Your productivity pal

This book will help you find out what you really want from yourself and your life, and then help you to set goals that inspire you. According to the author This book is a window to a holistic analysis of all of the vital elements that impact productivity.

You can't achieve goals if you respond to every demand in the environment around you. And you will not have enough energy to work if you do not understand how your cognitive or physical energy works. The problem isn’t that the techniques don’t work. The problem is that techniques alone are not enough.

I've read many books on productivity and this one fits into the bill effortlessly. The book sways easily from one page to another and doesn't feel heavy while reading. A must have read on productivity. People who are new to reading should definitely give it a shot.

Items of Note:
* Productivity is not about doing more; it is about making more of what you do count.
* Distractions are the enemies of progress. Guard your focus with intention.
* Energy, not time, is the fundamental currency of high performance.

Getting things done!

This book is all about getting stuff done better. It looks at how everything is connected, like puzzle pieces in a big picture. It helps you figure out what's important to you, where you want to go, and how to get there step by step. The book also talks about staying focused, taking care of yourself, and managing your energy. It gives you easy tips to try and talks about making good habits and having a positive attitude, even when things aren't perfect. The book is like a toolbox to build your own plan for getting things done, no matter if you're a business owner, a student, or just want to do better at life. Using this way of thinking, you can work smarter and reach your goals faster.

A great and insightful read

I cannot claim that I discovered America, but the ideas presented were structured in a really nice way. Each paragraph contained valuable insights that were worth copying and pasting into my notebook, and I integrated quite a few into my self-development plan.

I appreciated the author's perspective on the "monkey mind" and the various techniques presented to combat it. I found several of the suggested routines to be effective and would highly recommend them.

decent amount of information

Although I sometimes can’t understand why the world need to get another productivity book, because there is really only so much information and motivation you can share, this one is up there with some of the better ones.

In someways, there is actually too much information here and it’s also not always practical, but there is a lot of useful information. There is nothing I haven’t seen before, but it makes it worth reading just the same.

Good Resource!

I would not call anything in the book ground breaking. The author takes a lot of referenced material and breaks it down into a very informative book on how to use your time wisely. If you are an extremely unorganized person this will be helpful.
