Felix Wulfson is popular and rebellious, the biggest "bad boy" of the elite gymnasium. But he has a secret... A dirty one. A crushing one. If others find out, his image will crumble overnight. After all, in public he hates that nerd girl, but in reality.... Polina Murray can't wait to get out of school so she doesn't have to see this narcissistic bully again. She does her best to avoid him, but for some reason he always seems to be around....
This was an intriguing concept, but it appears that the first rough draft was published rather than a final version. Many errors, wonky phrasing, and paragraphs that directly contradicted the preceding pages. The timeline also jumped back and forth with no clear indication and was terribly difficult to follow at times.
Also, the book kind of just ended with no real ending. I get that there’s supposedly a sequel, but the end was jarringly abrupt.
I feel like this was someone's attempt at getting AI to write their novel for them and then published it without editing. It was really poorly written, the grammer and the typos were in abundance and the way it read in the last few chapters made me feel as though the author was hurrying through and didn't really care anymore. I'm disappointed in myself for actually reading it - there was no benefit for me having done so.
A clean, high school romance. You have your typical bully that falls for the one he is tormenting. You have some trials that they go through and ends on a cliff hanger.
