Finding Contentment: The Little Book Of Contentment

Rate this book
If you're an unhappy or discontent medical provider, you need this book!
The Little Book of Contentment For Physicians is a complement to Leo Babauta's groudbreaking work, The Little Book of Contentment. In that book Leo takes the reader through the intricacies of happiness and contentment and gives actionable steps to finding true happiness and true contentment. I've adopted his life-changing strategies in my own life and as a result, I felt that medical providers everywhere, especially physicians could benefit from Leo's insights but with a medical spin.

How This Book Will Help You
This book takes the reader along the chapters in Leo's Little Book of Contentment and if you haven't done so already, get his book as this guide will be rather useless without it! Once you have it, read a chapter a day in his book and a chapter a day in mine and you'll
- Why happiness is so elusive, especially for "successful" people
- Find out where true happiness and contentment comes from
- Why laziness and contentment are not the same (overworked physicians need this chapter!)
- How to work each day to make progress to the goal of contentment with real, actionable advice

You're stressed out, overworked, and unhappy. This book can help you change all of that and help you regain that often elusive contentment
