What’s a broke baker to do when a gruff minotaur offers her a gig that’s too sticky—and too sexy—to resist? Lila Hart’s life is crumbling faster than her pastries until she stumbles onto Cloverhoof Honey Farm, where Tavros, a horned hunk with a tail that won’t quit, promises salvation… and something spicier. His honey’s magic—dark, dripping, laced with minotaur heat—and he needs her hands to harvest it.
In this sweet and smutty romance book, every touch turns steamy, every glance a dare. Lila’s flour-dusted curves meet Tavros’s primal growl, and soon they’re tangled in a minotaur romance that’s as tender as it is wild. Is she just a job, or the muse he’ll claim in the hay? This monster romance book delivers a spicy monster romance book for adults fix—think honey-slicked skin, a barn that moans, and a love that’s worth the sting.
Will Lila bake her way to his heart, or will his horns unravel her completely? Dive into this standalone novella and taste the forbidden sweetness—because once you go minotaur, you don’t go back.
What a fun, short read! And VERY spicy and "sweet." As someone new to the short story genre, I did want more! I'd encourage the author to expand the story, at least to the 30k word mark for a hot/sweet novella. And then continue the series with the other Minotaurs on the property ;) Good luck! The only thing I'd point out is that there was a lot of repetition with the 16-year-old in the photo graph reference.
This is an interesting book. It’s short and full of action so if you are looking for a quick spicy read, this is for you. It is the first time that I read Minotaur romance, it is definitely a unique taste. If you are into this type of romance and spice, go ahead and give this book a try. I am giving it three stars as I am looking for a more complex story and more character building. Overall, it’s worth a try if you have never read anything like this before.
A short and sweet monster romance. I would have liked more detail during the smut scenes and think the main conflict (won’t spoil) should have been introduced sooner, but a fairly entertaining read anyways. Worth the read for sure !
