This book is beneficial to those who may find being empathetic difficult, as well as, those who may deem themselves as very empathetic people. It delves into topics that can hone any skill level.

Unfortunately, I did find the reading level of this book to be lower than I was anticipating. That being said, I would recommend it to anyone looking to build their skills.
