The author chose the best book to adapt. He is experienced in the right field and he smartly followed the format Sharon Lechter initiated in her adaptation. There are parts where it was clear that he carved his words to suit those whom he previously quoted, which for me diminishes the veracity of what he really wanted to say. I say this because there were pages upon pages of his thoughts that were untouched. Raw and in total earnest. That's what readers like me look for. Authenticity and vulnerability.
