This is an over the top story that is still great. Guy goes to the ER because he thinks he has testicular cancer, it turns out to be something much rarer, and more pleasurable. He goes to university hospital. This hospital was written in a way that makes me think it is part of a bigger series but this is the first time I have encountered it. The nurses are allowed to wear much more revealing clothes and more unconventional care plans.

When the guy gets there, the nurse and two assistants assess him. He has something called hyperspermia. He is producing too much sperm and it is causing pain. He also has a few other conditions. One that makes him hypersexual and then making his vasculature in his penis more pronounced. So he starts with a normal size penis and then ends up with a huge one during the episodes. After examination, the nurse tells him they have to extract the sample. The nurse and 2 aids mastuabtate him into a cup. He produces so much he fills 2 cups and then some. The nurse comes up with a care plan that he should be drained every couple of hours. The next time she comes in to get a sample she asks permission for a new way of extraction. Her BF cheated on her a few months ago and she hasn't had sex in a while. She climbs on and rides him to climax. The nurse has a house and tells him and the aide to move in with them. They tell the world about their unconventional relationship and everything is perfect. He also still gets to go to the hospital and get help with his problem from the other nurses working there. Life is good.

This was a delicious read from beginning to end, as all Nina Sestina books are! In this story, Michael believes he has testicular cancer as his balls are swollen and painful. But when he meets the beautiful Nurse Josephine, he finds out that he has an overproduction of semen, coupled with a vascular situation that causes his cock to be immensely hard and thick. From there, she along with her team of sultry nurses team up to take samples from Michael’s meat stick.

Of course, this begins very clinical but soon descends into wanton pleasure as they take “samples” in their pussy, in their mouths, and on their faces. This isn’t a typical ejaculation either, this is Michael spraying copious half gallon cumshots everywhere. Sounds ridiculous, but it works.

I have read several of these erotic short stories and the cover on this story was so stimulating that I had to read the book. I was not disappointed and I couldn’t put it down until I finished it.
