القداس الإلهي: تعليقات وتفاسير لكثير من أقوال الآباء

كلمة قداس من الكلمات السريانية التي دخلت اللغة العربية، وهي تعني الصلوات التي يتقدس بها الشعب والتقدمة. وعندما نقول: “القداس الباسيلي” مثلاً، فنحن في الواقع لا نقصد مطلقاً أن هذه الصلوات كتبها القديس باسيليوس، ذلك أن القداسات، وإن كانت تحمل عدة أسماء لقديسين عظام، من معلمي الإيمان، إلَّا أن هذه الصلوات كانت معروفة في الكنيسة قبل أن يولد هؤلاء.
وإذا ألقينا نظرة على أسماء القداسات وجدنا أنها تحمل أسماء آباء القرن الرابع والخامس مثل باسيليوس – ذهبي الفم – كيرلس – غريغوريوس الثيؤلوغوس… الخ. وهذه الظاهرة هامة جداً، فهذا العصر بالذات هو عصر البدع والهرطقات لا سيما تلك الهرطقة المزعجة المسماة بالأريوسية، ولذلك أقتضى الأمر أن يُراجع هؤلاء الآباء الذين اشتهروا بالأرثوذكسية، الصلوات التي ورثتها الكنيسة الجامعة، وأن يشهدوا لصحتها. فحملت هذه القداسات أسماء هؤلاء الآباء دون أن يكون لهم فضل كتاباتها، وإنما فضل التأكد من سلامتها، ومن أنها تُعبِّر عن الإيمان الأرثوذكسي القويم الذي أخذته الكنيسة من المسيح ومن الرسل.
