One more job and then I’m free.
That’s what was told to me, what was promised.
But when I get home to find the body of my future husband on my living room floor, I know it was all a lie. I was torn down and built up, trained at St. Andrew’s Academy to seduce secrets out of powerful men, and I thought I knew what I was getting into. I’d be married to a sadist for a while and then let go, no longer a pawn to be used by the men who run the world.
But the bastard who killed my betrothed isn’t done with me yet. He takes a little piece of me that night he doesn’t ever intend to give back, then drives me straight to the man behind it all — Ephraim Creed.
It’s his son I’ll be marrying now, his heirs I’ll have in my belly.
But there are more secrets in this house than anyone knows, and nothing is as it seems. The pawn sent to seduce the son has been ensnared by the bastard, and if I don’t keep myself in check, this story will end in blood.
I just have to hope it isn’t mine.

What a book 😮‍💨

Sullivan (FMC) is in a world where she’s only good for one thing and that’s being a porn in the games men like to play. She’s taken from one man to another but this one, Alex, is finding it hard to follow his father’s rules and fulfil his duties as the heir to the Creed legacy.

It leaves Sullivan not able to fulfil her own duty and everyone involved is facing death. Sullivan if she doesn’t bare the next Creed heir, Alex if he doesn’t step up, his lover for existing, and the MMC who helps Sullivan survive this mess.

If anything, this book just goes to show that men in power truly do seem to ruin everything and so, Sullivan has to save herself and that’s exactly what she does with the MMC at her side.

Their HEA seemed almost impossible given their circumstances but they somehow managed to make it work and I was genuinely both relieved and happy for them both.

Ahhh, I loved Sullivan and Draven so much. Knowing that this was in the same world as The Devils of Saint City, I was expecting something similar… but Keeper was actually so very sweet. Still angsty and high anxiety but still so sweet.

I loved how strong Sullivan was in a world that expected women at the men’s feet, and I loved that Draven not only respected that but craved it. I hated Alex and Morella though. Hated how they laid every single thing onto Sullivan’s shoulders and yet dared to talk crap about her.

I hope this Kady Ash continues to write this world for a bit, because I want moreeee!

Spice: 3.5🔥 (Spicy chapters start on chapter 1)

Wow. I really loved this book. I just know I enjoy a book so much when I read it in one day. This is the second book I read from Kady Ash, and just as the first, I am absolutely in love with her writing. It's absolutely beautiful. Captivating. I was hooked from chapter 1. I felt all the feels. I couldn't stop reading. The spice was hot. So kinky and delicious. She's one of those indie authors who doesn't have a big following, but everyone should absolutely read her books. 🩶

Shocked this doesn’t have more reviews on here. This was a super hot and quick read! Forbidden & plenty spicy! The ending was a little quick, but overall a very good time. Dray is *chefs kiss*
