The mission to Verdant Port is underway. Thalia knows that she could face execution when she returns to Frostforge even if the rescue succeeds. She is determined to find her family in the Isle Warden occupied city. What the team discovers surpasses every imagined horror!
This book is full of non-stop action and drama. This series is amazing! I received an advance copy, but my review is honest and voluntary.

I was given an ARC of this book and I enjoyed it.
Thalia embarks on a dangerous and unsanctioned mission, but it the only way to survival and yet...
There was plenty of action and I liked how Thalia was determined to save the lands, despite the disbelief and objections of those in charge of the school. I loved the magical elements and sense of place.
Well-written and engaging.
Worth reading.
