Fake dating an international playboy DJ isn’t my style/ I sell vintage clothing, not billionaire romance. His real name is Sheldon "Snickers" Woodward III.
He’s the billionaire bachelor 'bad boy' heir slated to become CEO of his family’s greeting card empire.
After saving him from a PR disaster, I’m hired as his fake fiancée to clean up his image.
We’re sent on a whirlwind media tour—complete with swoon-worthy dates and staged kisses straight out of their corny cards.
So fine. I’ll play along. Smile for the cameras. Cash the check.
Easy money, right?
Wrong.
Snickers lives to push my buttons. But for every smug grin, there’s a touch that lingers too long. A thunderbolt connection we both feel.
How can something so staged suddenly feel so real?***
Billionaire's Naughty Secret is a funny, emotional, steamy, and forbidden age gap billionaire romance. If you enjoy the snark of Kat Singleton, wow power of T.L. Swan, and 'naughtiness' of Max Monroe you'll love this yummy, steamy romcom billionaire romp

Full disclosure, The Billionaire’s Naughty Secret is not my favorite book genre, and this one seemed more formulaic than most. The Cinderella story trope where some underprivileged girl has all her dreams come true after a chance, one-night stand with the Superstar DJ at a dance club, is hard to swallow. After an incredibly steamy night with Snickers the DJ/Superstar/CEO/Hot Billionaire, Pip must then save his ass when he jumps onstage and starts doing a striptease. Not a good look for the CEO of a well-known greeting card company. They concoct a big, long coverup story, wherein he and Pip are engaged to be married and they enjoy a sky’s-the-limit, no holds barred NYC style romance. But, it’s all fake because they don’t really like each other. Right? Wrong! I enjoyed the writing, and the introduction of a cute little French bulldog named, Piglet that Pip and Snickers adopt…just as a media photo op. Right? Wrong! Recommended for fans of this romance genre.
A fun and quick romance, featuring a young self-supporting business owner with a passion for vintage fashion, and a wounded bad-boy billionaire, who are just bound to fall in love.
I enjoyed reading this, and liked following the character of Pip. I always enjoy reading about things from the POV of younger women trying to make it in the world. Pip was a fun character who had a delightful sentimentality, and just enough confidence in herself to stand on her own. I looked forward to her scenes, and was rooting for her to break through all the fakery around her and show herself as the one this Billionaire should never let go of.
I thought the Author, Sass Green, did a good job of bringing Pip's interest in vintage fashion onto the stage, and in showing her life in the world outside of the orbit of Billionaire Sheldon 'Snickers' Woodard, and the drudgery of the being trapped in clutches of the PR people of Woodard's company. It seemed unpleasant for both of them, and I was wanting them both assert themselves to escape it.
I think the story followed the beats of a typical romance; it is a Cinderella story of a young girl winning the heart of a billionaire before going off to live happily ever after--only, there were a few scenes where the clothes hit the floor and the lights stayed on.
There were parts of the story I thought to be 'unlikely', such as Snickers being a DJ (and secretly, men never really talk about their pining away over a woman with other men, but...) and though it followed the patterns of being a pretend romance turned true, I would have liked to have seen the characters be more assertive, and demand an end to their fake relationship to insist on their real one before becoming a solidified couple. I also would have liked another steamy scene or two to spice it up more. I think these characters had the desire for it.
I think this is a quick and easy read, one that would hit home with younger women, and those who enjoy romances.
My Review: Billionaire's Naughty Secret by Sass Green is a contemporary romance that was released on 3/26/25.
About the Book: "Billionaire's Naughty Secret is a funny, emotional, steamy, and forbidden age gap billionaire romance."
In My Own Words: A DJ and a vintage clothing loving darling meet and mix. After an impromptu save, a fake relationship ensues. Unfortunately, it brings about some unwanted attention.
About the Characters:
Pip - > I loved her interest in vintage clothing and the origin story related to her passion for thrifting. I also loved her relationship with her aunt. She seemed naive at times. In other moments, she came across as experienced. It was an interesting dichotomy.
Snickers - > There was an appeal about him. He was charming, but he was also approachable. With that said, he was disconnected in a sense. The parts of his past that shaped him were still being flushed out in real time, which made him attractive. I wanted to see how he landed when all was said and done.
Piglet - > Oh my goodness! I adored this sweetie pie. He stole the show. I appreciated that he played such a major role.
Pip's Aunt - > Her love story was a breath of fresh air. The possibility of nookie was setup so well.
Pip's Girlfriends - > They were different. The positions they took when dealing with Pip made me stop and scratch my head at times. I'm glad the author left a crumb or two. What comes next should prove to be fascinating. Hmm...
Snicker's Brother - > He had a presence that I was not expecting, despite his absence. I was left wondering what changed between the brothers. It was slightly frustrating not to fully understand the dynamic that occurred between them.
Other Characters - > Snicker's nemesis whom he grew up with got my attention. Also, his father's friend and the role he played was notable. Clare and Kit were forces who might need to get their own stories.
My Favorite Scenes (coded, so as to avoid spoilers):
- The DJ Saves the Day - Fake Kisses? - The Tree of Love - A Piece of Cake - With This Ring
My Umm Scenes (coded, as well):
- The Yes and No - Pushy, Pushy
The Scene That Broke My Heart (coded): Memories Never Die
My Final Say: This fast-paced, age gap romance was entertaining. It had romantic moments, playful interactions, tense situations, a villain of sorts, and a HEA. The spice was low. Overall, it gets a mixed bag rating.
Other: Readers who enjoy the following tropes should like this book - >

Billionaire’s Naughty Secret is the fourth book in the author’s contemporary romance series and a captivating one. MFC Pollyanna Fletcher and her best friend Zaza have just made their way into the hottest club in town, Taboo. Polly and the hot international DJ Snickers soon begin exchanging heated looks and when he rescues her from a potential assault their chemistry soon leads to a passionate one night. With Polly misunderstanding his relationship status though, she leaves his apartment the next day without any goodbyes. Six months later when she begins temping for Woodward & Company, famous for their greeting cards, she discovers the new CEO and heir is none other than her DJ, Sheldon “Snickers” Woodward III. Snickers has been forced to take over the position due to the sudden tragic death of his older brother Preston, and still hasn’t come to terms with either of the changes to his life. Meeting Polly again, who as been renamed Pip by him, adds to his frustration because he really thought they had connected when they first met, then she left without a word. I enjoyed Pip and Snicker’s (loved these names) story which became even more entertaining after Pip gets Snickers out of a public relations debacle that soon leads them into a fake engagement cover story. With the money the company offers her for the ruse she can finally open up the Vintage clothing store she has always dreamed of owning, but will her heart suffer in the process? A very nicely written, romance begins to flow with humor, intrigue, spice, emotion, surprises, drama, and finesse. Characters were expertly crafted, but I have to say that side character Piglet often stole the show, a perfect read was had all the way! HEA.

This story was so emotional and funny. We meet Pip and Snickers. Pip is such a cool and fun-loving character. She loves vintage clothing and dreams of her own business. Snickers is a rich DJ and CEO. He was very charming and showed a fun side of himself toward Pip.
Pip meets Snickers at a club. Snickers is the DJ there and they have an immediate attraction. They decide to go back to Snickers' penthouse where they have a night of fun together. The next morning Pip overhears Snickers on the phone and decides to leave.
Six months later fate throws Pip and Snickers back together. She is working as a temporary secretary at his company. They have a disagreement and Pip thinks he is a jerk. Later they see each other again when he gets drunk. Pip tries to help him when people surround him because he is famous. She tells them they are engaged. His company is angry with him for the scene he has caused. Pip then gets hired by his PR people to pretend they are fake dating.
This story had so much heart. I loved the dog Piglet that Pip and Snickers adopted. He became a whole other character. Pip and Snickers were interesting characters. If you love fun and romance this is the story for you.

Pip is working towards owning her own vintage clothing shop by temping. Her latest position seems to be no different until she runs into the new CEO who just happens to be the hot one night stand she can't forget. Then a moment of madness later sees her rescue him from a drunken disaster only to have his PR team see her as a potential saviour. Now she's playing fiancee to this arrogant, charismatic stranger. Their changing relationship makes it increasingly difficult to remember that this is all fake and just a PR stunt.
Snickers is living the life of a playboy DJ when the death of his brother forces him to swap night clubs for the board room. Not a move he is happy with. The plain spoken, positive, quirky one night stand he couldn't forget might just be what he needs to help with the changes in his life.
I thoroughly enjoyed the lively conversations between the two main characters and the confusion and uncertainty when they realise that things are getting a little real. Fantastic light, fun, steamy will they, won't they.

Sweet girl is roped into saving the reputation of a ‘Bad Boy’. Temp, Pollyanna has a hot night with the DJ at a club when he rescues her from the unwanted attention of a drunk. Fast forward six months and she finds herself temping for the gorgeous man she encountered before; only this time things have changed, Sheldon (DJ Snickers) is a changed man having recently been forced to take over the company after the death of his older brother. I loved the character of Pip & how sweet she is, especially her penchant for vintage clothing and accessories. Snickers on the other hand is a total spoilt child, mocking Pollyanna & giving her the ‘Pip’ nickname; resentful for her walking out on him after their previous encounter. I wanted to give this 3.5 starts, mainly due to Snickers horrible personality throughout most of the book; however, the story is well written with good character development (plus a cute dog!) and Pip’s rehabilitation of Sheldon/Snickers is interesting and engaging on the journey to their HEA.
Billionaire's Naughty Secret is an age gap, fake dating/marriage story between Pollyanna "Pip" and Sheldon "Snickers" Woodard III.
While out at a club, Pip sees a mesmerizing DJ working and the connection between them is instantaneous, until he disappears from the booth. When a drunk clubgoer corners Pip, she is rescued by Snickers. After an unforgettable night, Pip sneaks away after overhearing a conversation that made her question the time she spent with Snickers.
Six months later, their paths cross again and to save Snickers from a PR nightmare, Pip agrees to a fake dating/marriage arrangement to save his family's company. When danger arises from one of Snicker's fandom, he must decide if what he is feeling is real or is this just an act to save his reputation and company.
This is a cute fake dating/marriage story with a cute dog, fun side characters and a satisfying HEA.
Romance is really not my favourite genre - I'm extremely picky what kind of romances I'll read, and they're normally dubbed as Women's Fiction, and not strictly romance.
It could be for this reason that I found this a hard book to get in to. Although easy reading (minus one or two spelling/grammar/formatting issues), I couldn't really get into the story. The names of the characters - Snickers and Pip - admittedly not their real names - was just too much for me, and neither character did much to endear themselves to me, Snickers especially. I've never understood the female obsession with men who behave badly, but have some good inner core that it's apparently our responsibility to dig up.
The whole story felt like fan fiction of 50 Shades - complete with a billionaire playboy, a stalker, and a clueless heroine.
Although not for me, I'm sure fans of this genre will enjoy it.
This book is an unputdownable hot romance book filled with lust, love, and will keep your body as well as a few other parts very warm. I started to read this book and, in a day, and a half I had it 100% finished and sad because I have to wait for the next book Sass releases. You need to get this bad boy billionaire romance story into your hands right this very second and feel the heat radiate from the chapters as you read them. Great storyline with great characters as well.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. The strong attraction is there from the beginning for Snickers and Pip. Unfortunately an overheard conversation separates them for a time until fate steps in. To redeem his image, a fake relationship is portrayed. I like how the fake becomes real love between them and how her new pup Piglet saved her from a stalker.
This tantalizing story portrays Snickers as a playboy whose lifestyle has gotten out of hand with Pip as the woman who is hired to improve his image. In the beginning they bump heads but soon sparks are lightning, and feelings are coming into play but when a misunderstanding ensues will it put a stop to everything they have going.

This romance has exactly what I want in a romance; lovable characters, drama, danger, steamy encounters that leave you panting, a cute puppy, and an HEA ending. Once I started reading, I could not stop. This is a great addition to the series! I received an advance copy but my review is honest and voluntary.
I really enjoyed it. I’m not one for the fake dating trope but this one caught me and kept me going. I loved the little nicknames. I knew piglet would do something like that. The only one other than the obvious one I didn’t care for is Keesha. To me she was too negative when her friend needed her. Would recommend this book.
This book is definitely worth the read. It is a super easy read that had me both laughing and invested in the characters. Pip and Snickers had a unexpected relationship that was both adorable and sexy. I absolutely loved the names and nicknames in this book! The story was creative and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend.

Although Romance isn't my genre, this was a fun and easy read overall. However, it was a little formulaic, as this is a typical "Cinderella and Prince Charming" style romance story even though it's set in the modern age. The characters were likeable and well written, and I think this would be a good novel for those who are interested in romance.
This is an exciting, quick read. You’ve got tension, drama, romance, and some intrigue. Each element truly added to the story. It was fun to see their fake relationship blossom on page. Another great read from this author.
Thanks to Victory editing for this ARC. I read this book in a day! The character chemistry was great and the writing was fantastic!! I loved that I thought I had the book figured out and I was so wrong!! Definitely not predictable! Definitely recommend reading this book!!
I normally enjoy this trope allot more than I did this time around. This comes across a little far-fetched. They had points where the banter was on point, and I loved the introduction of piglet.
Flirty, fun, and full of heart. This spicy age-gap romcom delivers sharp banter, sizzling chemistry, and a surprising emotional core. The characters' growth and connection give it real depth. A great pick for fans of steamy billionaire romances with humor and heart.
The storyline was decent but the writing and story-telling is awkward, almost rushed. The character development is incomplete. None of the story goes with the title.
Pollyanna Fletcher and her friend Zaza are outside Taboo, the hottest new nightclub in town. Zaza works at the fitness center Equinox that caters to the rich, so she has connections that get them into the club.
They dance and Pollyanna is mesmerized by the international DJ. Zaza is dancing with a cute guy and disappears. When a new DJ starts playing, she looks around for Zaza. A creepy guy approaches her and does not take no for an answer. She ends up in a dark hallway and the guy finds her. Luckily, the DJ she likes saves her and the security guys take away the creepy guy. Snickers, the DJ, takes her to his penthouse apartment at the attached hotel to clean up the cut on her shoulder. He decides to nickname her Pip.
They have an incredible night. The next morning, Snickers takes a call from a friend. Pip overhears him saying that it was a fun night but that he won’t forget his vow. Pip quickly dresses to leave and then sees a picture of a woman named Kellie.
Six month later, Pip is working a temporary position at Woodward & Company. Kit takes her to the cafeteria. She is a freelance social media strategist for Clare, the head of PR. The company keeps her on retainer. A tall man enters the cafeteria like he owns the place. Kit tells Pip that he is Sheldon Woodward III. His older brother Preston was CEO for the last 20 years but was killed in a skiing accident last month. Sheldon has now been the new CEO for the last few weeks. He really doesn’t want to be there.
Sheldon grabs the last brownie as Pip is reaching for it. Their eyes meet. Sheldon is Snickers. He asks what he is doing there. She tells him that she is temporarily working for Clare. That night, Pip meets Zaza for drinks. They see a drunken Snickers jump on stage and he starts singing to Prince and stripping. Pip saves him from the cops by lying and telling them that she and Snickers are engaged. The police let him go with Pip. She puts him in his limo. The next day, Pip is called back to Woodward & Company. Clare wants her to continue to be Snickers fake fiancé. It will save Snickers trust fund and the company. Pip will be paid enough to pay for an art studio for her aunt and hopefully open her own vintage clothing store.
Interesting twists and turns.
