Gripping and addictive finale.

I was hooked into Dorian and Caroline's story from the very first page. The prologue really set the scene for the devastating emotions between the pair. This was an intense second chance romance full of longing, apprehension, hope, trust and love. The over-arching intrigue, deceit, action and drama was equally gripping, and I couldn't stop turning the pages to the very end. Isabel certainly knows how to write an exciting and intricate plot, and it was wonderful to get some answers and conclusions to the series.

Caroline & Dorian. Final instalment of the series, a second-chance romance with the usual suspense surrounding our heroes.

I enjoyed this book a lot and liked both of the MCs. Caroline is sweet, smart and not a doormat. I liked that Dorian acknowledged his errors and didn’t try to hide his feelings, that he would fight for what he wanted. Their interactions felt good, although the fact that they often didn’t finish their conversations, slightly annoyed me.
I missed some of the FMC’s change of heart, I would have liked some more insight about that and to learn about her past while they were apart.

The resolution felt a bit abrupt. I guess I just expected something bigger after everything we’ve witnessed.

This is book nine and the final book in The Arrow Tactical series and it is Caroline and Dorian’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Caroline and Dorian have history because at one time they were married and so in love only for everything to fall apart leaving them both devastated and now years later and they meet again. Caroline used to be a FBI turned CIA operative but because she worked for a horrible boss she decided to leave and now works as an analyst for The Arrow Tactical Team. When there is a world wide threat and Caroline is asked to help because they have Dorian and his father are on there suspect list and she is the only one to be able to not only get into the compound but also get close to Dorian and his father and she hopes that she can now clear up her past with Dorian and then be able to start to hopefully be able to move forward. Dorian has more wealth and status than most people could ever with for but he had always regretted losing Caroline in the way that he did and not fighting for there marriage but then he gets a call that says Caroline is at the compound and wants to see him and then Dorian couldn’t get there fast enough because he wasn’t missing the chance to see her again because he never stopped loving her. Caroline and Dorian still love each other even after all this time and years apart so now he wants a second chance with her but unfortunately Caroline had a job to do and she also wants to prove that Dorian is innocent of the things that they suspect him of. Danger is a lot closer than they no and it will take everything and all the manpower to find the person involved and eliminate the threat while also bring them to justice before they take away Caroline and Dorian’s second chance and future together. Wow what a explosive end to this amazing and action packed series. The twists and turns keep coming at a break neck speed along with danger, drama, secrets, betrayal, kidnapping, killing, surprises, suspense, forgiveness, hope, love, second chances and situations that will have you on the edge of your seat while turning the pages and unable to put this book down as it keeps your attention throughout. I can’t wait to read more books by this author in the future because her books are definitely worth reading.

Blind Prophet is the final installment in the Arrow Tactical Series, and what a satisfying conclusion it is. This second-chance romantic suspense hits all the right notes—reigniting a long-lost love while wrapping it in an engaging, twisty investigation.

Caroline and Dorian’s story is layered with emotion and realism. They met young, married fast, and then fell apart—mainly because of real-world pressures like career ambition, familial and social expectations, and the suffocating weight of wealth and influence. Caroline walked away, and Dorian let her go... but never gave her the divorce she asked for.

Seven years later, their paths cross again under dangerous and complicated circumstances—Caroline now works for Arrow Tactical, a CIA-affiliated company, and Dorian is a suspect in a high-stakes case. When she goes to him to gather intel and try to clear his name, it quickly becomes clear that their feelings never really faded.

What I appreciated most was the authenticity of their reconnection. Both characters had clearly done a lot of personal growth during their time apart, and that growth made their second chance feel earned, not just convenient. The suspense element added tension and movement to the plot without overshadowing the emotional journey.

Overall, Blind Prophet is a satisfying blend of romance and suspense with believable characters and an emotionally rewarding arc. A great ending to the Arrow Tactical Series!

This was such a good book that touched on so many different topics in a tremendous way!

The suspense was a perfect touch to pull in readers and keep them engaged in figuring out who was responsible. That ending was such a shocker to me considering how close they were to Caroline. Definitely nailed the suspense element!

Caroline and Dorian have a beautiful and genuine connection with each other. Despite them planning on getting divorced, their connection sparked itself right back up again when Caroline showed up at his door. I think Isabel wrote a story that highlighted the connection of a true love so beautifully. Despite the struggles that they face and the difficulties that almost ruined their marriage, they found their way back to each other because they’ve always loved each other! Dorian never fell out of love for Caroline and refused to move on from her.

Dorian was my favorite character out of the book. Not only did he fight for his innocence and his father’s, he fought for a relationship with his wife. He protected his wife at all costs and was willing to give up everything that he fought for to ensure her safety. He provided his father with the best care that money could ask for. He was a true gentleman and an amazing husband the second time around!

I loved this story, the final in the Arrow Tactical series. Honestly I think Caroline and Dorian became my favorite couple. Both were likeable and Dorian was hard not to like. Both are strong willed individuals, married for a short time, parting ways but not divorcing because Dorian won't sign the papers or give up on a piece of land that rightly belongs to Caroline. Years later, Dorian is a person of interest in bombings, Caroline, working for Arrow volunteers to go to his house, plant devices to help implicate him. She knows he is not guilty. Dorian still in love with her gets her to agree to spend the weekend and he will sign papers. while there she asks to see his father, who has been involved in shady business for years and finds a 94 years old man suffering from dementia. if not him, who else could the Prophet be, she just knows it's not Dorian. This is a great ending, finding out who the Prophet is and how close he really is to Dorian. Caroline and Dorian are what makes this story so good, both knowing and admitting to loving each other, along with the suspense made it a book I couldn't put down.

You won't be able to put this book down!

Blind Prophet... Arrow Tactical Book 9 by Isabel Jolie. It is a fast-paced action adventure with a beautiful second-chance romance almost as heart-stopping as the action itself. Nothing is as it seems from the minute you open the book. Once I picked it up, I didn't put it down in case I missed the action.

Caroline is a strong woman with a soft heart. Her chosen field makes her a fierce protector of those she cares for.

Dorian is a totally unexpected character. He is an overprotective, dynamic leader and entrepreneur in control of his own empire.

Arrow Tactical has another task for the government—another nasty plot to neutralize. Who is mixed up in the chaos? Only time will tell, but it won't be the ending you thought you saw coming.

The twists and turns in this book held me captivated, sometimes shocked, and most definitely intrigued from beginning to end.

This is a most delightful story and a highly recommended read.

I have desperately wanted to know Dorian’s story from the moment we first met him. There was just something about the enigmatic genius that drew me in, like a moth to a flame. To add the layer of “second chance” into this book, meant that before I even opened it, I was invested in seeing Dorian and Caroline get their hard-fought Happy Ever After. I also rather urgently needed to know the truth behind everything that was going on with the Syndicate. I can say with all honesty that, before this book, I wasn’t expecting any of what turned out. Now, I feel a little bereft to be facing the end of another chapter in the Arrow Tactical world. I'm in no way ready to let go of these characters I’ve grown to love so much, and my fingers are crossed that the author is correct, and they’ll be making cameo appearances in many future books to come.

This is the final book in the Arrow Tactical Security series and also the third book in the Den of Thieves trilogy. Caroline & Dorian’s story starts several years ago at university. However, love alone couldn’t help their marriage survive. Fast forward seven years to the last time they’ve seen each other—there’s a threat to the world & Dorian is implicated. Caroline wants to prove Dorian’s innocence & finds herself in the midst of a major crisis. What I loved about this second chance suspenseful romance—it felt like the FMC was the primary character in terms of work. She had huge amounts of growth, personally & career-wise. I liked Dorian, who knew he was going to do everything to use his second chance & their chemistry was so good. There’s also this comfortableness between that appealed to me. The plot was layered—the corruption of people wanting power and willing to do anything to get it felt scarily real.

Blind Prophet is the final book in the Arrow Tactical Series. It could be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading at least the previous book in the series for background on some of the side characters and events setting the stage. Dorian was a bit of a - positive - surprise for me. A somewhat misunderstood man who'll do everything in his power to turn his second-chance-at-love into a lasting HEA. There's lots of suspense and action with several unexpected twists and turns, cameo appearances of characters from previous novels and a happy conclusion to the team's hunt for a criminal mastermind. So sad to see the series end, but we're promised glimpses of them in future novels and I can't wait to see what's next! I was fortunate to have received an early copy and am leaving this review voluntarily and honestly.

Love sees all

Blind Prophet is the ninth book in The Arrow Tactical Series. So first off this book positions itself as being the last book in the series. I am definitely hoping it is not as this series and the stories have been so deliciously satisfying it would be a heartbreak if it was the end.
This is the story of Caroline and Dorian. They are married but have been separated for years, on the verge of a divorce. The problem is that they both still have feelings for each other. These can be ignored when they are apart but put them together and things will turn hot quickly. So when Caroline shows up at Dorian's door you knows they are going to be having a hard time already. But add in the overarching story-line, the suspense, danger, action, and intensity....and you end up with one hell of a riveting reading experience.

Wow Dorian and Caroline had a lot of time to make up for.

Being set up as a suspect for anarchy, Dorian knows that he is on the wrong side of the law, but when his ex wife, Caroline turns up at the gates sprouting knowledge, he doesn't know where he stands with her.

Still the same feelings are hidden in the background between Dorian and Caroline. After what happened and is happening they are fighting hard to find justice but also fighting each other from getting closer. But that chemistry is still there.

Full of suspense, danger, Betrayal and lies bring this story to life. The characters not just Dorian and Caroline but the team all provide a thrilling and fast paced book.

Highly recommended this book.

Unexpected twist and turn, and finding love again.

Isabel Jolie has a winner with this one. There are plenty of twists, turns, and action, close calls, and sexy scenes. It turns out, Dorian and Caroline are still married, because, really, neither of them wanted to end their marriage. In some ways, this is a ‘he falls first’ book. He’s all for trying to reclaim their marriage and tells her early on that he still loves her. She’s resistant, knowing how tough things were for her all those years ago. So, between trying to prove Dorian’s innocence and keeping her distance from him, she’s got a lot going on. I really enjoyed every moment of this book. I’m so glad I got a chance to read it. If you love action and mystery with your romance, you won’t be disappointed with Blind Prophet.

I am always so excited to read a new book by Isabel Jolie and I am often hooked from the quote at the start of the book. This one was no exception I knew it would be a few late nights of reading this book!
This book started out with what I thought may be a classic second chance trope - but gave much much more. The Arrow Tactical Security Series is such a well built world and the characters have such depth. I enjoyed the snippets back into our main characters past and watching them find their way back to each other. There were some absolutely unexpected twists and truly enjoyable suspense - but one of my favourite things was how our FMC believe in the MMC’s innocence unwaveringly from the beginning.

Wow.... what a thrilling book!!
I absolutely loved Caroline and Dorian's wonderful story, I was hooked from start to finish and didn't even want to put it down and go to bed!!
During their 7 year separation, neither Dorian nor Caroline made any real effort to seek a divorce.
When Caroline is given the chance to see Dorian and help clear his name, old feelings returned as they'd never truly died.
Will their second chance be enough for them to work through the issues from the first time round, or are they doomed to fail again?
Fantastic storyline with superb characters and absolutely loved the HEA.

This has been a well written riveting series that I have enjoyed immensely. In this final book, we have Caroline and Dorian’s second chance seven years after they parted ways. Neither of them had pursued a formal divorce which gave me as the reader my romance fix. Loved how Dorian is certain in their future. Filled with heart stopping intrigue, corruption, unexpected twists, cameos, suspense, danger and the end of the Team’s hunt for a very layered evil mastermind. Sad to see the end but excited to see what the author brings in the future.

Carolyn and Dorian were an interesting pair, but I never really felt any overwhelming feelings of love from either of them. Dorian is very cold throughout most of the book, a workaholic who doesn’t share his feelings. He let Carolyn walk away 7 years ago and does nothing to get her back. While I may have missed her in earlier books, not much is revealed about just what she’s been up to for the last 7 years since she walked away from her marriage. We know the bare bones about her work for the CIA and then Arrow Tactical. I needed more to get to know her as a person, not just his ex. I liked the suspense/mystery aspect of the story, but the romantic connection wasn’t there for me.

Last book in this series is the second chance for Caroline and Dorian.
Caroline might have been separated from her husband for years, but still knows Dorian isn’t the man her new team thinks he is. She just has to prove it.
A great second chance rad that pulls you in from the start. Loved how Dorian opened up, and wasn’t afraid to express his feelings. This story highlighted as well how the media can easily destroy a good thing in their quest for sensational blown out of proportion stories.
Full of unexpected twists and betrayal this is one I definitely recommend adding to your TBR.

This is Caroline and Dorian's book. They are technically still married but have lived apart for seven years. Dorian didn't want to give up on them and didn't want a divorce. Caroline is working for Arrow Tactical and has been assigned the case of investigating Dorian for a crime that she fully believes he is innocent of. This is a wonderful second chance, romantic suspense story with delicious forced proximity that makes the couple unable to deny their true feelings for each other. This author's books are always so well written and so beautifully detailed. She really has a way with words that makes you want to stay up way past your bedtime to find out what happens next.

Great end to the series:
This was another enthralling and captivating story and a great addition to what has been a spellbinding series. If possible, I'd recommend reading the prior two books in the series as there is an overarching mystery that is carried forth.
I found it refreshing that this story featured a mature, second chance romance between exes. I liked both Caroline and Dorian and was so glad that they were able to work things out.

Her characters are so well done! I want them to be friends of mine!

In "Blind Prophet," Dorian and Caroline are young when they marry!
Dorian is a billionaire.
He has Paps chasing him around.
So, no surprise that happens to Caroline.

BUT, it causes her to lose herself, so she walks away!

But now, something nefarious is happening, and she returns to clear Dorian's name and get him to sign those years-old papers!

I couldn't put this down!

Blind Prophet is the ninth and final book in the Arrow Tactical Security series by Isabel Jolie. It's bittersweet that this series is coming to an end, but Izzy sure went out with a bang! This one is a second-chance romance, and it was just as amazing as the rest of the stories in this series! I loved the non-stop action with the suspenseful part of the story, but the romantic part was just as good! I was immersed from beginning to end! Dorian and Caroline were everything, and I was so happy to see them get their HEA. I would highly recommend it with way more than five stars!

This was another excellent addition to the Arrow Tactical series. Dorian and Caroline were such a great couple, two people who had loved one another, come apart and finally found their way back to each other. There was romantic tension, heat, suspense, action. And it all blended together seamlessly. The author did a fantastic job of bringing these characters, and the world they inhabited, to life. This book had everything I could ask for in a romantic suspense. I highly recommend it.

I am sorry that this is the end of this series but it sure went out with a bang (literally and figuratively). Caroline and Dorian never divorced so is now the time to end it all, or begin again. As they meet, after 7 years apart, they realize that it isn’t over and they work together to figure out who is behind the potential destruction of the world. (I figured out the who fairly early, but didn’t know the twist). I really enjoyed the banter with Nick. This is a book you don’t want to miss. I hope the next series is just as good, and I’m sure Izzy will make sure it is. 5 ⭐️

More .... than just a romance. The narrative, the characters, the mystery and the interplay and dynamics that the author creates makes it a so real to the reader. The author has a way with words so much so that the reader can picture the exchanges and really immerse themselves in the story.

Paying attention
Dorian spent years only paying attention to what he wanted to. Caroline left him because she didn't feel he valued her enough to give her his attention. Years later, he's on a watch list and she needs to make sure he is not wrongly accused. They're still married and have both not taken that final step. While clearing his reputation, they both realise that they still love each other, and need to address how to value their relationship going forward.

Isabel has wrapped up this series with us eating up the last bits of the suspense that lingered from previous books. Dorian & Cara's unsettled emotions & love take up a big portion leaving you fustrated & playing cheerleader for them. The deep honest need from Dorian bleeds through the pages. So many unanswered questions has you riveted as bit by bit get unfolded. Suspense, danger & love wrapped up beautifully.

Dedication and undying love. That’s Dorian and Caroline’s story. Their second chance is beautifully written especially their belief in one another. There were so many twists in this book, i kept trying to figure out would happen next. I’m saddened to see this series to come to an end, but what a beautiful end Isabel gave them. I can’t wait to see these characters make appearances in other series!!
