Another wonderful volume that left me feeling so happy after reading, because what a gem of a heroine Monica is!

I continue to deeply admire her because we can really see in this volume how she is pushing herself to do things she has never done before. She is so much more courageous than she realizes, because I think, like Nero tells her after one incident, this would have been a time that she would have been bawling and wanting to go back home. Instead, though, she gets up and does her best in earnest! (That one scene with Nero was so great, and I laughed when we saw his legs! LOL!)

I'm excited for this new character we meet! She seems really great, and I love how she is helping our dear Monica in more ways than one!

And sweet Glenn! I loved seeing more of him! The scenes with him dancing with Monica had me feeling so bad for her, but oh my goodness! The way my heart swooned when Cyril came on page!!! EEEEPPPP!!

Maybe I should have been feeling something more for the Prince, but he just can't compare! Though I honestly don't even know if he OR Cyril stands a chance because I love how near the end, when the Prince makes a comment that he just couldn't hold up to Monica's love for numbers! LOL! I honestly had a similar thought when reading because no one gets Monica excited the same way her love for numbers does! <3

Lastly, I LOVED the ending scene with Lana!! The way her and Monica's friendship has grown is so dear to me, and I loved seeing them feel the same! <3

WAIT! One more! I LOVED that little moment of Monica being taught how villainesses act! LOL! Absolute gold!!

Definitely another fantastic volume, and very much hoping volume five will be out before I know it!

Now that the first story arc ended in the previous vol., this one feels more like an in-between story filled with smaller events. Monica notices people trying to infiltrate the school, and makes a new friend as a result. Promised horse-riding lessons don’t happen in this volume, but dance lessons do. Monica is very bad at it, but the prince is willing to help. There are other etiquette lessons as well, and none go quite as expected. Bullies are starting to emerge too, but Monica is finding some backbone—but only a little. And she’s realising she’s made friends. If only she could keep them once she has to return to being her real self.

This was a cute volume, but unmemorable. There’s a hint of a new arc emerging though, so hopefully there’ll be more excitement in the next volume.

This volume covers events up to the tea party. If you're familiar from the anime you'll know which seem that is. Bonus chapter at the end was absolutely adorable though!
