Absolutely fantastic book! Chris Robinson defines complacency as "careless security." This book includes a Complacency Assessment Profile and Chris has developed a seven step framework to overcome complacency in our lives. He begins the book with rumble strips and ends with road cones. What does that mean? You will have to read the book to find out. But you may discover that complacency is lurking in your life and you are not aware of it. In other words, "careless security."

Chris is the real deal. How do I know? Because Chris is the executive vice president of the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team and I have been a member since May of 2020. I have been on Chris' weekly mentorship calls and have sat under his teaching and mentoring. Additionally, I have interviewed Chris for my bi-weekly podcast and he is as genuine as it gets. All of that adds to his credibility and the credibility of his book, From Drift to Drive.

Get the book, read it, and you will not be disappointed.

This is a well-written self-development book that I can see myself reading more than once. Chris brought the fire with his definition of complacency in a way that I've never heard before, and the stories were told well. I also love that the book is filled with action steps to make your next level of growth a reality. Pick up this book today, especially if you're a high achiever or looking to become one.
