You know I’m not big on religious books. Some how that’s what I’ve been getting by my recommendations of the people I follow. However I will say even though this guy talks about God a lot! This is a really good book on prosperity. I have been trying to improve my negative way of thinking into positive and it’s been a struggle. This book has some tiny little bombs that gave me ahhh haa moments. Which is why I rated it so highly. Religious or not I think you can take some gold from this book if you just look for it.

One of the pieces of gold:

“To be ambitious for wealth and yet always expecting to be poor; to be always doubting your ability to get what you long for, is like trying to reach east by traveling west. There is no philosophy that will help a man succeed when he is always doubting his ability to do so, and thus attracting failure.

You will go in the direction in which you face. There is a saying that ever time a sheep bleats, it loses a mouthful of hay. Every time you allow yourself to complain of your lot, to say - I am poor; I have not the ability that others have,’ you are laying up so much trouble for yourself.

No matter how hard you may work for success, if your thought is saturated with the fear of failure, it will kill your efforts, neutralize your endeavors and make success impossible.”

I really enjoyed this book. One of those books that you want to read a 2nd time through right away. Certainly a book I'll add to my list of books that I frequently revisit, along with "Think and Grow Rich", "Financial Peace", and others. Well written, thought provoking and inspirational.

While I’m not a Christian, and this book refers to a lot of scripture- it makes perfect sense and wisdom can be found for anyone regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs.

It was repetitive at times - but the message is so simple that it perhaps needs to be repeated over and over to be understood or taken seriously.

Your mental state - particularly faith is so important to achievement - faith even if not in a higher power outside but in yourself is a must even if you don’t believe in God (I do believe in God by the way) but this book goes deep into your internal belief and faith and how it can a catalyst to success with the right positive attitude in yourself and correct vision.

To Our Continued Success!

Transformed Life

This book teaches you how to live a prosperous life. Many times in religious settings that engage in telling us what "itching" ears want to hear or what would sound good to our carnel mind by telling us about prosperityin the way of getting material things. This book speaks to our spirit our divine being. It shares that we seek the God that is within us, agree with the plan he has for us which a life of abundance and everything else will be added. I believe this book is a must read for a transformed life. Napoleon Hill or Neville Goodard brought me here. They mentioned this book.

I have read the Bible and other scriptures before, but this book highlights just how impactful scripture can be. Centered around the belief that God wants to give us prosperity, this book details the mindset we need to access his infinite wisdom.

Definitely a different flavor than other self development books, but still an interesting read that, if applied, will surely yield a positive outcome in your life.

When Paul says in verse 12, "Become as I am," he means, "Let Christ be formed in you."
To affirm our good in the presence is to cause it to appear.
This must be backed up with earnest faith and desire.
To believe in this book you have to believe in God. This man's information will be beneficial for many generations.

Inspired and Inspiring!

A friend recommended this and I was skeptical that it was another woo-woo book. It’s not! Russell’s references to Scriptures helped me settle into his message with faith, applying his principles, and practicing his lessons. Chapter 8 is the perfect way to cement this teaching. “Behold, NOW is the accepted time.”

This is my second time through this book and I will read it again in the future. Even if you don't believe you can think yourself wealthy, you have to know your thoughts affect your life.

Fine and accurate, just very dated language. Probably best to find a newer book that explains the same thing
