This was my first book of this Christmas murder mystery genre that I didn’t even know existed. It was a blind date with a book from my local library.
I did enjoy the book, well, all three stories in it, they were all very Christmasy, snowy and cozy. They all were pretty similar, reminded me of “Murder, she wrote”.
And I probably won’t read this type of book ever again, because all three plots were boring and not worth the time. Also, I felt like the characters were all 60 years old, but they were flirting and divorcing and I guess they were 40-50, which is insane, because they were thinking and acting like 80 year old boomers. So yeah, there are better ways to get wintery vibes than wasting time on this overall useless book.
