Brothers of Sin #1
Dangerous Haven
On the run, I never expected Archer Sin—reclusive, arrogant, and tattooed—to be the doorstep I landed on.
Even though he hates me too, Archer agreed to keep me safe from the man who left me broken and bruised.
It should be easy to stay out of each other’s way when we’re complete opposites.
He wants nothing to do with me and I want nothing to do with him, other than the haven he’s providing.
Archer is always glued to his computers anyway, brown hair falling over his eyes as his inked fingers dance across the keyboards.
But as I try to start over in this new city, my reluctant protector is stalking me, ruining every date I go on.
I should hate how Archer watches me, eyes tracking me, but I don’t.
One drunken forbidden kiss alters everything.
You can’t outrun the past forever.
Our fate was sealed before we ever began.
Set in the Sinners and Angels universe, can be read as a standalone. Meant for mature audiences.

This book left me with genuinely mixed feelings ,one of those books I can't say I liked, but can't say I disliked either. There was just so much cringe. The nicknames ("Little Tornado," "Big Boy") made me die a little inside every time, and scenes like the dress shop moment had me staring into space from secondhand embarrassment. The bomb box confession and the movie-inspired ending didn't help either , I wish those moments had felt more original instead of copying such recognizable scenes.
Archer was a mixed bag too. Likable in flashes, but incredibly childish for a supposedly 30-year-old billionaire. His pettiness with his siblings was fun sometimes, but often just too much.
Underneath the cringe, there's a cast of siblings I could actually see myself loving. I just hope future books lean harder into the family dynamics and dial back the secondhand embarrassment. Overall this book was not bad but just too cringe for my liking
Thank you for NetGalley for providing me with this ARC in exchange of an honest review🫶🏼✨

"You want the world to fucking burn? I’ll light the match. You have me—mind, body, and soul—in this life and the next. A million times over.”
Little Tornado!! 🌪️🖤
I just finished my second read, and somehow I loved it even more. The audiobook was done great, it had duet narration and I enjoyed it!
The story starts off with London escaping her abusive father after he’s arranged to marry her off, and she ends up at Archer’s house. They can’t stand each other at first, so it’s a delicious slow-burn, forced proximity romance.
Archer is absolutely unhinged in the best way. He’s obsessive, possessive, grumpy and has OCD traits that make his routines and fixation on London even more delicious. And the stalking? Next level. Every time another man even looked at her, talked to her, take her on a date, or dance with her.. Archer would magically appear to mess things up. 😮💨
One of my favorite parts of this book was the found family. Archer’s siblings, Leo and Seven, completely stole the my attention. Seven is literally the cutest little psycho and had me laughing every time he was on the page. 😂
I seriously hope L. Peirce writes interconnected standalones for the siblings. I’m dying for Seven’s story, and Leo has me so intrigued. He seems completely obsessed with the girl who was stolen money from him, and I need to know how far that obsession goes.
This one had slow burn, forced proximity obsessive, possessive MMC, Found family, morally gray psychos …this one is definitely worth the read.
~Currently on my second re-read~ I read this last year and enjoyed it! Today I got the ARC audiobook. its duet narration 10% and it's even better the second time!

I can't lie I ate this up! I feel like I've stopped picking up dark romance reads as much (unintentionally) that when I find one that checks all my boxes I find myself missing this genre a lot!
I was invested in this from the very first page, the plot pacing, the characters, I just know I'm gonna get attached to them by the time this series ends! On that note the next book is Leo Sin's book and I can't wait but I'm secretly hoping we get Seven's book! 🙏🏻✨️
One thing I absolutely loved about this author's writing as a first reading experience with her is how layered and complex the characters were written, especially Archer, for me he's a green flag despite his dark past, the been through a lot, closed off but selfless af kind, I actually felt bad for him in certain scenes💔
London on the other hand; look I love fiercely hot headed FMCs but the fact that it got to a point where Archer had to actually tell her you thought of yourself while I sacrifed myself for you😭 -- that was my girl fuck off point -- like I know you've been through hell and think you know best but sometimes you don't🙄😒
Also; I was lowkey hoping the angst phase would last longer but the dude went out and brought her stuff and he remembered the dress that she wanted like seriously????😭❤️🩹🫠
Oh and I'm happy to report back that I highlighted over 60+ lines 😂 so it definitely delivered in terms of dialogues ❤️🔥 ~Available on KU ~
““You can wreck my life anytime, my little tornado.” “Shut up and kiss me, big guy.”

I listened to this one on audio and I am SO glad I did. It’s duet narration, and the narrators brought so much personality and emotion to these characters. The banter especially hit so much harder because you could really hear their personalities coming through. I was absolutely eating that shit up.
London is on the run from her old life. An abusive father who sent her up with a vile man (arranged marriage), and when she shows up at a random address given to her by a trusted friend, she’s expecting someone to keep her safe. The problem? Archer has absolutely no fucking idea who she is or why this filthy, beat-up woman is standing at his door.
He’s a hacker who’s been out of the game for years, wants to be left alone, and definitely does NOT want a random woman in his house. But even though this man is grumpy as fuck, he can’t exactly turn his back on her.
And when I tell you this man is GRUMPY, please don’t take that lightly. 😂 He is rough around the edges, huffing and puffing his way through this entire book, but somehow his grumpiness was actually charming. Because despite all his complaining, London was walking that man like a fucking dog. 🐕 Every big muscular tattooed inch of him.
But let’s talk about the REAL reason Archer had me hot and bothered… this man isn’t just rich. He’s FILTHY fucking rich. Im talking B’s babyyyyy, Billionaireeee. And he is not afraid to spend that money on London. This man will casually drop $700,000, give her a black card, stock the fridge with all her favorite food and act like it’s literally nothing.
I LOVE a rich man, but I love a rich man who spends his money on the FMC even more. 😂 And the best part? He isn’t flashy about it. Archer is calculated, reserved, obsessive and very much a “I already handled it” kind of guy. He’s not trying to show off. He just has the money, uses it, and moves on. And somehow that made it even hotter.
Let me tell you, if you love books where the main characters bicker basically the entire time, you are going to fucking LOVE these two. Arguing is their love language. You genuinely never know if they’re about to fight or fuck. Archer is supposed to be protecting her while simultaneously wanting to strangle her, what a fun position to put me in as a reader.
Everything this man does is EXTREME. London doesn’t answer the door? He breaks the fucking wall down. Is it completely out of pocket and absurd? Absolutely. Do I give a single fuck? No. 😂 I love that kind of ridiculous behavior in books.
And even though their relationship kept me on my toes the entire time, I genuinely loved the story. FMC on the run and in hiding is one of my FAVORITE micro tropes, so putting Archer in charge of protecting her was already working for me. But the way London’s backstory eventually tied into Archer and the larger plot was so good, and I really loved the family aspect with all of his siblings.
The family dynamic added this really fun, lighthearted element to a story that definitely has some darker undertones because of London’s past. You’re getting the romance, the banter, the angst and the spice, but you’re also getting found family and some really great platonic friendships, which I always appreciate.
And speaking of the spice… yeah. Very fucking hot. Especially in my ear holes. 😂
This book had such a good balance of plot, spice, banter and angst. And if you don’t love a little push and pull, prepare yourself because these two could NOT figure out their feelings for each other. And once they did They still didn’t want to fucking admit it. The back-and-forth was insane, and I loved every second of it. Give me characters fighting their feelings and creating unnecessary angst because they refuse to communicate and I am SAT.
Overall, this was such a solid read and an even better audiobook. The narration, the banter, the grumpy billionaire, the ridiculousness, the spice… it all worked for me.
This was my first book by Luna, and I can officially say I’m a fan.🙂↕️🙂↕️

the chemistry, tension and forbidden romance had me INVESTED. my only issue was the miscommunication because why were we making everything 10x harder than it needed to be when y’all could’ve just TALKED 😭 but honestly, aside from that, i had such a good time reading this. Archer had me in a chokehold and i ate up every second of their tension. definitely recommend if you love dark romance with a protective, broody mmc!!

4/5⭐️

Dnf’d at 85%. That fucking close. Cue a shitload of Unnecessary Misunderstanding Trope.
It’s pissing me off so bad rn because I was having the time of my life reading about a guy who always puts his girl first. These stupid ass hoes don’t talk first of all, like zero communication and I get it cuz of their backstory. But it gets a to certain point you know. What triggered me the most is that Archer was so obsessively protective even at the most trivial of things. But then Madison the ungrateful lying hoe SHOOTS London and he wants to go get some closure?????? I get he was wound up crazy grieved about her dying but honestly when you find out that the bitch you been moping over for years and how they influenced your life with their deception, I would think it snaps you out of your bullshit and into a deleting spree. Ama yok
Alas a girl can dream
Here I expected he would go and string her up in typical bad boy fashion and torture her and then bring London over and they would torture her together and then dance over her mutilated corpse. Why else is this even a mafia book??? Everyone judges Seven but I like him cuz he wouldn’t have let that shit slide if someone crossed Grace(I hope).
And then there was no mention of how London was a victim too and her scars and Archer was particularly chill about it for a mafia guy with anger and control issues. I expected the whole works, “Who did this to you” and such.
And dont even get me started on Ivy, she was so annoying and pick me at those “family dinners” also the way she exposed London just further proves it because that hoe was having a hard time accepting anything other than her holier than thou self was able to get through with Archer and she didn’t have any sway over him like that. She could’ve confronted London herself if she really wanted to protect Archer but all she wanted to do was ruin something good he had and walk in like a saviour later with her incessant nagging and calling that was never much help to Archer.
So much potential and all went to shit cuz until 75% mark it was a 6/5 stars for me.

4.5 STARS!!!
Well… I clearly forgot how much I love a book that drops an absolutely chaotic woman into the life of a man who wants NOTHING to do with her. 😂
London shows up at Archer’s door running from a nightmare she desperately needs to escape, expecting safety… and instead gets a very grumpy, very intimidating, very private billionaire hacker who is basically like, “Who the hell are you?”
And somehow… this was the perfect recipe for me to become completely invested.
Archer was EVERYTHING. 🥵
He’s guarded, sarcastic, intimidating, ridiculously wealthy, and has approximately zero interest in letting anyone disrupt his carefully controlled life. Naturally, London proceeds to bulldoze straight through every single one of his walls.
And watching this man go from “absolutely not” to “fine, I’ll protect you” to basically rearranging his entire life around her?
Yeah. I ate that up.
What really worked for me was that Archer wasn’t just your typical wealthy, powerful MMC. There was so much more underneath that tough exterior. His past, his loneliness, the way he protects the people he cares about, and the sacrifices he makes without needing recognition made him so much more than just the broody billionaire archetype.
And London?
That girl has been THROUGH IT.
She’s stubborn, emotional, fiery, and determined to survive on her own terms. Sometimes I wanted to grab her by the shoulders and yell “PLEASE JUST LET THE MAN HELP YOU.” 😂 But honestly, her fight to reclaim control over her own life made sense considering everything she had survived.
These two together were absolute chaos.
The banter? 🔥
The tension? 🔥🔥
The stubbornness? OFF THE CHARTS.
They could turn the most basic conversation into an argument, and somehow every argument had me sitting there wondering whether they were going to kill each other or finally admit they were completely obsessed with one another. 😂
And I LOVED the slow shift in their relationship.
It wasn’t just instant attraction and suddenly they're madly in love. There was this constant push and pull as trust slowly developed, walls started coming down, and Archer began showing London that she didn't have to face everything alone.
Plus, can we talk about the “I may complain about you constantly, but nobody else is touching you” energy?
Because YES. Give me that all day. 😂
I also really enjoyed the surrounding cast. The family dynamics added so much personality to the story and gave the darker parts of London’s situation some breathing room. I’m already curious about the other characters and where this series is going because Luna definitely left me wanting more.
And the romance delivered. 👀
The chemistry between London and Archer was impossible to ignore, and their tension had me highlighting passages like my life depended on it. 😂 There were moments where I was genuinely just sitting there like:
OH… SO WE'RE DOING THIS NOW. 👀
Overall, Dangerous Haven gave me exactly the kind of dark romance I’ve been missing lately — danger, secrets, forced proximity, a protective billionaire, a fiercely determined FMC, ridiculous banter, family drama, emotional baggage, and enough tension to keep me turning pages.
This was my first Luna Pierce read, and she definitely has my attention now.
Archer Sin… you may be grumpy, but unfortunately for you, I get it. 😂🖤

2.5 stars Unfortunately, this book was not for me… I was given an ALC and an ARC. There was too much back-and-forth and way too many breakups for me to be satisfied. The narrators were alright, but not my favorite.
I realized the “little tornado” nickname for the FMC threw me off, and then it was in the book a lot more— which took me out of the story very frequently.
There were some tropes that I liked, for example the found family, wealthy MMC, crime network connections. But it felt unbelievable that a band of people who started with literally NOTHING are billionaires when they’re in their 20s/30s.
I think I would like a story more if it was from the point of view of another sibling like Seven. If there is another book in the series like that, I may want to give it another chance. Thank you to the publisher and author for the advanced copies

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the audiobook ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Dangerous Haven completely pulled me in from the start. It was the perfect mix of dark, sexy, and emotional, with just enough suspense to keep me wanting to know what would happen next.
One of my favorite things about this book was the characters. I loved both the FMC and the MMC, and watching their relationship develop made all the emotional moments hit even harder. They had great chemistry, but I also appreciated the vulnerability they showed throughout the story. The supporting cast deserves a mention too because they weren’t just there to fill space—they genuinely added depth to the story and made the world feel more complete.
The audiobook was a great way to experience this one. The narration captured the tension, the emotional moments, and the chemistry between the characters, making it easy to stay invested from beginning to end.
If you’re looking for a dark romance that brings the heat while still delivering plenty of heart, Dangerous Haven is definitely worth picking up.

The book could have gotten 5 stars if the whole killing Joe Vito scene wasn’t so confusing. Not to show my stupidity but was anyone else confused as to why Archer basically broke up with London when she went to go kill Joe or was it just me? They were both there for the same exact reason to end his life but he got his panties in a bunch for some fucking reason and declared he hated her for betraying him.
Mind you he was literally turning himself over to the Manor family to confess he broke the treaty. KNOWING IT WAS GONNA END WITH HIM DYING now by the grace of oil he managed to slip through death all because he signed over his life and had info on Madison cool right? NO! What if he died right there? He didn’t tell London nor his siblings what he was doing so if the Manor family said fuck his offering the Sin family plus London would be none the wiser Archer is dead.
But of course let’s get mad at London for trying to kill the man threatening her freedom and the man she loves life. As if he also didn’t communicate a plan he had and literally showed up to also kill Joe Vito. I really did like the book I promise but that one scene really made me confused and irritated due to the fact I couldn’t truly grasp why the fuck Archer felt betrayed by London’s actions to kill Joe Vito. Then to wait 5 weeks of no communication to then break a wall with a sledgehammer to talk to her………….could have been avoided but romantic gestures and all woo hoo!!!!

This book would have been better if the heroine had died when her shit father stabbed her. 😪
Her stupidity was too fucking infuriating.
The first view chapters were really entertaining and I was looking forward to the rest but the constant lack of communication and their inability to talk about their issues and fix them was annoying.
Even Archer and his brothers have no communication at all! Like seriously, what are you people doing?

I love that the first book I read by Luna Pierce was a dark mafia romance written for a reader like me. Dangerous Haven has a full cast of characters I was immediately drawn to, including London and Archer, the leads. These two seem like oil and water, but Archer cannot stay away from her at all. I loved the way he “watches” her and then suddenly appears out of nowhere. That over-the-top, jealous, possessive edge Archer had been rooting for him at the same time, wanting him to hustle up at times.
Archer put that possessiveness to good use, though! All the spice in Dangerous Haven was fantastic and was well balanced with the plot. As mentioned earlier, I liked the other characters that were introduced. There were enough tidbits about the characters to pique my interest, and I hope they get their own story soon.
Thank you to @arndellbooks and @lunapierceauthor for the gifted e-copy. I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This books is definitely a 5/5 ⭐️. It usually takes me a few chapter to get into a story or at least a good 30% into the book but with this one I was hooked from the first chapter. London is a total queen, the way she was always so sassy and never truly scared of any of them was perfect, her story was super sad but she is the true definition of rising up from the ashes like a phoenix. Archer I truly fell in love with him from chapter one, the way this man was so caring even though he was a little grumpy and always annoyed with everyone most of all London 😂, also this man is smart, like scary smart but we always love it! I liked the way Archer and London has so much chemistry since the first chapter, that’s usually so rare in a book and I love Luna for giving us that, yes they bicker a lot but the chemistry was always there.
This is the third book I read by Luna and I swear I’m in love with her work, she always gives the right amount of action, drama, love and most importantly spice! Please continue to write amazing books Luna, you have a reader for life now.

Really enjoyed this book. Wasn’t as dark as I thought it would be. The banter was so good. They literally didn’t stop till the end, and I love that. 😂🩷

these damn mafia romances, ya know?
(this wasn’t even a mafia-mafia romance)
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AUDIO, I could NOT stop listening
Strong 4.5⭐️ or, what the hell, maybe even full 5?
I thought it’s mafia romance. Turns out it’s not, it’s billionaire romance, but I think I would still consider it mafia one, or maybe let’s call it dark-ish ex-mafia billionaire romance.
Ex-mafia princess on the run x reclusive billionaire hacker. He helps her but wants her out and she’s kind of a brat. The chemistry is there from the beginning but it takes some time till they stop fighting it. Then the rollercoaster of them being on and off begins.
I liked the overall pacing of their relationship. I was only a bit irritated with their last “breakup”/fight, it was a bit too dramatic to me, it would make more sense to me if they fallen into each others arms instead having (yet another) “breakup”, but I still had fun and couldn’t stop listening, so.
Loved the writing and how the characters were build and introduced. Loved the “plot twists” and when they occurred in the plot.
Archer’s siblings? As side characters - the absolute villains. As future main characters - oh, their character developed will be absolutely delicious.
I am already obsessed with the upcoming books in this series.
There’s an age gap but it was mentioned once or twice tops so easy to forget about it.
There is spice but it was 3 or 4 scenes tops, so more like addition to the story but absolutely not overshadowing the plot.
I wouldn’t say it’s dark-dark romance, more like dark-ish. The truly dark themes were more of characters backstory and there were couple scenes that made me sick to my stomach but they were mainly throwbacks and it’s not like every other chapter was dark or full of violence. Be prepared for some disturbing scenes but it’s not ALL about it.
The audio is 15,5h long. Narrated in duet by Kayden Lukakis and M.K. Blackwood.
Both narrators did amazing work. I literally could not stop listening and it was half thanks to the story itself, but half thanks to the narration.
15,5h is way longer than my preferred audio length and yet I finished it in 2 days. I simply couldn’t put it on pause.
I was able to listen with 2.5x speed, mostly. My usual speed is 2.0x but for this audio 2.5x was comfortable for me, for immersive reading I could have gone with 2.7-2.8x
I wanted to add some quotes but a. I can’t choose, b. I don’t want to give any spoilers.
Thank you Arndell/Keeperton for eARC and ALC.
I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE SERIES

This was my first time reading a Luna Pierce book and it did not disappoint! I had such a fun time reading Dangerous Haven! I love dark romances and throughout the book I found that I was engaged with the plot and was keen to see where the story was going.
The main characters, Archer and London, are both such fun characters to read with unique personalities. Archer is the most adorable grumpy boy! I loved his darkness but also how protective of London he was. I also loved the combination of him being a neat freak and London being the chaotic messy girl she is! London leaving Archer’s apartment a mess was hilarious 😂
I particularly enjoyed the side characters in this book. They were actually so much fun, and I really hope they all get books as well! I think my favourite is Seven 🥰 I love a hot unhinged psycho! Grace needs to stop kidding herself and just get with him already 😆 I can’t wait for their book!!
Now that I’ve finished Dangerous Haven I need more of the Sin brothers! 😭 I can’t wait for the next book (Twisted Enemy) to come out! I’m super excited for Leo’s book! 😍
I both read and listened to Dangerous Haven! The narrators, M.K. Blackwood and Kayden Lukakis did a fantastic job of bringing the story to life in the audiobook version! Both narrators were very entertaining to listen to! 🤗
Tropes in this one include:
🖤 Dark romance
💜 Found family
🖤 Grumpy x sunshine
💜 Forced proximity
🖤 Billionaire MMC
I 100% recommend this to anyone who loves or wants to try a dark billionaire romance!
Thank you so much NetGalley and Arndell publishing for the ARC and ALC of Dangerous Haven.

Archer Sin is the perfect mix of golden retriever energy and unhinged obsession. The man is absolutely obsessed with London, and once he decides she’s his person it’s very much touch her and die.
Luna Pierce absolutely nailed the intimacy in this book. I wish more romance authors wrote spice like this. There was actual buildup. They talked. They checked in with each other. It didn’t feel like the story slammed on the gas just to get to the spicy scene, and I really appreciated that. This is one of the more consent positive romances I’ve read.
I did have to suspend my disbelief a little with the billionaire lifestyle, but that’s honestly part of the fun of billionaire romance. A few moments pulled me out of the story, but not enough to take away from my overall enjoyment.
Also, definitely check the trigger warnings. London’s trauma and the abuse from her father are a huge part of the story and aren’t just there for background.
The audiobook is in duet narration, which is always a win for me. The performances fit the characters well.
If you’re looking for a billionaire romance with forced proximity, roommates to lovers, a protective hacker MMC, and an author who actually lets the relationship breathe before nailing the spice, pun intended, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a listen.

Little Tornado
London and Archer took me through it when it came to their communication skills. A lot could have been avoided if they communicated effectively but other than that I think that the book was great. Loved that New York was the setting and how descriptive the author was when describing a lot of things. The family dynamic was crazy to say the least. Seven character gave the book a funny twist. I enjoyed Archer and his family because those family dinners were epic. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves billionaire dark romance. I gave this book 4 stars because it was entertaining and it kept my attention for the most.
Thank you NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for my honest and open opinion.

Thank you for the arc Keeperton & Luna Pierce!
What a wild ride this book was!! I started it yesterday and couldn’t put it down, the banter was bantering harddddd and the push and pull vibes between Archer and London was amazing. Would have love too see more from both their past trauma but overall it was an captivating story 💜🖤

Wow! 5⭐️
Archer and London captured me from the beginning and would not let me go.
The chemistry they share was of the charts. But what really got me was the complexity of them. They were each so different.
London is feisty, challenging, sarcastic and such a charismatic FMC but at her heart she is so strong in a way that few every have to be. She is a survivor! She is what it means when someone says don’t let the past define you. And through it all (without spoiling anything)was still willing to sacrifice the good she finally found for love.
Archer… oh Archer. He is everything you could want in a Grumpy Billionaire Bad Boy! Sexy, tattooed, funny, and giving touch her and die vibes. His trauma/loss had pushed him away from everyone including his family( who are so complex and can’t wait to read more about, especially Seven😉) Yet London arrives on his door step a complete mess and turns his neat world upside down. Yet he can’t turn her away. Oh I forget to mention he’s a hacker!!! Give me ten immediately.
I was blessed to receive the ARC and could not have been happier with this book. Luna does it again!! Another banger

I had high hopes. This started off so well and so cute. I was enjoying the banter.
But I cannot deaaaaal with the miscommunication. There was so much that I couldnt even follow at some point.
I was so angry I wanted them to breakup istg
He is so inconsistent???
WHY WASNT HE ENRAGED BY HER SCARS 😭😭😭😭 Everytime i was expecting a ‘who did this to you?’ But he’d rather break wrists of men who treat her well on dates 🙄
I also for the life of me do not understand why he was so mad at her at the end. HE WAS THERE TO DO THE SAME THING?
Also he never shared his plan? It would literally take him two minutes to explain his plan to her.
