Nat has created a great book with a rich diversity of recipes. I’ve cooked several of these recipes, and so far her Moo Ping pork skewers are to die for. Her curry paste recipes were easy to replicate and had incredible flavour!!

Every recipe has a photo, and the instructions are very easy to follow whilst cooking.

Only few recipes use ingredients may be harder to find (e.g. green papaya, agar agar), however, these could be found in Asian supermarkets, and substitute ingredients are provided.

Recipe difficulty varies throughout the book. Most recipes fall in the easy to moderate skill level, though every recipe is impressive & delicious.

I definitely recommend her Thai ‘Trifle Situation’ dessert - which had the perfect balance of sweetness, and is a fun way to play with Asian flavours.

This book would be a great gift for anyone looking to expand their skills in the Asian cuisine.
