a plan to make them pay. Loved the backstory and explanation of what she went through. This book will have a HEA. Great story
Birdie has such a rough time when she should be having the time of her young life. Huge excruciatingly painful torment, and heartbreak back to back. Family sickness puts her back in the path of both events. Can she survive worse than her original torment, can she face her heartbreak again after five years? This is a great series, read those triggers, such great characters.
I did enjoy it. I am glad Birdie finally got to be with her crew. There was so much happening but it was hard to put down. I am glad to fit have finished this good read.
I love Kayties books and I will definitely read more.
Bridget hasn't had it easy, her story is heartbreaking and wrenches my heart quite a few time. It is one of heartbreak, betrayal, and healing. It is a heck of an emotional journey that is raw. I really like Bridget and her story.
I enjoyed reading this story and loved how Birdie finally came together with her crew. I really liked hearing more about the other characters in the series.
I really enjoyed reading about Bridget and how strong she was. Everything she had overcome could not have been easy. I am glad she was able to get her HEA.
