اول یه تعریف کلی کنم از این مجموعه که هر بار برای دخترم خوندم که صد البته برای خودم هم خیلی خیلی جذاب بود هم متن و موضوع هم تصویر و هم سبک و مدلش.با خودم فکر کردم چی میشه که توی ایران نمیتونیم کتابهای اینقدر خوب داشته باشیم و یا حداقل خیلی کمن تا جایی که من مجبورم مدام از اینور و اونور بپرسم برای کتابهای تالیفی تا بتونم کتابخونه ی خوبی براش داشته باشم.
خب بگذریم به هر حال من هر بار کلی به این موضوع فکر میکنم و منو درگیر خودش میکنه و میدونم نویسنده های خوبی داریم اما کمند و ادبیات کودک اینجا ضعیفه متاسفانه.
خب بریم سراغ کتابهای فلیکس که هم کیفیت چاپش خوبه کیفیت کاغذ و جلد که از انتشارات زعفرانه و نامه های جذابی که فلیکس برای دوستش سوفی مینویسه بچه ها رو عاشق خودش کرده.
خب یه کمی از مدل داستان بگم
خرگوش کوچولویی به اسم فلیکس که عروسک دختری به نام سوفیه و در راه برگشت از سفر توی فرودگاه گم میشه.فلیکس تصمیم میگیره به سفر دور دنیا بره و نامه هایی رو برای سوفی می نویسه و از دیدنی های اون مکان میگه.
چیزی که خیلی این کتابها رو جذاب کرده علاوه بر اطلاعاتی که میده نامه های فلیکسه که در صفحات مختلف کتاب توی پاکت نامه قرار گرفتن
و با خواندن هر چند صفحه به یکی از این پاکتا میرسیم.

Read this to my nephew yesterday. I remember reading this as a kid A LOT. It's really cute and opening the actual real envelopes with letters featuring cute drawings and things like that is a lot of fun even as an adult. Definitely got a nostalgic kick out of reading this one for the first time in probably 20 years.

My Review: Munchkin received this book as a gift from a friend overseas. It was her favorite when she was a child though the setting was a little different in German format I guess. Munchkin is finally old enough to sit down to read this book. It did take us 2 sittings over 2 days to read this book because it is rather long. I love the format of this book with actual envelopes and letters you can pull out and read. Some of the envelopes also included little pictures relevant to the place Felix was visiting. Our copy was a used one so the items in the final suitcase were missing but the rest of the letters were there. Munchkin did enjoy the idea of the book but it might take him until he is older to understand the geography and history in the story.

I would give this book 10 stars if I could.
This is another one of my childhood favorites. Felix is a beloved stuffed rabbit that gets left behind at an airport on accident. He travels the world and sends his owner letters and drawings (as well as pictures) of the places he's been such as Paris, Cairo and Rome.
I loved this book as a child because the stuffed rabbit travelled to places that I’ve never been to. The letter seemed so authentic because it used a different font than the book itself. The picture of Felix in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris is my favorite part of the book. As a part of an ELL endorsement, I would have different translations of this book in my classroom.

I absolutely loved this cute book when I was about 6 years old. This is the first book in a children series about Felix the rabbit who goes missing at an airport and travels around the world. The letters Felix writes to his dear Sophie from all over the planet are even put in some envelopes, which stick with the back to the pages and can be opened. Sometimes there is also a picture or a little map in them and there is a lot of information about the countries Felix is visiting. The illustrations are well drawn and the type is big enough. Such an adorable book for children.

Delightful book for children to teach them about world travel and the magic of writing letters as a means of sharing their experiences. I am an avid letter-writer so the title appealed to me. The book is interactive in that you can open flaps of the envelopes to retrieve and read a letter from Felix to his owner, which describes the cities he is visiting. It's precious!
I will be sending this book on to a young reader who is also a traveler.

Reminded me of those exciting magical books which were quite rare when I was growing up and always belonged to an adult relative who'd saved them from their own childhood, how unlike our ordinary books they offered something extra, and how they taught us about things that could have been.

I have most of these books. They include actual letters from the travels of Felix, a girl's favorite rabbit. The kids learn about letters and places around the world. In between the letters, we follow the life of Sophie. These are great books.

Letters from Felix is a book about a young girl who loses her stuffed animal Felix. Since they are inseparable this is very hard for her, until she receives a letter from London. Guess what, it might just be Felix! Good book for children to read on bring your animal to school day.

Randomly remembered this childhood favorite. I remember thinking it was so cool that I could open the letters and take out actual photos of Felix. I think there's one in France where he's holding a baguette? Oh man, it didn't take much to make childhood Tara happy.

Charming book and a good way for me to practice my German to get ready for my German family’s trip home. Felix, a stuffed rabbit, is separated from his beloved human, Sophie, and takes the long way home, writing sweet little letters to Sophie, explaining his adventures. Each letter is an actual letter that children can take out of the envelope and read. At the end is a happy ending and special surprise. I love it!

Are you getting bored with books that have no surprises? Letters from Felix is the book for you. Poor Sophie's rabbit Felix is lost, but surprises come in the mail. In this book, you learn about different countries. I loved Letters from Felix. It was a book I couldn't put down. If you want to travel the world then go buy the book Letters from Felix. I gave it four stars out of five.

Mijn favoriete kinderboek van vroeger. Wat heb ik dit boek verslonden, keer op keer. Het gaat over het knuffelkonijn Felix die op het vliegveld verdwenen is. Zijn eigenaar Sofie is ontroostbaar, maar moet het vliegtuig halen. Haar vader verzekerd haar ervan dat de knuffel weer terecht komt. Als Sofie na een paar dagen thuiskomt van school ligt er een brief van haar knuffelkonijn Felix in de bus. Hij is in Londen en verteld over zijn avonturen. In de rest van de boek reist Felix naar nog meer bestemmingen zoals Parijs en Rome.

Dit boek bevat echte brieven die je zelf uit de envelop kan halen en kan lezen. Aan het einde van het boek zit er een kofferenvelop met allemaal stickers van zijn bestemmingen.

Het viel mij nu pas op dat het boek best lang is ook al lijkt hij vrij dun. Het is een boek die je meerdere keren voorleest voor een kind. Het is een heerlijk fantasieboek waar kinderen lekker mee kunnen dromen en mee kunnen fantaseren. Ik vind hem zelf niet echt geschikt voor in de klas aangezien de tekeningen en alle kleine details het verhaal maken. Het is meer een boek die je samen met je kind leest voor het slapen gaat. Ik vind zelf de illustraties erg mooi vormgegeven.

A great kids book (a little bit out of time in terms of words used and the way people are depicted) but besides that it is a very good one. For me personally this book (german titel: Briefe von felix) is very nostalgic and it is actually very good for basic knowledge
