I enjoyed this book and found it contained some lovely ideas and practically helpful information - not just advising on the appropriate supplements but crucially honing in on dosage (something sadly missing in some many books on this topic.

This book really does cover a lot of ground but is gratifyingly concise! Yes it covers physical health with chapters devotes to nutrition and movement, but it goes so much further recognising that the goal for so many of us is not just to stay alive, but also to thrive and the chapters that relate to our mental health and the many ways we can optimise this are on point.

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

I learnt a lot from this book which I will definitely look to implement into my lifestyle moving forward. I particularly found the chapters on sleep and stress very insightful

It’s hard to know what to say about this book. I liked it, I agreed with a lot of the advice - but, it didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know. That might be because I read a lot around the subject but the advice just felt a little generic. If you are someone who doesn’t know a lot about getting older then this is the book for you. Thanks to NetGalley and Michael O’Mara for the ARC.
