Worth the read
The storyline was good and the detailed writing drew me in. I liked it till I got the page 20. I dislike immensely the first sex scene she's a virgin but yet she's begging him to make her come seriously unrealistic. You hate me but your body doesn't so wet for me we all know sex works the other way around it's in your mind first. These books are cop and paste in all of these books she begs in real life it's usually the other way around LOL He took her in one thrust and didn't even acknowledge her virginity.Author why do you go to all the trouble of making her a virgin and then not have it acknowledged in any so confusing. I can look past the repeated paragraphs in a few editing errors. I just wish the authors would use their talent to come up with something original I stopped reading after the MMC beat and kicked older maid then sliced her throat. Then the MFC has sex with him without any hesitation. I lost respect for both characters. Skim through to finish it. It was ridiculous that he got in a fight with her dad instead of saving her first. Then his man shoots her dad who he is fighting and saves him. Then the MMC shoots her kidnapper and saves him again I feel kind of bad that I'm being so critical but the authors ask for honest opinions and critiques that can help their books be better. I did like the ending it was a little different than the usual but I don't want to spoil it. I would say the book is worth the read.

Did not care for it.
Did not finish. There is action and steamy scenes. I tried to like the main characters , but I couldn't. I found Sienna weak. She gave in to Matteo. Matteo was cruel and treated her like an object. His attitude may have changed , but I didn't care to find out what happened.

when you know, you know!
This story had a lot going on. Mob families, virgin auction, father selling daughter, daughter purchased by family enemy. A hot MMC! Another nasty mobster who wants what’s not his. War. Decisions needed. And a HEA! All signs of a great read! Loved it!

Meh - did not finish. It doesn’t help that it was read to me by a terrible version of AI. Story line was predictable.
