I may be biased because I gave one of the reviews of the book (and it's printed on the book) but I would encourage readers to journal their way through the text. Treat this book like a visitor's guide to a spiritual journey. I'd also encourage you to do spiritual direction with Pastor Kerra. Great book by a great person. A MUST READ!
