Different

The Ultimate EFT Tapping Guide for Beginners by Jessica Minty is definitely different. I am not the type of person who does yoga or meditates, so this book was the first of its kind to reach my hands. The book was informative, enlightening, and simple to follow. It explains what EFT is and how to perform it. A good guide to add to your Health & Fitness collection.

It will help you to create positive affirmations

Positive affirmation sounds like a good idea. Until you try them, but nothing changes.

This book will teach you how to use EFT tapping to make affirmations work.

Great introduction

Eft explained simply for beginners. Has definitely made me want to practice on a daily basis. A counsellor introduced me to eft about 10 years ago for bereavement & I found it very helpful.
Great for a free book.
