A very generous AI generated/graded 🌟 🌟

This was a sweet story with typos, but they were not too distracting. This had the feeling of being written too simply for the emotions and events the characters were experiencing.

The FMC had a rich backstory that was largely ignored and could have been a central narrative of the whole drive of her whole motivation, but it was a lost opportunity. The MMC was entirely missing as if he had always been a K-pop star and had no family other than the limited interactions we see with his group mates.

All in all, the book just seemed to be lacking for all its length, not a whole lot happens to provide the characters growth, and a lot of holes are left in the narrative of the "ending." I was left with too many questions and even more loose ends that needed tidying up. It felt like the author felt the book was becoming too lengthy and decided to just end it abruptly.

Most of it was entertaining enough to keep me reading, hence the 2 stars, but the pizzazz that tips a book into a worthwhile read was just missing. One positive I can say about the book is that the author did not try to integrate any lyrics or poems or inspiration for the groups songs as plot elements. That was a relief.

Riddled with typos, plot lines that lead no where, and pointless scenes. The main character is whiny and annoying. I have no idea how she could be trying to become an actress with her personality. The MMC was creepy and cringey. WHY did he keep coming into her apartment when she didn’t answer the door. There were no endearing qualities about either of them.
