ROXY

My heart shattered the day I told him we couldn’t keep our baby. The vicious anger that was directed at me let me know that there was no longer an ‘us’, which devastated me. He was my one ever since we found ourselves in the same foster home. Now, I’m his enemy simply because he won’t listen to reason. I continue to exist, become a doctor and specialize in pediatrics, although I can more than hold my own in the emergency room when a trauma shows up.

Still, I never expected to see him again, and when he brought me to the Imperial Knights’ clubhouse to check out triplets that his president and wife birthed, the shock to my system had me reeling. His anger is a living, seething thing and everything said to me is done so with a condescending attitude. So much so that I keep to myself in order to protect what’s left of the heart I’ve tried to rebuild.

SABER

For fifteen years, I’ve had a rage bubbling inside of me due to the actions of someone I once loved with all my heart. Somewhere out there, I have a son. He’s a teenager now and not a day goes by that I don’t wonder what he looks like, if he enjoys playing or watching sports, whether he’s a good student. Does he know he was adopted? The questions are incessant and when I make the decision to bring her back into my life so she can help with Dragon and Laney’s triplets, since she’s a doctor who has specialized in pediatrics as well as emergency medicine, I realize that I may have bit off more than I can chew.

But when fate intervenes in a bittersweet and tragic way, I know I have to take a step back and reevaluate the situation. Because allowing my son to go into the same broken system that she and I came out of is not gonna happen as long as I have breath in my body. Still, my anger keeps her at arm’s length until Wrecker gets involved. Then everything changes.

For me.

For her.

For our son.

I have been an avid reader for most of my life. When I was younger I used to sit and fill spiral notebooks full of stories. As I got older, I took the jobs needed for raising my boys as a single mom, until I met my now amazing husband. I have stopped working in the last three years and started promoting authors, then I blogged and reviewed for authors, which lead me down the path to writing and creating characters and stories. I love creating behind the scenes with my writing getting to use my imagination and write the story as it comes to me. My youngest is now a senior in High School leaving me with some spare time on my hands to be filled. I am loving the people I am meeting and the support system I have found. First of all I wanted to say I AM IN LOVE THIS WITH BOOK ! Sabre and Roxy’s story was out of this world amazing. Here’s what I did I went back and reread all the books from the beginning starting with Property of Wrecker from her Royal Bastards MC books then Selah’s Wish then Sabre’s book. For me because it was awhile it took me back to beginning and let me see the full picture also I got to see everyone that we hope to get a story hint hint . lol . So what do I think about this story OMG the emotional connection between Sabre and Roxy there past and how they both suffered being young that their love never died . But they were also so blinded by hurt and anger, I was so happy to see that the MC brothers were there to help in their own special way the old ladies supporting also . The secret Sabre had kept from his brothers because he was in his head was sad and that was something he would learn to understand that family was who he made . Roxy some may think she was wrong but some may say she was right. But we are not anyone to judge until we walk in anyone’s shoes . I loved Roxy’s sassy attitude, her funny come backs especially finding out some beautiful surprises which affect both her and Sabre . There is so much that happens in this book I can’t even put into words because I was so emotional, in love , happy, sad , laughed, so many things that I just wanted more or never wanted it finish . I can’t wait for the next book 📕

Saber’s Surrender by Liberty Parker

This is the second book in the Imperial Knights series. This MCis actually a combination of two Mc’s. This first is made up of normal people where the second one is made up of “gifted” people. Saber is able to visualize trauma that has happened to a person and as he is a ER doctor that is a help to him. His love interest is Roxy who is also a doctor. They grew up in the same foster house. They had a baby together but Roxy gave the baby up for adoption as she was only 17. Saber thought they should keep the baby but Roxy knew that they were barely able to take care of themselves so she made the hardest decision of her life. Saber hated Roxy for giving away their son. Later they get back together with the help of their friends and adopt their son and his sister as they lost both parents in a horrible car crash. Everyone gets their HEA.

Learning Saber's history with Roxy was interesting. Their past was a not great situation and the circumstances that broke them apart was a case of both of them being right and both being wrong. I was glad when Wrecker stepped in and let the other see what was really going through their mind and how they got to that decision, it helped them understand things better from that point of view and allow the animosity between them to go away.

Fate seems to have plans for them both when they were called into work and there, their lives changed. I think these are good changes for them and while things may be rocky at times, there will be lots of happiness ahead for them now that they all are on the same page.

Saber

Really enjoyed this book. Started off sad with the past as Roxy and Sabers past is relived and both sides show the pain felt as Roxy made the hard choice to put their baby up for adoption, because they were too young at 17 and both heading to medical school. She was terrified of ending up living in poverty like they did together in foster care. Saber couldn't imagine his child out in this world without him and his fear made him treat Roxy pretty harsh and he broke up with her and joined the military. Now one evening at the hospital, a terrible traffic accident happened and a 14 year old boy and his sister come in, Saber just looked in a mirror from years ago. He knows this is his son.....

Saber turn is up and he is number one in my book!

Saber, a man who has a lot on his plate, enter foxy Roxy....the plate has now over flowed. At first things seem so dismal but as his club brothers rely around him important things come to light. Love when Roxy turned onto Saber and Saber turned onto Roxy. Obviously, there are some great laughs and some deep sorrow. The author gets through this by weaving a tale of love and redemption. This is the second book in this series and one that you should not miss. Five star read, no joke. Peace out.

Saber & Foxy

Oh my this book was absolutely amazing. Childhood wasn't kind to Saber and Foxy, but for friends grew love then they both received a surprise and they were torn apart. Years later with the help of his club brothers, a tragedy and some dream walking their lives were forever changed yet again. I loved everything about their story and laughed my butt of when they switched bodies!! Wanna know what I'm talking about then read this book.

It was really surprising that after so many yrs apart they have 2 work 2gether as drs. But can what happened in their pasts come back and bite them in the ass? Even though there was alot of miscommunication between them with the help of the brothers maybe things can work the way they want it 2. It was really interesting

Communication is key, people. Look at how much can be lost when communicating fails.
