💘 She was supposed to organize his invoices, not his love life… 💘

Tessa Morgan never expected to find herself job hunting in a small town, but when she lands a gig managing the chaotic office of Parker Electric, she quickly realizes her new boss needs more than just administrative help—he needs a miracle. This is so funny

This writer is fantastic at rom/com. Tessa gets fired for reporting to the boss above her boss that her boss acted badly. She gets set up by some sweet interfering lady friends. Nate is a very disorganized electrician. He's excellent being an electrician, it's just the business side he's hopeless at. Tessa it turns out is excellent at the business side of things. It isn't long that she has the office organized. Tessa and Kate begin to look at each other with attraction on their minds. There's a little mystery in this book in that something is happening to all Tate's checks, those that he supposedly sent invoices for.

I loved the second book in the Dry Creek series which was just as much fun as the first book with Jennie Barton and Mrs Farnsworth continuing to work on matchmaking the unsuspecting singles of Dry Creek so they will stay in the town instead of moving away to the city. Enter Tessa Morgan who unexpectedly gets fired over the phone after ten years working as a customer support rep and Nate Parker, a talented electrician who is in desperate need of an office manager but is unprepared to admit it. After visiting Farnsworth Grocery to improve her mood, Tessa finds herself working for Nate after Mrs Farnsworth blackmails him into employing her. A quick read that’s great as a read alone but even better after having read Trashy Romance first. I eagerly await book number three in the series for the next quirky instalment!!

Another great story in the Dry Creek series. Tessa didn’t want to be set up by Jennie and Mrs. Farnsworth, but after she gets fired from her 10-yearlong job by a phone call. Nate is a business owner who is a great electrician but horrible at organization and paperwork. Mrs. Farnsworth forces Nate to hire her. This is such a fun story, a quick read that kept me smiling. The chemistry between Tessa and Nate was so swoony and just what I want in a sweet rom-com. Great read!

Fun read!

These books are so fun! I love that there aren't any uncomfortable scenes or bad language! I love the suspense and I could really relate to Nate's house! Loved it!
