The YUSA Guide To Balance: Mind Body Spirit

Rate this book
Within this 333-page guidebook, you will find the knowledge and practical steps upon implementation can help one achieve a natural state of abundance and experience conscious expansion. While other books focus on the "the secret" of the law of attraction, you will learn that there is far more available to you than material possessions and societal status.

Inside these pages are revealed tools readily available to you that you may not even be aware of. This book is organized around the Mind, Body, and Spirit-the three spheres of being that need to operate in equilibrium for true knowledge of self, accelerated self betterment and the manifestation of desire. Written from a state of enlightenment reached only after deep meditation and facing life's many hardships, this guidebook presents full details of the metaphysical aspects of the mind and thoughts, the ego and self-identification, presence and creation, mindfulness, the anatomy of fear, chakra energy systems and healing, exercise and well-being, mineral-supplemented diets, along with the benefits of juicing, detoxing, clean eating, and living on a plant-based diet.

This book is very insightful and I enjoyed greatly reading it. I know now a lot more about GMOs and so many other thing. I recommend reading this book.

Thanks to Yusa Abundance for sending me an ebook in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoyed the read, it was quite easy to follow along. A lot of the tips/info given aligns with what I believe, although there were a few areas in the spiritual section which I am still not fully on board with!

One of my biggest turn-offs was grammatical errors in this book, but I continued past them and tried to ignore it :)

Power of now was the first book I read that put me on the path of enlinghtment, since then I've been on the journey to know more and more about the power we posses. Soon I came across a man named Shaun Lee and have been extremely curious about his book YUSA. Can't wait to get my hands on this one.

This book was very informal. I really enjoyed the Mind section that speaks on the subconscious mind. Very insight indeed. I found myself having to reread several sections over because I liked how they were written, such as anatomy of Fear, the Charka energy system, GMOs, and factory farming within the animal product industry. The book was structured in a way that was simple to read to these whom have some understanding of the mind or medical knowledge. I found myself understanding some things about why I have different pains. There was alot, such as GMO's and the way animals are treated in food processing factors, that I had little understanding of, in which this book brought to my attention. Overall, this was an good read.
