The wild west might have been tamed, but these naughty girls certainly haven’t. And if their Daddies think these little fillies will be easy to break, they have another thing coming.
Because it’s going to take more than some skill with a rope to tie these women down.
Laylah loves reading, but she particularly loves a good romance with some seriously alpha men. Protective, possessive men with large hearts. Writing has become her passion and she hopes her readers enjoy her stories as much as she does writing them.
Giddy Up,Daddy has been on my wishlist for a while now,so grabbed it immediately when the ARC landed in my inbox. And let’s be honest,a collection of delicious little stories with cowboy Daddies, what’s not to love, right? Having finished,i can safely say that these stories all embrace the “save a horse, ride a cowboy” idea. And i think that i might even give it a try myself…..😋
4🌟 for Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts,a sweet story of how Blakely brought her magic to Stafford and his grandfather Jack’s ranch. She needed a job badly, but everything that could go wrong before her interview, did…and she ended up going with her hands covered in burns from the dish she’d removed from the oven. The next thing that almost went wrong, was Stafford misunderstanding her when she said he had beautiful eyes. Luckily, they cleared that up,but then she managed to drop a teacup that was precious to grandpa Jack, the man Stafford wanted her to keep company while he was working the ranch. Finally, when arrived home knowing she didn’t get the job,her landlord told he she needed to leave. But Stafford had followed her,and one look at her was enough for him to change his mind. Living with Stafford and Jack turned out to be the best thing that’d ever happened to her,but her Little needed more…. Only Stafford wasn’t a Daddy…..right? Blakely may have been thinking she was bad at magic, but she spread it just by being her sweet and sassy little self.
3🌟for The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel,a fun story of how Charlie managed to get the perfect Valentine’s present for her Daddy,Sam. Charlie and Sam grew up together on her father’s ranch, but after she left for college, they grew apart. With her back though, after her father’s death,it wasn’t long before they picked things up again. Older and wiser, they now knew what they wanted, and this time it worked so well, they got married. With both having equal shares of the ranch, they were partners in every way,but Daddy ruled….even if he did listen to her before deciding. And with Sam insisting they needed saving, she knew what she planned to buy him for Valentine was dangerous….even if she knew it was something he’d always wanted. Keeping secrets,as well as fibbing, wasn’t something he’d allow, but it was for a good cause! So why was she being punished for giving him the perfect gift when he obviously loved it? But the gift he had for her made up for it,though….and it was só much better!
2🌟for My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison wasn’t really my story if i’m honest. Elle just ended her engagement to a man that was nothing but trouble, but all her father had to say was that if she couldn’t show she was sorting out her life and settle down before her 30th birthday, she wasn’t going to get her trustfund. So,she left New York and went to Blue River, where her bestie Sadie lived. And at Sadie’s matchmaking office, she met Bo….who asked her out on a date straight away. Only,he was a package deal….he came not only with his babyboy Nate, but they also had a real baby,Amelia! Their date was wonderful though, and they enjoyed trying out the dynamic after dinner. But then she decided she couldn’t be with them…..because of her father’s demands? The men didn’t know that, and since she kept her distance, they wouldn’t be able to find out. Until Sadie decided to lift a little of the veil…..and they pulled out all the stops to get their girl. With a few surprises that were a little too simple for me…..
3🌟 for Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine,a fun story of finding what you need….as long as you’re open to it. Kennedy had been friends with Alden and Wyatt for a very long time, but they’d lost sight of eachother while she’d been married because her now ex-husband bullied her into staying away. Now divorced, they’re able to reconnect, and Alden wants to take the opportunity to claim not only Kennedy, but Wyatt too. He tries to explain to her what he wants from her,but she runs scared. Things don’t go any better with Wyatt….the chemistry may be there, but Wyatt is afraid he’s the one keeping Kennedy from accepting Alden’s claim on them. And he’s right, even though she loves Alden, she worries about Wyatt, because of his reputation. But as long as both refuse to talk, there’s no chance of a throuple…. Until Alden is asked to help out one of their friends, and leaves the ranch and Kennedy in Wyatt’s hands…. This story shows how insecurities and stubbornness can mess things up,and talking, even if reluctantly, can clear the air. Making way to the chance of a well deserved happy after.
4🌟 for Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle,a sweet story that shows the magic of Rawhide Ranch still works. Ripley, her husband Randy and Cade had been good friends, and travelling the rodeo circuit together for years. Until Randy died, leaving Ripley and Cade to pick up the pieces of their broken hearts… But lately,Ripley started dreaming of something more, like a place to stay. Because she knew she couldn’t stand in the way of Cade finding a happy after….. She’d love to be the one to give him that, but he’d always stayed firmly in the friendzone. Cade would love to become more than friends with Ripley, but she seemed happy in the friendzone. Plus,he was a Daddy, and he didn’t think Ripley was a Little… Until they decided to visit Rawhide Ranch when the rodeo season was done. And Ripley finally showed him the little girl she was deep down…. A magical little story of finding happiness in surprising places, and of second chances that were meant to be.
I really appreciated that Laylah tied this to The Montana Daddies series, and referenced our favorite places and even had appearances by Keisha, Henry and a few other locals. Really helped this Laylah fan girl enjoy the story.
Grandpa Jack was a delightful meddlesome scene-stealer and I would have loved to learn more about his late Little wife.
Blakely and Stafford were cute together and him learning to be a Daddy / lean into those tendancies for her was heartwarming.
Book 1 This book could have gone on for at least a few more chapters. I wouldn't have minded. I adorded Stafford and Blakely! They both just had the perfect personalities and chemistry. Book 2 It was nice to read about Sam and Charlie again. It was fun going on this secret Valentine adventure with them. Book 3 This was a good story of true worth and value. It made me happy and smile the entire time. Book 4 It's a different dynamic, but the same at the same time. A good mixture of great chemistry and personalities. They all mesh well together. Book 5 Cade and Ripley are just too cute! I loved their background, their individual journey to each other, and their happily ever after. I am voluntarily leaving a review.
I’m a lover of Anthologies and when cowboys are thrown into the mix?! Even better and each story was such a delightful!!
Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts
What a delightful story! Stafford runs a Ranch and needs someone to help him. When he first meets Blakely to interview her, he definitely is attracted to her but knows he shouldn’t act on it. Blakely is a breath of fresh air and is very open about being a Little, but Stafford isn’t a Daddy, or is he? I enjoyed reading about their journey into a new relationship of which they both guide each other. Blakely made me laugh and I found Stafford to be the perfect Daddy for her!
The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel
Sam and Charlie are such a unique and loving couple. This story explains the trials and tribulations of a new relationship and all that goes with it. Sam wants to make her happy but Charlie doesn’t make it easy, but that’s us how a Sub keeps her Dom on his toes. This was a great story and I loved everything about it!
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jameson
Yet another amazing story! I love stories about throuples and this one certainly checked all my boxes. Elle is a young woman forced to find her path in life. What she never expected was to meet Bo and Nate. They have been looking for a third and know the minute they meet her that she’s the one. But it will take quite a bit of convincing Elle. I enjoyed their witty banter and sizzling chemistry. My heart is so full and happy after reading this story!
Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine
I love a good cowboy story and when there are two, even better! Add in a third, and I’m off to the races. Alden, Wyatt and Kennedy have been friends, sometimes more, for years. When Alden broaches the suggestion of all three being together, it throws Wyatt and Kennedy into a tailspin. Can Kennedy trust Wyatt enough? Wyatt and her are friends, but can they be what Alden needs and wants? I thoroughly enjoyed how patient and loving Alden is with both of them as they work out their issues. This story takes you on their journey, and I didn’t want it to end!
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle
My heart be still and full! I love second chance romances and this one was utter perfection. Cade is best friends with his friends widow, Ripley. These two have been friends for years and things have changed between them since her husband passed. Both have feelings for each other but are afraid to act upon it. And Ripley has yet to show her Little side. So when they go to Rawhide Ranch for some relaxation, the magic happens! My heart melted for these two and I rooted for them throughout! Such a heartwarming, wonderful story!
This anthology is has five stories from some of my favorite authors.
Cowboy Magic by Layla Roberts Blakely is a down on her luck little hoping for a break. Stafford is looking for a housekeeper as well as a companion for his grandfather. They're both attracted to each other, but Stafford's not a Daddy and Blakely rarely allows her Little out. These two evolve throughout their relationship and have a great HEA.
The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel This is a story about an established couple who don't keep secrets. But Valentine's Day is coming and how do you surprise your partner without a secret or two. I loved how Charlie was more than willing to take her punishment to surprise Sam with her gift. Sweet and Spicy.
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayana Jamison This is a short story in a new series that's a spin off from an old series. Nate and Bo are in an established relationship, but bi and looking for a third. Nate also discovers he has a little girl . They decide to make use of the new match making service to see if they can firnd a wife. Elle has had a falling out with her father and been financial cut off. She comes to visit her bestie, the owner of the service. This was a quick to fall in love story, but cute and smexy, good HEA.
Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine Another threesome story with best friends Alden and Wyatt & Kennedy, who has to be rescued. As their relationship develops, Alden realizes he has to take the more Dominate role with the other two. These three struggle a bit, but finally find their HEA.
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle These two have been friends for years, but there is a barrier to their relationship. Cade was the best friend of Ripley's husband, who passed away. Love has developed between these two, but neither wants to take that step until they take a vacation at Rawhide Ranch. Ripley discovers her little as well as Cade, the perfect Daddy and her next HEA.
What a cute story about down on her luck Blakely who gets a job at Stafford's as a housekeeper. Loved the storyline and the characters. Hoping Maple Grove Ranch pops up again in a series.
The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel
I enjoyed this one. It was so sweet and funny at times with some steaminess as well.
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison
I loved this MMF story. The storyline was great, the chemistry was off the charts as was the steam. And was great to read Elle's story and visit Blue River again.
Her Decorated Daddies By Adaline Raine Another great read in this Anthology. It is a MMF throuple with good chemistry and steaminess and good storyline as well.
Wrangling Little Ripley By Allie Belle You have to love a Rawhide Ranch Story! This one features that Rawhide Magic and Ripley and a deceased husbands best friend Cade as they find love and Ripley who tries to deny a part of herself. And of course mischievous Littles.
If you are anything like me and love Daddy Doms, Littles, Cowboys and romance, you just can't go wrong by grabbing a copy of this anthology. I thoroughly enjoyed reading each one of the five included stories.
COWBOY MAGIC: Laylah Roberts was epically cute, funny, sweet, spicy, heart melting and swoony.
THE BEST MEMORIES: Kessily Jewel was a spicy and emotional tale about a married couple and a secret.
MY HUNKY COWBOYS: Rayanna Jamison was an enticing throuple story that was filled with plenty of drama, emotions, and feels.
HER DECORATED DADDIES: Adaline Raine was a very emotional throuple story that gave my emotions a workout as it gave me big feels.
WRANGLING LITTLE RIPLEY: Allie Belle was as heart achy as it was heart melting.
I was thrilled when Giddy Up, Daddy appeared on my Kindle, and it did not disappoint! Featuring stories from some of my favorite authors—Laylah Roberts, Allie Belle, Adelaine Raine, Kessily Lewel, and Rayanna Jamison—this anthology was a delightful mix of sweet, sexy, and satisfying reads.
Whether it was the charming characters, the engaging storylines, or the chance to revisit beloved towns and series, every story brought a smile to my face. Each tale felt like a delicious treat in a Daddy buffet, delivering just the right balance of fun, warmth, and steamy moments. If you're a fan of Daddy romance, this anthology is a must-read!
Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts was such a good story and took us back to Wishing Bone and we get to see some of our favorite friends. Stafford and Blakley make such a cute couple in Laylahs story. Throw in grandpa Jack and it makes the story so much better, with his help and guidance Stafford finally goes after Blakley and makes her his. I am in the middle of finishing the rest of the book and the wonderful stories!
I really enjoyed Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle and Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts. Each of these tugged at the heart as the heroine struggled to accept her needs and desires. I was less entertained by Best Memories by Kessily Lewel, My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison and Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine. These are not authors I normally read and so found it difficult to get into their stories.
A wonderful mix of stories from a selection of authors - the same genre but just enough difference between them. If you've read any of the Ranch books, you will love the story that takes place there, a story that is Wishingbone adjacent and a few others. You honestly can't go wrong - all of them may not appeal to every person but most will - and you just might find a new-to-you author to enjoy!
Giddy up,Daddy: A Western Cowboy Daddy Dom Anthology (Dirty Daddies Anthology Series Book 5)
The Authors of all 5 short stories do not disappoint with the story from Laylah Roberts right out of the gate bring you back to Wishing bone Montana,to Allie Belle bringing you to Rawhide ranch. These stories the up series from the other authors to new Daddy and Littles we never heard of Great Jobs Ladies! I can't wait for your next books!
I love all these authors! They put together an anthology of Littles and daddies in a western theme. The Littles can get into so much trouble that the Daddies have to rope them in!
I had a lot of fun reading this anthology. Adaline Raine's Her Decorated Daddies was an absolute hit. Alden, Wyatt and Kennedy were quite trio with a friend to lover trope. I love the patience that was had.
Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts - Still smiling! I was sure glad that Gramp Jack and Stafford's ranch needed a housekeeper and that though things started out rocky, that Blakely was awesome at housekeeping! Maybe some other stuff too! Stafford was swoon-worthy. Grampa Jack, an adorable grump!
The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel - Sam and Charlie definitely made me smile. Looks like each author in this anthology is perhaps going to make that happen! Valentine's Day is definitely going to be special for this couple! They're both keeping secrets, but only Charlie is getting punished! LOL Fun, steamy read!
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison - Bo, Nate and Elle. It seems an unlikely throple. BUT, Bo thinks otherwise, or he's not going to give up without a long, hard fight! It tool a bit to like Elle. But, I feel the author got her just right! Nate and Bo, OMG, so swoon-worthy!
Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine - Alden, Wyatt and Kennedy; can they make it as a throuple? Has Alden made a mistake? Can Wyatt and Kennedy find a way to make their friendship more? I do have to say that I liked Alden and Wyatt more than Kennedy. So, I think the author did her job making her into quite the brat!
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle - Yep. Fell in love with Cade and Ripley! Three long years! Honoring Ripley's husband Randy! BUT, is it possible that there's more between these "life-long" friends! Will the Magic of Rawhide Ranch work for these two? Fingers and toes crossed, of course!
Five steamy cowboy romances where stubborn women push all the right buttons and protective Daddies push back. Whether it’s unexpected love, playful brats, or second chances at happiness, these cowboys aren’t afraid to lay down the law and claim what’s theirs.
Cowboys who love fiercely, protect completely, and discipline when necessary—this collection is packed with passion, laughter, and the kind of love that only gets stronger with every challenge.

Stafford isn’t looking for love, and he’s definitely not a Daddy Dom. But Blakely needs more than just a job—she needs someone to take care of her, to protect her, to discipline her when she misbehaves. The smart thing would be to let her go. Alden has spent years keeping both Kennedy and Wyatt (H) safe, but he’s done waiting. He wants them both. Wyatt, the charming troublemaker, hides his true needs behind jokes and recklessness, but Alden sees through it. And Kennedy? She’s been running from what she really wants.

But what started as loyalty has turned into something neither of them will admit. They’ve spent years dancing around the truth, until one stop at Rawhide Ranch changes everything.
When Ripley lands herself in trouble at the Ranch, she’s given a choice—take her punishment from a stranger or hand over control to the one man she’s always trusted. When she chooses Cade, everything between them shifts. He sets the rules, she learns to follow them, and together, they build something real.

As with any anthology, there were stories that absolutely captivated me and others that didn’t quite hit the mark. But that’s the beauty of collections like this—you get a little bit of everything! As one of the characters so wisely points out, you don’t have to be a Little to have a Daddy Dom. And that sentiment shines through in this book, where the age-play dynamic isn’t always front and center, but the tender, protective essence of a Daddy is unmistakable. After all, what’s more comforting than a man who makes you feel safe and cherished? One of the standout aspects of this anthology was its variety. Take Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine, for example. It dives into the complexities of a throuple, reminding us that a relationship with three people isn’t just an automatic “happily ever after.” Everyone has to be on board, and surprisingly, that’s not always addressed in MMF stories. The tension between Kennedy’s reservations about Wyatt’s reputation and Alden’s eagerness to charge full steam ahead added depth and realism, making this story a memorable one. Another thing I loved? The open and honest communication between the characters. Too often in romance, misunderstandings and miscommunications drag on unnecessarily, but here, the protagonists actually talk to each other—eventually, at least! Wrangling Little Ripley by Allies Belle is a perfect example. Three years after her husband’s death, Ripley is still on the rodeo circuit with his best friend Cade, their simmering attraction kept at bay by the ghost of the past. But Ripley is also hiding a secret, one that Cade would be more than happy to uncover. And, as always, Rawhide Ranch works its magic, breaking down walls and revealing the love that’s been there all along. Now, let’s talk about My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison—because what’s better than cowboys, romance, and a little bit of family drama? Elle is a spoiled rich girl with a heart of gold, but when Daddy cuts her off, she heads to Blue River to find a stable man who will meet her father’s expectations. Instead, she finds Bo and his boyfriend Nate—who’s also a new and unexpected father. Not exactly the image of stability she was aiming for! But as Elle grows into the woman they deserve, she realizes that maybe her father’s approval isn’t what matters most. I adored the way Bo and Nate were all in from the start, making her feel wanted and loved. My only gripe was the constant interchange of names that made it a little hard to follow at times—a small editing tweak would have made this one even better. So, let’s get to the best and the… well, not-so-best. Starting with the story that didn’t quite work for me: The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel. It’s not that the writing was bad, it’s the dynamic between Sam and Charlie that didn’t sit right with me. The whole domestic discipline aspect, where punishments feel overly harsh and one-sided, just wasn’t my thing. Charlie’s grand romantic gesture for Valentine—giving Sam something he’s wanted his whole life—gets her punished for keeping a secret and for the extravagance of her gift. Yet, when Sam gets angry at Charlie, all he does it apologize. The imbalance left me feeling a bit frustrated. That said, if this is their chosen dynamic, more power to them—no kink shaming here! My absolute favorite though was Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts. The only non-reverse harem story in the collection, and it stole my heart. Blakely is desperate for work, and Stafford needs a housekeeper (and someone who can survive Grandpa Jack’s antics). While Grandpa Jack has sent plenty of housekeepers packing, he and Blakely form a bond, and soon, he’s her biggest cheerleader. Blakely is a closet Little, longing for the security she’s never had, and Stafford, a Dom through and through, struggles with the idea that he might not be able to give her what she needs. But, with a little nudge from Grandpa Jack, Stafford finally sees what’s been clear all along—he’s already stepping into his role as her Daddy. This story beautifully challenges the idea of labels and what they really mean in relationships, making it the perfect heartwarming, feel-good romance. Overall, this anthology delivered a mix of steamy, sweet, and thought-provoking stories that kept me hooked from start to finish. Some tales resonated more than others, but each one brought something unique to the table. If you love protective heroes, strong heroines, and a dash of cowboy charm, this collection is definitely worth a read! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
All five of these stories were well written, and presented in a way that left you feeling good at the end of each story.
Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts This is a cute story that I really enjoyed. It was full of humour, as well as deep emotions. Blakely Ellis is working as a housekeeper at Maple Grove Ranch and caring for her boss Stafford Hill’s grandfather while he is busy working on his ranch. They soon realise that they had feelings for each other, and even though Stafford wasn’t a daddy, he was a Dom, but he was willing to learn so that he could have his baby girl. I enjoyed seeing the difference between these two characters as their journey progressed towards their happily ever after.
The best memories by Kessily Newel Sam and Charlie are a married couple, they both are equal owners of the Long Shot Ranch, but when Sam discovers that Charlie is keeping secrets, he steps up his Daddy side. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about this couple and their dynamics in their relationship and especially the antics they got up to on their ranch and especially how Charlie was hiding the perfect valentine gift for her husband Sam. They both realise that communication is key in their relationship to keep their marriage working in a positive light. They were cute in the giving of their surprises to each other, also in creating memories for their future together.
My hunky cowboy by Rayanna Jamison This is a really cute story in Blue River, the single man called Beefcakes and Nate Bowery and Bo Harris to have a third person in their relationship can be real family. When Nate discovers that he is a father and his little daughter, Amelia comes to stay with him they are determined to find a woman to be their wife. Bo goes to the meet the matchmaker to find out if there are any eligible women that she could find for them, and that is where he meets Eleanor Winston, who is a wealthy socialite who has been cut off by her father until she can prove that she can make a difference in her life. The relationship is a little touch and go because she doesn’t feel that she would be excepted by her father by having to men in her life. I really enjoyed the dynamics between all three of these characters and how Elle grew as a person became more than just a socialite, but I’m loving wife and mother.
Her decorated Daddyies by Adaline Raine Alden and Wyatt are best friends, and when they have to rescue Kennedy Judd while she was riding her horse that has been scared by a tractor, Alden realises that he needs to take a firmer hand to both of them. I loved reading the journey. These three made together and how they had to overcome feelings, and the way they dealt with life before they were able to become the thruple that they had always wanted to be. Things finally work out and they are able to go forward with their lives together.
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle Ripley Buck and Cade Wyatt have been friends since high school and Ripley’s deceased husband, Randy was Cade’s best friend. he had promised Randy that he would look after his wife, after he was gone and slowly overtime in the three years since his passing, Cade had grown to love Ripley more each day, and knew that she was off-limits to him. I thoroughly enjoyed reading how these two characters grew to love each other and eventually explore their feelings and finally have their happily ever after together.
I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.
Cowboy Magic by Laylah Roberts: Stafford and Blakely - Stafford has hired Blakely to be his new housekeeper and his grandpa's companion, but when he starts falling for her and she admits she's a Little, he'll need to decide if he can be her Daddy.
The Best Memories by Kessily Jewel: Sam and Charlie - Sam can tell that his wife Charlie is hiding something but nothing he does can get her to tell.
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison - skipped
Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine - skipped
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle: Cade and Ripley - Cade is Ripley's late husband's best friend. After her husband's death, she continued to travel with Cade on the rodeo circuit. But now they're taking a vacation at the Rawhide Ranch and Ripley will need to decide if she both wants to take a chance with Cade and let out her big secret.
I actually skipped the two menage stories. I often find (not always, but often), that menage Daddy stories focus more on the relationship between the two men rather than the woman's relationship with either of the men or the two of them together. There's nothing wrong with that dynamic, if that's what you like, but I tend to like a relationship focused solely on the woman. As for the other stories, I liked the Laylah Roberts best - although I think she's just trolling her readers at this point by not editing for regional language. I know she's from New Zealand, but her books are set in the US. Despite so many reviewers mentioning it, she never edits for language - things like "queue" or, as in this book, "singlet." See, in the US, a singlet is the uniform wrestlers wear. I understand it's the equivalent to a tank top in NZ/Australia, but all I can imagine is Blakely in a wrestling uniform. But if you're going to write a story set in a specific place, you should be using the vocab of that place - it doesn't even matter if your audience understands you or not, it's the principle of the matter; details are important. In the second book, I was a little bothered by the fact that Charlie is not even allowed to have feelings unless they are okayed by Sam. Now, I know this is the dynamic they've chosen. But it's the bone I have to pick with a lot of DDlg stories. Even if you're acting in the dynamic of a child, children are allowed to have feelings without getting in trouble for them. But in these stories, the women are always disciplined for slight sass, attitude, getting mad, etc. I think in part it's just an excuse to indulge in some punishment-kink, which is fine, but the message I got from this story in particular was that Sam can feel however he wants, but Charlie must keep her "negative" feelings to herself all the time. It's the same sort of "keep sweet" attitude that misogynist evangelicals employ to help keep their wives and daughters in line. I don't like it. And I really liked some of this author's previous stories, so maybe it just hit me wrong at this time.
Anyways, standard anthology, some good, some bad. Nice diversion for a couple of hours.
Over the top cowboy daddies who find their unexpected little! -Laylah Roberts - Cowboy Magic – I fell in love with down on her luck, Blakely as she struggles with her magic trick and thankfully lands a housekeeping job with Stafford at Maple Grove Ranch who is challenging to say the least. Stafford is drawn to his new housekeeper, but he doesn’t have the time or energy for a relationship. Sometimes, real magic takes place without any practice and Blakely may just gain a cowboy Daddy!
- The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel - Sam and Charlie grew up together until Charlie left for college. Upon Charlie’s return to the ranch after her father’s death, things really mesh between them so a marriage just seemed like the perfect ending. -My Hunky Cowboys By Rayanna Jamison - I felt so bad for Elle after her father cuts her off, but she has a strength even she didn’t know about to join her best friend/matchmaker, Sadie in Blue River. While talking with Sadie, she meets Bo who is looking for his own match and asks her out. Elle agrees to a date and it’s spectular, but Bo’s lifestyle with Nate and their 9 month old daughter, Amelia keeps Elle from committing due to pressure of how her father would take it despite being high on her fantasy list. How will it all end? You have to read to find out.
-Her Decorated Daddies By Adaline Raine – I fell in love with Alden and Wyatt who have had each others back and then some, but rescuing a fellow rider and friend, Kennedy who just left her abusive ex, stirs the dust and steam between them all. There’s a lot of stubbornness going around between the three of them, until Alden heads out of town on the down low spurring Kennedy and Wyatt to press on with an unexpected relationship. So what will happen when Alden returns? Will the threesome be able to work it out? You have to read to find out.
- Wrangling Little Ripley By Allie Belle – What is it about Rawhide Ranch and the magic that evolves between a daddy and his little? I feel for Cade as he hides his feelings for his deceased, best friend’s wife, Ripley while they continue to travel the rodeo circuit. Cade has always been proper with Ripley despite wanting more, and their stopover at Rawhide Ranch may just bring the water to boil for these two. Will Ripley release the fear of finding her little again after she had just started to experiment before her deceased husband’s death. And especially with Cade who has always touched all her buttons without even trying. You have to read to find out!
I didn't read all the stories. What I did ready I loved.

I've been trying to clear my calendar so I can read this anthology. I'll update the review as I finish the stories. I wanted to post immediately for the two authors I follow. What a great start they have been.
○ COWBOY MAGIC by LAYLAH ROBERTS Laylah Roberts introduces Staford and Blakely into this story. Staford has taken over running the family ranch while caring for his Grandpa Jack. Both are grouchy, but Grandpa Jack currently holds the title of most hard-headed. Several housekeepers have already left, and those who didn't leave voluntarily have been chased off by Grandpa Jack. Staford is out of options with the last woman coming to apply for the position. She's late, and he can't manage the ranch, keep an eye on his Grandpa, and spend all day waiting for her. We meet Blakely on the day of the interview. She's attempting to perform a magic trick for her audience and somehow ends up completely twisted in the rope. Meanwhile, she smells smoke right before the smoke detector goes off. After finally getting herself untangled, she grabs the first thing available to pull a casserole out of the oven, only to burn both her hands. It turns into a comedy of errors as she scrambles to turn off the smoke detector, runs to find her phone to investigate why the alarm is going off, only to realize she has thirty minutes to make it to her job interview. This age gap, grumpy daddy, optimistic little girl romance made me giggle, huff, shake my head, and melt. How enjoyable!
○ THE BEST MEMORIES by KESSILY LEWEL This was such a cute, feel-good storyline with a heavy sprinkling of domestic discipline and a whole lot of humor. This DD/lg relationship has some unusual circumstances to work through; childhood friends, first love and experiences shared, then moving in separate directions only to be reunited through the loss of Blakely's father. Once they come back together their kink discoveries become more defined, but now they are equal partners in ownership of the ranch. How does that work in a D/s relationship? And how do you keep a secret from your Dom when it's a surprise your planning? Planning Valentine's Day and the journey to get there is a fun read.
○ MY HUNKY COWBOYS by RAYANNA JAMISON ○ HER DECORATED DADDIES by ADALINE RAINE ○ WRANGLING LITTLE RIPLEY by ALLIE BELLE
This is a wonderful group of novellas. I enjoyed reading them. I pre-ordered all the Daddy collections when they were announced. Lots of Daddy/Little stories with a cowboy theme.
Cowboy Magic Laylah Roberts 4* Blakely needs a job. She is Little and moved to Wishingbone when she heard that there were many Littles and Daddies there. Unfortunately, she hasn't found a job or a Daddy. Stafford needs a housekeeper and someone to watch over Grandpa Jack. The two meet and it's a match made in heaven. Cute story.
The Best Memories Kessily Lewel 4* I enjoyed the Daddy Takes the Reins series. This quick novella checks up on them before Valentine's Day. Charlie and Sam live a D/s relationship with a DD/lg bent. Charlie has a great Valentine's Day present for Sam, but she wants to keep it secret. Sam doesn't allow secrets. He is a little overbearing with this, but this is the relationship that Charlie wants and accepts—a fun update.
My Hunky Cowboys Rayanna Jamison 4* Elle is a young woman who was raised to be a trophy wife. When her father cuts her off, wanting her to grow up, it seems unfair, but the best thing could happen to her. She joins her best friend Sadie in Blue River, looking for a new life. Meanwhile, Bo and Nate are looking for a third to be their wife and a mother to Nate's daughter, Amelia.
Her Decorated Daddies Adaline Raine 3* Alden, Wyatt, and Kennedy have been friends for a long time. Now Alden proposes that the three become a throuple. This freaks out Wyatt and Kennedy. When Alden has to leave, Kennedy must depend on Wyatt for help and realizes she can rely on him. It was a good story but a bit convoluted for me.
Wrangling Little Ripley Allie Belle 5* The magic of Rawhide Ranch comes into play in this novella. Randy and Ripley were a married couple that had a D/s relationship. They traveled with Cade, and he was sometimes her dom as well. When Randy died, Cade and Ripley continued to travel together. Over a few years, the two realize they have feelings for each other. When they go on vacation to Rawhide Ranch, the magic comes out, and the two become not only a couple but a Daddy and his Little girl. It was a great story.
Blakely's life has not been easy. She applies for a housekeeping position at Maple Grove Ranch and bombs the interview. Stafford Hill needs a housekeeper and caretaker for his grandfather. When Blakely makes a innocent comment he immediately thinks she has ill intentions. While meeting Grandpa Jack she breaks a piece of China and runs out. Stafford follows her home and funds out she is being evicted and offers her the job. Stafford being attracted to Blakely oftentimes works late hours to avoid her. Blakely wants a Daddy Dom but Stafford while he has Dom tendency is not a Daddy Dom. When Grandpa Jack sends Blakely to Wishingbone to find a Dom all best are off.
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayanna Jamison
When Ellie's father decides to cut her off to force her to settle down, she decides to move to Blue River with Sadie. Bo and Nate are in a committed relationship but open to a women joining. He and Nate take Ellie on a date and sparks fly but Ellie runs scared. Nate and Bo must convince Ellie to take a chance on them and let go of her insecurities.
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle
Cade and Ripley have been friends since High School. Ripley married Cade's best friend who past away a grw years back. Cade promised Randy that he would look after Ripley, but his feelings for her are not on the friend level. Ripley and Cade take a vacation to Rawhide Ranch and things and feelings get complicated. Ripley wants Cade to take charge but does not communicate her true feelings and acts out. Cade takes charge but then steps back feeling he crossed a line. When they finally admit their feeling but both are holding back a part of themselves. When Ripley get into trouble in the Little room, the secret is out. Cade is hurt that Ripley kept this side of herself from him, but he has been holding back his Daddy tendencies as well.
Giddy Up Daddy by Laylah Roberts was a short, sweet treat of a story, and it gets 5 stars from this reader.
Blakely is the Little in this novel, she wants to be a magician, she's down on her luck, broke, has a shabby apartment, and a rotten landlord who is kicking her to the curb, but she had answered an ad and has a interview coming up as a housekeeper and caregiver to an ornery senior, Jack, on a ranch outside of town. The interviewer is Stafford, Jack's son, and the position involves taking care of his father, cooking, keeping house, and, as a blessing, it also includes her room and board. Jack has scared away previous employees, and basically, Blakely is Stafford's last hope, and he's also attracted to her almost as soon as he meets her. This was a 5-star read.
I loved the fact that Stafford suspects that Blakely is a Little, and although he's not a Daddy Dom, Jack realizes it from the start. I loved that Stafford was willing to change himself to give Blakely what she needs, because he realizes that Blakely rarely lets her Little out. That's a far cry from all of Ms. Roberts' previous Little books, and it was wonderful to see their growing relationship.
One of my favorite characters in Ms. Roberts' previous novels is Kiesha, a wacky Little, and she makes an appearance in this story, and, as usual, she's a hoot, dreaming up Speed Dating Daddy Dom night, and ready to jump in and help Blakely find a Daddy Dom in nearby Wishingbone. But there really is no such thing, and sexy Stafford shows up just in time to rescue Blakely and bring her home to his ranch.
As slow burn DDlg romances go, this one is a gem, and if you're new to Ms. Roberts books, and unfamiliar with the Daddy Dom/Little girl trope, this is a great place to start. I loved every minute of it.
I read an advance reader copy of this novel. The opinions stated are my own.
This anthology is packed with five fun and steamy DDlg cowboy novellas, and each of them contains a Happily Ever after. Cowboy Magic by Layla Roberts (4*s: Blakely & Stafford) Blakely is a sweet little with a troubled past. Stafford hires her as a housekeeper that is also tasked w/ helping take care of his grandfather. The story ends in a DDlg Happily Ever After.
The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel (5*s: Sam and Charlie) All of the stories in this 5 book anthology are wonderful; and this story is my favorite by far. This is the story of an established DDlg couple that co-own the Long Shot Ranch. Daddy’s girl isn’t supposed to keep secrets or make extravagant purchases but frankly surprising Daddy at Valentine's Day is worth getting in a little trouble. There’s plenty of “funishment,” “punishment,” and spice in this delicious story.
My Hunky Cowboys by Rayana Jamison (4*s: Nate, Bo, and ) This is a found family story. Nate and Bo are already a loving established spicy M/m couple. Nate discovers he has a daughter and the men need a wife. Enter Eleanor (aka: Elle) and the couple becomes a family that includes a Menage + Baby Amelia.
Her Decorated Daddies by Adaline Raine (4*s: Alden, Wyatt & Kennedy) An unfortunate accident encourages Alden to assume the role of firm Dom to Wyatt and Kennedy. These three had a few bumps along the way yet. Ultimately, they find love and achieve a Happily Ever After.
Wrangling Little Ripley by Allie Belle (5*s: Cade & Riply) This is a poignant story of a husband’s death and the love that develops between his best friend and his surviving wife. It makes me hopeful that even when we think all is lost there is always love and happiness waiting for us. I was given an “Advanced Reader Copy (ARC)” of this anthology and this review reflects my honest assessment that it is a phenomenal read.
Anthology is usually fun to read but difficult to review and this one is no difference. Short stories that keep the reader entertained. Different writing styles that prevent you from getting bored. A daddy, little girl is a common theme so it may not be for everyone but then the book title should have been enough warning. " The Best Memories " by Kessily Lewel is a sweet story that takes our couple through valentine day and what constitutes the best gift. I was an easy read for a lovable characters. "Wrangling Little Ripley" by Allie Belle : a second chance novella with late husband's best friend. There's a sense of forbidden comes with this story and that makes it enticing to read. The couple needed a push to open up about their feelings and a trip to the Rawhide Ranch did the trick for them. "Cowboy Magic" by Laylah Roberts : It looks like a work office romance but that office is in fact a ranch. The couple got hooked up since their first meeting but they needed the courage to act on their attraction. A sweet story indeed. " My Hunky Cowboys" by Rayanna Jameson : a meńage story and the chemistry between the characters is off the charts and when you know she's the one, no one can stop you from claiming her. "Her Decorated Daddies" by Adaline Raine friends to lovers & another meńage. A lot of turmoil in this one. The characters have to work on their own issues before they succeed in their relationship with the others but the ending made it worth it. A very good read for people who love daddies books. The stories certainly checked all the right boxes and a little more. Recommended!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
An anthology that will make you feel good, with a variety of themes from some of the best daddy authors there are. Laylah Robert’s Cowboy Magic bring us the taciturn Stafford who’s forgotten how to have fun, and Bailey who is so sweet and lovely but has had a rough few years. Grandpa Jack is the catalyst that brings them together and Keisha has a big role to play as well.
Kessily Lewel brings us Sam and Charlie, now married and owning the ranch. A secret for Valentine’s Day causes some friction but what a wonderful surprise it was.
Blue River is the setting for Rayanna Jamison’s story. My Hunky Cowboys. Most of the eligible bachelors are already couples but most are looking for a woman to create a throuple. Bo and Nate are one such couple with the added complication of a baby they did not know existed. Elle is under orders from her father to get her act together or she loses her trust fund. Knowing her best friend Sadie is in Blue River Elle travels there and the rest as they say,is history, but not without a few bumps in the road.
Adeline Raine takes us to the world of the rodeo with, Kennedy, Alden and. Wyatt. This story is full of ups and downs and misunderstandings but eventually love wins out and a throuple is formed with love.
Rawhide Ranch and its magic finishes out the anthology. Ripley’s husband died and although his best friend lived with them and has loved Ridley forever, Cade has never been able to tell Ridley and she has been unable to expose her little side until Rawhide ranch magic intervenes.
This is a very well written anthology with lots of Daddies and littles and the shanigans that will always follow. There are plenty of hot steamy sexy scenes, great characters and some disciplinary spankings and lots of love and cuddles. In Laylah Robers Cowboy Magic sweet little Blakley goes to work for busy Stafford and Grandpa Jack who goes from not wanting her to becoming her greatest supporter. There is great interaction between the characters. The Best Memories by Kessily Lewel has little Charley hiding something from Daddy Sam. She is trying to do something that he would not do for himself and Sam learns that the things that he will remember are easier and cheaper to come by. Rayanna Jamison's story My Hunky Cowboys is a standalone part of the new Blue river series. I loved Nate and Bo from the first chapter and the work that they do to convince Ellie that she belongs to them. This is a sweet and sexy hot story. I felt bad for sweet Daddy Alden in Her Decorated Daddies by Adaling Raine trying to convince love scared Kennedy and insecure Wyatt that they belong together. This is a very character driven story. I am a Rawhide addict and I loved Allie Belle's Wrangling Little Ripley. It's sweet and funny how little Ripley blindsided hidden Daddy Cade. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. This is a very enjoyable and entertaining book that is well worth buying.
1. Laylah Roberts brings us the grumpy Stafford hiring the needy Little Blakely when she is in dire need of help.
