THE ERIS PROTOCOL is a sequel to the previous novel JOVIAN UPRISING – 2315. The giant cargo ship KOSTROMA, owned and captained by Tina Forster, has returned to commercial shipping around the Solar System, after fighting on the side of the Spacers League in a bloody war against the now defunct Terran Federation. Soon, the KOSTROMA is chosen to carry the first expedition to the dwarf planet Eris, at the confines of the Solar System. After a long space voyage, the KOSTROMA will arrive in Eris orbit only to find many surprises, one of which will change the outlook of Humanity forever.

About the author

I retired from the Canadian Forces in 2006 after serving 32 years. I am married, with two grown sons, and live in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal. My native language is French and I am fluent in English, plus speak a limited Spanish. I read a lot, mostly about history, military affairs and technology, air and space events and World news. My hobbies are writing and reading. I write strictly as a hobby, not to make money, and offer my books free online.

We are back with the solar system's sixed biggest spaceship, this time they are heading to Eris, outside Pluto.. but when they find an anomely… what did they find?

Very good entertainment. As usual much more enjoyable than most other Sci Fi novels I have read or attempted.

This book builds up nicely on the background of the previous novel Jovian uprising.
I enjoyed it very much and apart from the pace of the story, the pleasure is the detail that Michel puts into the book about how future society and technology operates.

I will cannot spoil the story but this one has a nice concept.

This book, together with the prequel, is a very entertaining and even fascinating read. I am looking forward to further adventures of the Kostromo (subtle hint to the author).
