Nothing really new here, sweater-wise. The garment shapes are basic and boxy, easy knitting with not a lot of fussy detail. I wish the garments were designed to be knit from the top down but it's not traditional... The palette is colorful and the photographs are beautiful. The author's story of her struggle with anxiety and depression is perhaps the most compelling thing of this book.
