Excelente libro: combina los práctico del entrenamiento con lo profundo y espiritual que motiva a todo corredor. Lo releo constantemente.

Es bueno. Considero que sirve un poco para plantearte mejores objetivos a la hora de correr y corregir técnica si ya corres.

Para quienes les gusta correr este es su libro, Eric Orton explica la forma correcta en la cual se debe realizar esta actividad y que ejercicios te ayudaran para lograr no tener lesiones.
