This books compliments very well the theoretical framework of hiring set forth by Chad’s previous book: “The 5 Cs of Hiring”. Like a good Netflix or Prime series, it leaves you hungry for more! Of the two, “The 5 Cs of Hiring” was my favorite, but, like I said, they go well together. I would recommend reading these two books sequentially, and later consider reaching out to Chad for more hands on application of the Predictive Hiring Model. God bless you Chad!
