Keep Her made me laugh, smile, tear up and feel all warm and cozy inside. I had so much fun watching Riley and Beck stumble around while trying to figure out what they wanted. They’re humor was contagious, they’re chemistry was sexy and their secret keeping was dangerous. Be prepared for a fun ride!

God, I was swooning over Beck Matthews. What the hell was wrong with me? – Riley

Riley is lonely yet successful, and has a little bit of a chip on her shoulder. She’s about to witness her brother walk on the path to relationship happiness, and it makes her one jealous girl. Beck just had his heart pummeled into the ground. He asked his girlfriend of two years to move in with him and instead of love and happiness, he got rejection and a break from her. Riley, Beck, Tessa and Marcus decide to go out and have some fun on the town. We finally get to go back to THAT scene! The one where we were all left wondering what did happen when Riley and Beck were forced into leaving the club together, right after Marcus got himself punched in the face and stated that he was leaving with Tessa. Something had to happen right? Now we get to see for ourselves the outcome of that night and follow along through the latter half of Keep Me. Don’t worry though, it wasn’t repetitive. So much happened between the two of them that we never got to see. And what it all boils down to is two things - can Riley truly act on what she wants and does Beck just see Riley as a re-bound?

A mistake.
But was it a mistake? Something that felt so good couldn’t be confused as a blunder in fate’s workings. – Riley

I always thought Riley was a little bit of a cold, calculating bitch. Don’t get me wrong, she was sweet and loving to Luca but she was so hard on Marcus and sometimes even to Tessa. Now it all makes sense. I understand her thought process and her side of the story. I’m shocked to say that she won me over. I adored being in her head and listening to her heart. She only wanted what was best for everyone else, and unfortunately she kept pushing down what she wanted. But the best part of Riley was never even touched upon in Keep Me. That’s because it was brought out when she was around Beck. Who knew she could be quirky and hilarious? Her ability to make up song lyrics to existing songs always made me laugh. And then I would have that song stuck in my head for the rest of the day! Thank you Riley!

In the midst of all of the guilt, lust, tears, and questions, the craziest thing was that I did want her. I wanted to be with her again. I maybe even wanted to be with her on more than just a sexual level. – Beck

Now don’t tell Marcus, but I loved Beck. Even more than Marcus. Why do I feel so guilty saying that out loud?! He was cocky, domineering, and I loved his ability to play with Riley and bring her to her knees. The scene outside of the club where he has Riley backed into a corner? Oh. My. Gosh. Unbelievably sexy! Beck’s ability to be hot while teasing Riley made me fall for him hard. He is sweet, caring, frustrating, and where Marcus’ pillow talk was sometimes too much for me, Beck’s was pure heaven. I love that man!

Maybe it was nothing.
Maybe I imagined it all because I wanted it so badly. Maybe I hoped for this to work because I was tired of being alone. Maybe I was so jealous of Marcus and Tessa that I was grasping at straws. Maybe, maybe, maybe. There were a million different scenarios that left me doubtful. – Riley

Together, they were pure entertainment. The connection between the two of them was electrifying and the friendship that they had forged over all of the years was meaningful. But their ability to move in a forward direction, or at least in a direction I wanted them to go in, was full of twists, turns and pit stops. I enjoyed reading the Grayson sibling series, but I truly loved Riley and Beck’s journey and I’m sure you will too.

PS I swooned over Beck calling Riley sweet thing. It fit perfectly and always brought a smile to my face.

Good read

You follow maucus sister RILEY and his best friend beck though this book some of it was slow because of repeat of first book. Some of it was good to see from their side of things. Half way through it a lot of new stuff.

4.5 star Review

When we first me Beck and Riley in Keep Me I just loved Beck and was so excited for his story. I will be honest and say that I wasn't a huge fan of Riley's at the time. She had seemed bitter and a little annoying at times. But there was something about her and Beck together that I loved. And I have to say that my feelings for her have completely changed. I loved her after reading Keep Her and at times my heart honestly broke for her

Beck and Riley have known each other since they were kids. Beck being the best friend of her brother. But recently there has been a sexual attraction between the two of them. Maybe it was always there growing up but neither one of them had wanted to admit it. But after sharing a cab home one night, one thing let to another and their innocent flirting turned into a night of passion. While they both had the best night things for them become a little complicated. Ok a little complicated is an understatemt.

Beck just broke up with his girlfriend of two years. And in some ways they were more on a break then broken up when he shared that amazing night with Riley. Plus there's the fact that they have been friends for years oh and Beck is best friends with her brother. And after giving her brother and her best friend hell for being together she's not really sure how Marcus will react.

Beck wants Riley but he needs to clear his head before going from one relationship to another. Riley has feelings for her brother's best friend and is fully aware of the feelings that she has started to feel for him. But she also knows that having feelings for him can end up breaking her heart. She feels things for Beck that she hasn't felt. But with so many obstacles standing in their way can these two make it work? Will they give this thing between them a chance no matter what the consequences?

I loved Beck but will admit at times he just upset me. He truly is an amazing , loving and caring man. But he is also a very loyal man and I think he was almost loyal to a fault. He made some decisions that I may not have been happy about and at times I felt like I wanted him to just "man up". But all in all I LOVE him. I loved how much you can feel and see the love that he had for Riley. There was not denying what he felt for Riley but his fears started to come into play, and I think in a way he was also looking out for Riley and didn't want to hurt her. So yes I absolutely loved Beck. He is sexy, compassionate, loving and the perfect match for Riley.

Rylee-I just loved her. I think she just wanted what her brother had and I think that despite having an amazing career she was lonely. Beck made her happy. She loved everything about him. We saw the real Riley, the one who wanted love. And I loved her, and at times I even felt so bad for her.

Riley and Beck were meant to be together. You just felt how much they wanted each other. And how much they loved each other even if they couldn't admit it. When they were together the chemistry between them was hot!! I loved the flirty texts between the two and how easy it was for them to be together. How easy the communication between the two of them was. There was the one bitch of the book, yes you know the one. The bitch who you want to slap so many times because they will do everything they can to ruin it all and your stomach is in knots afraid of what will happen next. My heart broke for them at times, even if some of their heartache was brought on themselves. I wanted Riley and Beck to get their HEA so bad. Their relationship certainly had it's ups and downs. Their journey was filled with laughs, some sweet and sexy moments, a little bit of heartache but in the end it will leave you with a smile. Another wonderful love story by Ms. Andrews.

Riley Grayson and Beck Matthews have grown up together; but to Riley, Beck has always just been her little brother Marcus' best friend. And although Beck always found Riley attractive, he never crossed that line.

“She was a beautiful person, inside and out. A girl that anyone would be happy to call their own… forever.”

After a recent break from his girlfriend of two years and a drunken night out, Beck gives into his long time feelings for Riley. They have a wild, HOT sex filled night together and both quickly realize that their feelings for each other go deeper then just a one night stand. However they have MANY obstacles to bear before they can have their happily ever after.

“The idea of being without you… it crushes me, hurts my insides, makes me sweat with worry.”

Aaahhh Beck Matthews.... Sexy firefighter who knows exactly what to say to make the panties melt. I'm in love! I really liked the friendship that came first between Riley and Beck; it helped to make their relationship not feel like insta-love or rushed. Plus their playful banter was hilarious. I also really liked how this book ran parallel to Keep Me and the stories blended into each other.

“We don’t get to choose who we far for. Sure, we can try to pick based on appearance, or personality, or compatibly. But sometimes, like in our case it’s right under your nose and you don’t even know it.”

I'm a HUGE fan of Faith's writing and can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

This was a fairly enjoyable read but I didn't like it as much as the first in the series. I wasn't that crazy about Riley - she seemed kind of needy and pathetic to me. I really didn't like how she reacted to Beck questioning her pregnancy. Beck's ex-girlfriend suggests to him that Riley's baby isn't his. He immediately starts doubting Riley and confronts her on it. He calls her a whore and accuses her of trying to pawn another man's child off on him. Excuse me? If I were Riley and my boyfriend spoke to me that way, let alone questioned my integrity, I would have kicked him to the curb! Not Riley though, instead she tries to reason with him and convince him it's his baby. She also blames the ex-girlfriend for causing problems for them. In my mind the only problem they had was Beck's lack of faith! He doesn't like Riley's "lie of omission" but when he's caught doing the same thing it's a non-issue. Ugh. Just for those two parts of the book I had to deduct two stars, unfortunately. It still won't stop me reading another book by this author.

Keep Her is the story about Riley Grayson and Beck Matthews. They have grown up together. He is her brother's best friend. She has never looked at him like she does after one drunken night out. Suddenly they are seeing each other in a whole new light.

Beck has just come out of a long term relationship. Actually it is more like "a break" they are on right now. While on the break, Beck ends up sleeping with Riley. This could be a bad move for so many reasons, but to both of them, to feels so right.

After their night together, something changes. Beck doesn't want to go back to his ex and Riley sees Beck for more than her brother's oldest friend. They now seem to see each other as something more.

There is drama, drama and more drama!! Beck's ex is a little crazy. Beck and Riley are sneaky behind her brother's back. And then, there is the fact that they are both opinionated people!!

After a few up and downs and some mistakes on both their parts, there could be a happily ever after for the couple. Can they make the best thing that happened to each other work???

3.5 CRAZY STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of those books that was a lot of things I enjoy in a book wrapped up in a well written, funny and heartfelt story. A bit long and somewhat predicable but I loved the characters and romance. I really enjoyed this.

I am on a Faith Andrews kick and I think I may have found my author person; my author soulmate. It’s like she writes these stories just for me, exactly like I love them. I am forever in love with her books, her incredible writing and her amazing characters.

I wasn’t sure KEEP HER could top the EVERY BREATH Duet, but man, if it didn’t, it sure is a close call. Riley and Beck were magnificent together and they stole my heart and soul. One point in the story they absolutely broke my heart. I wasn’t sure they would find their way back and it hurt so very deep. Gah. This book. It hit differently in all the right ways. 5 Stars.

I'll be honest - I came to this book for Beck.  Riley's overbearing nature in "Keep Me" really rubbed me the wrong way.  I mean, she wasn't everyone's mother.  Then I read "Keep Her".  And realized that Riley thought that was what she needed to be - the planner, the watcher, the "anticipator", the one who could take care of everyone and keep them all from making mistakes and getting hurt.  So much so that she denied herself her own life (to a certain extent) so that she could be everything to everyone - mostly her father and Marcus, but by the time of the first book, Tessa as well.  Losing her mother devastated her family, and knowing that the two men in her life would not be able to manage on their own, Riley took charge and never looked back.

As much as I disliked Riley coming into this book, there were a lot of things going on with her that ended up giving me a big ol' case of the feels.  Everything she felt about losing her mother, about learning to live without her...those emotions were tangible and very relatable.   Having lost my own mother at a similar stage in life to Riley's, let's just say shit got very real for me.

And Beck.  Dear sweet Beck.  Hottie tottie fireman Beck.  He comes across as the kind of guy who prefers to see the best in people (even Marissa, but let's not go there).  He's had a thing for Riley since he was a teen, but was never in a position to act on it.  He and Riley realize their encounter was more than just a one-night stand/quasi-drunken hookup.  Even though it made Riley a hypocrite and Beck was risking his years of friendship with Marcus, they take that window of opportunity, nail that bitch open and throw themselves through it time and again.  They both know pretty early on that what they've got together could really be something.  But there are so many other factors at play, it is never just a simple as deciding to be together and making a go of it.  There are definitely some bumps in their road (a hot one named Griffin and a cuckoo one named Marissa), but by the time they get to where they were meant to be, Riley and Beck are all the stronger (individually and as a unit) because of the rough ride it took to get there.

Now that there is another available hottie in Griffin, I think we need a book three.  Keep Him, anyone?  :)

A gifted copy was provided by the author for an honest review.

If you can get past the prologue of this story without shedding a tear or two, then I'll be astonished. This book starts out so sad, but from Chapter one and beyond it's amazing! Going into it, I thought it was going to be a super sappy love story, but it was funny and full of drama and not as emotional as I first thought.

Riley Grayson watched her model brother fall for his dream girl, and now that he's happy, she should want her true love prince, right? But in reality she's pretty content with how her life is panning out so far... Until she realizes what she's missing in the form of a not-single-at-the-time Beck Matthews who she happens to have a little drunken sex with. And so what if it's the best sex of her life. She can't go there. She just can't... too bad she hasn't found a rational reason for why not.

Overall, this book is very cliche. But I think Faith Andrews does a great job of keeping the story vibrant and intriguing! I definitely need to give this book 4 STARS out of 5 STARS. I like Riley and Beck. They've always had a hidden attraction for each other, but it's the type that never bubbles to the surface since they both think the brother/best friend card just can't be messed with. I'll definitely read more of this author's work.

We got to see snippets of Riley and Beck's relationship while reading Tessa & Marcus's story but you get to understand all the puzzle pieces once you read their actual story. While Riley comes across as a bossy boots in book #1, I actually really liked her character when I got to see past the overprotective big sister in book #2. After loosing their mother, Riley has always tried to be the responsible one and look out for her brother Marcus and their dad, but when one night of reckless abandon from her otherwise straight life turns into a complicated emotional mess she doesn't know what to do.

Beck on the other hand I had a love/hate relationship with during this book. At times I wanted to have my way with the sexy fireman and at other times I wanted to strangle him. I think his indecisiveness put me off in the middle of the story but it is a HEA so all is forgiven by the end of the book :)

I think I'm a little bit in love with Griffin and would love to read his story (can't give you more details you will have to find out who he is yourself!!!)

Keep Her had a very similar flow and feel as Keep Me, they are both light, easy reads that end with HEA's.

This was a great follow up in the Grayson Sibling series. Beck had just the right amount of bad boy in him but yet there was something about his character that made you love him. Everyone knows someone like Beck, sweet as can be but a real a-hole at times. Riley was the perfect partner for him to give him his second chance at life. She brings out the goodin Beck. Sometimes the person you are destined to be with is right under your nose but you dont know it. Faith delivers another great story, making you believe that sometimes the rode travel may be hard but in the end happiness is waiting some where.

If you read the first book featuring Tessa and Marcus, this is book two. Beck (Marcus’s best friend) and Riley(Marcus’s sister) become involved. They become involved whilst Marissa and himself are on a break after he asks Marissa to move in with him and she refuses.

This book was really about keeping secrets, false accusations, lack of communication and a deranged, mentally incapacitated Marissa. She rings Beck with flimsy excuses to try and keep his attention on her and off of Riley.

Beck’s love for Riley seemed contrived since he was so easily convinced by Marissa. She effortlessly manipulated and sabotaged both MC’s because they kept secrets from each other making her efforts to undermine them child’s play.

She tried to convince Beck that her brother Griffin (having dated Riley for five minutes) might have fathered the baby, which made him doubt Riley. She in turn told Riley that Beck was spending time with her.

She then resorted to accusing Beck of forcing her into his car while he was intoxicated and got him arrested. This is all after she fought him for control of the steering wheel and tried to prevent him taking her home thinking death was better by trying to cause a vehicular accident.

Marissa was psychotic. She was the equivalent of Zack in Grayson Sibling, Book One.

3 ⭐⭐⭐ - OK decent reads.
====================

“Beck, we need a break.”

One minute I was asking her to move in and the next minute we were taking a break. A break—I felt like fucking Ross and Rachel from Friends, but I couldn’t laugh about it because the idea of it being over with Marissa yanked at my heart.

Shit! Why was I thinking these things about my best friend’s sister? Why was I thinking these things about someone other than Marissa? Why?

Shit! What the fuck was I doing? I was in love with another woman, even if things were a little messy right now.

Was I starved? No, not really, but there was something about getting that taste—that sexy, addicting, fucking glorious taste—of something I’d desired from afar, that was out of reach, the impossible victory. Shit, it felt like I’d just won the fucking lottery.

I hated having to be on guard in this moment, but I guess that was the nature of cheating. Even though Marissa wasn’t technically my girlfriend anymore. I just couldn’t help feeling like a scumbag anyway.

There was no denying, after that first time, I felt like a home-wrecking whore. But Beck helped me believe it wasn’t me who was at fault. Yes, I’d slept with him knowing his situation, but there was obviously something wrong in his relationship with Marissa if he was willing to go through with it.

I couldn’t help feeling so cheap at that moment.

“I don’t want to talk about her with you, but you should know Marissa and I are on a break.”

I wasn’t the cheating kind, and even though it wasn’t technically cheating, I wouldn’t have been so quick to jump in someone else’s bed if I didn’t have my own doubts about my future with Marissa.

But I just couldn’t bring myself to admit that I wanted more time with another girl to see if she was capable of giving me things Marissa wasn’t willing to. So instead of starting a war, I did something I’d never done before. I looked Marissa right in the eyes… and lied.

Derek’s eyes went wide and his grin grew devilish. “Ah, so you finally took my advice, came to your senses, and ditched the bitch?” There was no hiding his feelings toward Marissa.

“Yeah, exactly, smartass, but I’m serious. Why her? Don’t you have enough problems with Marissa? Why complicate your friendship with Marcus and Riley?”

I wouldn’t want you fucking around with her fresh out of a two-year relationship with someone else. It’s not fair to her or you, and when you get your head out from between her legs and go back to Marissa, or realize this isn’t going anywhere, Marcus is going to hand you your balls in a neat little package.”

it’s usually bros before hos, when you fuck with a dude’s sister, your ass is grass.

She knows my situation with Marissa and she has no expectations. It’ll be fine.

I don’t expect anything from him… we’ve talked about this. He’s still got Marissa on the back burner, we get along great, and the sex… well, that one time… was insane.”

“You’re not alone, Riles. You have me.” “I have you for now… until she comes back and realizes what she gave up. I know you love her, Beck. I know you can’t just turn off your feelings for someone. This is all fun and it’s a nice distraction for you, but once she comes to her senses—when she wants you back—where does that leave me?”

It would be easier for me and Riley to get over this now because we hadn’t gotten too involved. But if we took it any further—there’d be no turning back. I had to keep my distance.

“Why didn’t you tell me you were dating Griffin Dennison? Or that you’re still working for him? Let me guess, he doesn’t want the baby so you thought you’d stick it on me like I’m some sucker? Well, I’m not some sucker, Riley and I’m certainly not going to raise some other man’s bastard and marry his whore.”

But ever since Marissa put a snag in my trust in Riley—I hated to admit it, but things were different.

If it were only that easy. I wanted it to be, but my whole attitude about all of this was distorted now. I wished there was a way to get ahold of Griffin. I didn’t want to go behind Riley’s back to check her story, but hearing the truth from the horse’s mouth would set me at ease and make all of this go away.

She called you, she needed you, and you dropped everything to be there for her. You couldn’t have known what was going on over at Tessa’s—I understand that. But now, when I picture it in my head, all I feel is resentment. You should have been with me.

Keep Her by Faith Andrews

Review by Jen (BestSellers & BestStellars)

Keep Her was such an amazing story. I loved Keep Me and I was so excited when I found out that Beck and Riley were getting their own book! This book puts you through so many different emotions. There were moments I laughed, cried, and got angry. As you are reading, you really feel like you’re right there in the story with these characters. This was an intense and emotional roller-coaster ride. You get a little bit of everything .. there was passion, suspense, and romance. Faith Andrews doesn’t disappoint!

I loved Riley! I have loved her since we first got to meet her in Keep Me. She’s smart, funny, beautiful, successful, and doesn’t take crap from anyone! I love that she stands up for herself and doesn’t let anyone bring her down. Riley and Beck have grown up together, since Beck is Marcus’s best friend. Riley wants Beck, but there’s just one problem with that ... his girlfriend Marissa. The connection between Riley and Beck is off the charts, and one night of partying and wild sex changes them both. Riley starts wanting things with Beck she knows can’t happen.

“I have you for now ... until she comes back and realizes what she gave up. I know you love her, Beck. I know you can’t just turn off your feelings for someone. This is all fun and it’s a nice distraction for you, but once she comes to her senses, when she wants you back ... where does that leave me?”

The more time Riley spends with Beck, the more she finds herself falling for him. The only thing is, she’s not sure that Beck feels the same way about her because of his relationship with Marissa.

“No doubt, no mistake, no fucking shit- I was falling hard for Beck Matthews ... God, this hurt. I’d been rejected before, broken hearted even, but this ... this fucking sucked. I really liked him, I wanted more than just fun. I thought he did too.”

Then we have Beck. He’s funny, sweet, caring, and sexy. I mean, a hot firefighter? Count me in! Things are complicated for Beck because he’s in a relationship with Marissa, but he’s attracted to Riley and knows she feels the same about him, too.

“I know how to read women, Riles. I see how large those pretty pupils of yours are right now. Your chest is rising and falling rapidly as you try to catch your breath. That little ticking underneath that soft skin on your neck tells me your pulse is racing and that delicious, sweet aroma ... you’re aroused as all hell. So don’t tell me I don’t do it for you, baby. Because I know I most certainly do.”

After just one night of amazing, hot sex with Riley, Beck wants more. He knows that there is something between them and he’s not ready to give that up yet.

“I found myself replaying our night together with a huge smile on my face. And it wasn’t just because of the smoking sex with a beautiful woman. Even in a drunken haze, we shared something that needed to be explored again. I wanted another shot with Riley.”

Beck wants Riley, but there’s something standing in his way ... his best friend Marcus, who just so happens to be Riley’s brother.

“I had to say goodbye to the chance I thought we’d had and just go back to watching her from afar as my best friend’s beautiful older sister. I had to keep my distance. Even if it killed me.”

But Beck is determined, he develops feelings for Riley and he can’t see his life without her. She means too much to him.

“I want you so bad, Riley. Not just for fun, not on the side, not as a distraction. I want you because I can’t stand to be without you. I want you because you are the most incredible woman I’ve ever known and even though we weren’t together long, I know without a doubt that we’re supposed to be together. You’ve been right under my nose all these years- I can’t believe I was so blind. I can’t believe I ever let you go.”

I loved this book. The connection that Beck and Riley have was so amazing. I really enjoy a book that makes me feel so connected to the characters. I loved watching them together and I was hoping that everything worked out for them, especially because Riley deserved something good in her life after being alone for so long.

The quality of writing was great. The story was well-written and very enjoyable to read. This was such a passionate and suspenseful romance between two characters that had such an intense attraction and connection to each other. The story kept me interested and I found myself looking forward to the next page. I could not put it down!

5 Diamonds for this amazing story!!

FIREFIGHTER BECK WILL SURELY TURN THE HEAT ON WITH THIS HOT SWOON WORTHY ROMANCE – 5 STARS!

Keep Her is Faith Andrews’ second novel in the Grayson Sibling series which could be read as a standalone novel, but why would you? Faith Andrews has done a wonderful job introducing her characters in both novels and keeping them engage in the next novels. I have been fortunate to read the first novel, Keep Me (Grayson Sibling #2), so if you like laughing, swooning, crying, and sexting, you will surely fall in love with the Grayson Sibling series.
.
We first meet Riley Grayson and Beck Matthews in Keeping Him, but do not know exactly what had been occurring between the two. In Keep Her, Faith Andrews takes us back to where it begins…

Riley and Beck have known if each other all their lives, because Riley’s brother, Marcus, is Beck’s best friend. Riley and Marcus both lost their mother due to cancer, but before her mother pass away she wanted Riley to live her life.

“Never settle, honey, but you need to kiss a lot of frogs and then marry your prince. Learn to let things go even if you don’t want to.”

Five years has now passed…
Riley is doing well for herself as an owner of her own interior design company, but stressed and tired of being lonely she is ready to unwind. Beck, a firefighter, was heartbroken and taking a break from his girlfriend of two years after a disappointing circumstance was looking forward to a night out. When they finds out Marcus and Tessa, Riley’s best friend, are all going to a new club for some drinks and dancing, everyone agree to go.

Confident, flirty, and a little bit of a smart mouth Riley uses the words of Justin Timberlake to introduce herself to a sexy suited man at the bar. She is determined to drink, dance, and let lose a little.

“Nice to meet you, Chris. Is that short for Christian as in the dominating Christian Grey or Christopher as in the insanely ingenious Christopher Walken?”…
“Cute. I like that, “ he laughed, making eye contact with me. “But it’s actually neither. I’m just Chris. I guess my parents got lazy.” …
“I wouldn’t say they were lazy at all-they created quite a masterpiece.”

Due to a turn of events at the club, Marcus asked Beck to take a drunken Riley home. Waiting for a cab to take them both to their homes, Riley was feeling a little braver around Beck. Her pinup feelings and all her secret pet names for Beck were coming out of her drunken mouth through the lyrics of JT. Beck was a little shocked from the comments as she was now trying to deny any feelings for him, but he noticed her body was betraying her every word.

“I know how to read women, Riles. I see how large those pretty pupils of yours are right now. Your chest,” he zeroed in on my cleavage, licking his lips slightly, “is rising and falling rapidly as you try to catch your breath. That little ticking underneath that soft skin on your neck tells me your pulse is racing, and that delicious, sweet aroma…you’re aroused as all hell. So, don’t tell me I don’t do it for you, baby. Because I know I most certainly do.”

After sharing the cab ride home, Riley and Beck gave into a night of passion between two longtime friends. Could the one night be the beginning of many complications of a huge mistake or was fate going to tie some loose strings, so Beck could keep Riley?

Riley and Beck’s witty conversations from their sexting are hilarious!

Me: I’m about to start a fire just so you can come here. What will cause the least damage but get you here the quickest?
Beck: LOL. Step away from the matches, Riles. We’re not first responders to your hood.
Me: Darn it :(

The sexual encounters were HOT, STEAMY, and FUNNY too!

“He stripped the blanket off of us, stood up on the mattress, and starts dancing. “Breaking out in song! And this one’s just for you since I’m bringing sexy Beck.”

Will Riley’s growing feelings for Beck break her heart? Will Beck be able to give his heart to another woman, just coming out of a recent break-up? Will everyone else surrounding Riley and Beck’s lives become obstacles keeping them apart from a possible future? Faith Andrews’s novel, Keep Her, is funny and a swoon worthy love story that will have you feel as if you are on an emotional roller coaster pulling at your heart strings of COMPASSION, SADNESS, ANGER, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS, FRIENDSHIP, HOT SEX SCENES and LOVE.

“We don’t get to choose who we fall for. Sure, we can try to pick based on appearance, or personality, or compatibility.”

Faith Andrews’ novel, Keep Her, receives - 5 STEAMY STARS!

Although it's not my favorite thing being late to the party and not discovering a book until long after its initial release, sometimes the good old TBR works with me instead of against me. In the case of Keep Me and >Keep Her by Faith Andrews my lengthy TBR was definitely in my favor. I had yet to have a chance to read Keep Me but with the release of the sequel, Keep Her, I made it a point to take the opportunity to read both books back to back and got to skip the sometimes painful wait in between. Good thing too as Keep Me left me with a certain desperation to learn more about Beck as soon as possible.

Keep Her is cute and sweet, fun and playful. It was much more lighthearted than the first Grayson Siblings book but no less bumpy or dramatic. The easy, flirty banter between Riley and Beck from the very beginning was delightful and had me humming a certain catchy tune with a big smile on my face.

Beck and Riley fall hard and fast but come on, they have known each other most of their lives, it's only fitting that once they give their feelings the opportunity to grow, it ardently flourishes. We all know these two jumped into bed together one impulsive night which in turn ignited the spark that completely changed each of their individual courses and set them on a winding path together, but underneath the heat and the chemistry was a beautiful friendship that grew and grew. A friendship that warped and changed and became the steady backbone of their newfound love, the building block for a long and enduring romance. I love a relationship with a solid foundation of friendship, one in which you just know that if they can hold on to that connection in spite of all the challenges they are forced to face, there is nothing that can keep them apart.

Despite my consuming desire to delve into Riley and Beck's story I must admit I was a bit disgruntled with the way that their love affair started. It was easy to see that these two would be very good for each other in the end, but cheating casts a deep shadow over their blossoming romance. Or so I thought. At the risk of sounding cliché and pretty much like every cheater out there...it's not what you think. What a relief. Out from under the dilemma that comes with cheering on a relationship that began under the shadiest of circumstances, I was free to wholeheartedly root for these two and long for the happy ending they so deserved together.

This is one of those stories where you think you have all the information and you know exactly where things are headed as the majority of Keep Her overlaps with Keep Me. But you don't. Turns out there was a lot going on behind the scenes for Beck and Riley that we were not privy to in the first story and it just makes all of their twists and turns all the more surprising and fulfilling. And as with the first book, there was quite the wrench thrown in right at the very end which keeps you on the edge of your seat until the last few pages.

Keep Her was an entertaining, enjoyable read with two fun and appealing characters. If you liked Keep Me you will love Keep Her. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a certain intriguing sibling, though he is not a Grayson, to have a chance to tell his story as well.

Riley Grayson has spent much of her adult life taking care of others. She has a successful business and a close family. What Riley doesn’t have is that special someone, and she is beginning to think she is never going to find him. Beck Matthews is working his dream job with the FDNY and in a steady, committed relationship. So committed in fact, he is ready to ask his girlfriend, Marissa, to move in with him. Both of them on separate paths, both about to collide.

Riley and Beck have known each other their whole lives. Beck’s best friend is Marcus, Riley’s brother. They have a history together, albeit a familial one. Riley and Beck have no clue that one night out on the town will change both of their lives.

I really liked that the first part of Keep Her took place at the same time as Keep Me. While we got to see a lot from Riley and Beck during Marcus and Tessa’s story, there was so much behind the scenes that we missed out. I was really happy to go back and revisit it. We get to see their first time, and by their own admission, it was EXPLOSIVE!

“You know what---how had this never happened before? There was always strong sexual tension between the two of us, but nothing I thought she’d want to act on. I guess there was a lot about Riley Grayson I didn’t know.”

Riley and Beck are worried about what Marcus might think (i.e. beat the crap out of Beck), so they keep their “relationship” a secret for now. One of my favorite parts of the book was their text messages back and forth.

“(Beck): Me = really wish I didn’t have to stay at this house tonight.
Riley: I’m about to start a fire just so you can come here. What will cause the least damage, but get you here the quickest.?
Beck: LOL. Step away from the matches, Riles. We’re not the first responders to your hood.”

I loved the dual POV’s. You knew that they were both falling for each other, but refused to share it. Both continued to declare this a casual relationship, when it was anything but casual. Riley is concerned that she is just a rebound. She thinks that Beck’s “break” from Marissa is not a permanent one, and when Marissa realizes her mistake, Beck will take her back. Beck doesn’t help much when he runs every time Marissa beckons.

Riley didn’t do much in the first book to endear herself to me…in fact, I sort of hated her. She was way too involved in Tessa and Marcus’s relationship, and I felt she was jealous and needed to let it go. Even with the first 25% or so of the book, I still was not a Riley fan. But, oh, how that changed. My heart broke for Riley over and over again. I had knots in my stomach and couldn’t put the book down. It was a fast paced ride to the end. I went from despising Riley, to wanting nothing more that for her to have her happy ending with her very own Prince Charming. You are going to love this one!

4.5 Happy, Enamored, Fullfilled Stars

While this could technically be a stand alone novel, I highly recommend that you read Keep Me first. You will fall in love with this cast of characters.

Check out my full 4.5 Star review of Keep Me here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

~~~~~~~~~~
Riley Grayson, sister of famed model Marcus Grayson, is trying to find her way and looking for someone to fill the lonely nights. While sharing a cab with her brother's hot best friend Beck, things take a turn that neither of them expected.
"I liked this, but I probably shouldn't get used to it. He was beck. He wasn't available. he belonged to someone else. He was my brother's best friend."
These two are drawn together but have to hide their love... When a series of events threaten to pull these two apart, they realize that maybe somethings are better left alone. But, for Beck, that is not good enough. He wants Riley, and will do whatever he has to be with her. Will these two make it happen?
"Baby, I waited too long to just get this over with. Let me savor you."
~~~~~~~~~~

I loved the first book and was excited when I won a copy of the second book in the Grayson sibling series. So excited, I dropped the next book I planned on reading and jumped right in 10 minutes after it hit my Kindle.

The storyline is great, you will feel angst, lust, butterflies, shock, and some pretty funny quick wit. It has it all. I love the hot and sexy Beck!!!!

There is a whole lot of steamy sex scenes, but it's never too much and written in a way that makes you feel like you are sitting there watching.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book, I look forward to reading more from Faith Andrews. This is the third book I have read by her and have really enjoyed them all.

Ever since reading (and loving) “Keep Me”, the first book in the “Grayson Siblings” series, I have been excited to read Riley and Beck story! Faith Andrews does it again with this one and “Keep Her” was amazing from the first page all the way to the last. I would definitely recommend reading this series in order.

Riley is the Grayson sibling that has it all together. But being the responsible one is beginning to weigh on her and she longs to move forward in her life. She’s ready to get married and start a family. Big problem there being that she hasn’t had any prospects in a long time and doesn’t even know where to start!

Beck thought he had it all figured out. He was working in a job he loved as a firefighter and he had a beautiful girlfriend who planned to spend the rest of his life with. But when he tries to move their relationship forward she backs away and asks for a break, something Beck didn’t see coming! A night out has him looking at his best friend’s sister in a whole new light. Maybe a little fun with the sexy Riley will help mend his broken heart?

When these two get together it is hot and fast and electric! But they are both in such different places in their perspective lives, not to mention the fact that Riley’s brother Marcus would freak out if he knew that his best friend and his sister were messing around!!!

We got a few little peaks at these two in the first book but the direction this story took really kept me on my toes. This story runs right alongside of the first one for a lot of the book so we get a different perspective of Marcus and Tessa’s journey as well, which was really cool. Riley and Beck have amazing chemistry and I really loved both of these characters. Riley is strong and confidant but at the same time vulnerable while Beck is super sexy and such a sweetheart, always trying to do the right thing but not always knowing what that is. Their story took some interesting twists and turns and I found myself emotional more than once! I really enjoyed reading this series and am now a big fan of Faith Andrews writing! My one request for Ms. Andrews is for Griffin to get his very own HEA!!!

Keep Her was exactly what I was looking for when it came to reading Riley and Beck's relationship. Having met and loved them in Keep Me, I was eagerly waiting to see how everything came to be between them, as well as how things would turn out for them. I figured I would be in for one hell of a ride, and boy was I right.

This book opens up with Riley and a truly emotional moment. That hooked me in right away, and it made me just love her more. Riley has been through so much with the loss of her mother and feeling the weight of the world on her shoulders. Reading all she went through just made me love her character more. Riley begins this book trying to find Mr. Right, and what she finds is one devilishly charming Beck Matthews.

Beck was a male character that I instantly adored. I loved getting to read his perspective and finally learn more about him, and his relationships with the other characters in the book. Beck has some wonderful depth to him, and reading how he comes to act upon his feelings for Riley and subsequent unfeelings for Marissa was just fantastic. His character is also charming as all get out, and he had me smiling like a fool on almost every page. (Don't even get me started on his singing and dancing skills...)

The relationship between Riley and Beck is filled with plenty of obstacles. Their relationship begins after a drunken night of fun, but it ultimately turns into so much more. Reading how Riley and Beck try to handle, act upon, and accept their feelings towards one another made this book for me. Their relationship is full of some pretty big ups and downs too, but that just makes it all the more enthralling.

I also loved that in this book you get to see Marcus and Tessa through a new set of eyes. This book also cleared up a lot with why Riley felt the way she did about their relationship, and that just helped everything come together. Seeing previous events and experiences through a new set of eyes was remarkable and engaging as all get out.

Keep Her had it all. It had the drama to keep it exciting, the love and the passion that make a good love story, the characters and story that bring it all together, and the level of feeling and emotion that just hits it out of the park. I loved getting to read more about the ever wonderful Grayson Siblings, and I can only hope for more on all of these magnificent characters!!

But there are so many other factors at play, it is never just as simple as deciding to be together and making a go of it.

Have you read Keep Me? If you have not, stop here. Buy it. Read it. Worth it.

If you have read it – Come along with me and let’s talk about Faith Andrews’ follow up, Keep Her.

The character of Riley in Keep Me, didn’t feel likeable to me. So focused on that storyline and those characters, she was drawn rather antagonistically. Faith Andrews demonstrates that judging people (even fictional characters) by appearances and initial impressions doesn’t give you the full view of the person. Understanding a person and the road they have traveled helps one form an opinion. I didn’t come away from this book adoring Riley, but I admired and respected her a lot more.

Beck was in sort of the same boat. Though I found myself wanting to smack him upside his fool head more than a few times – Leroy Jethro Gibbs-style. In Beck, Faith Andrews created a guy who needs to take a couple of steps back and think things through. He is a sweet guy, who cares deeply for Riley, but is seeing her and reacting to her through a filter that is colored with more gray than clarity.

That said, I loved Riley and Beck as a couple – it’s totally a case of better when they’re together. Their humor and wit has a less of an edge and the reader feels the affection that they do have for one another and how much fun they have together. So, this couple isn’t perfect, they are both teeming with their own doubts and if those don’t break them, the miscommunications and subterfuge could.

With Keep Her, Faith Andrews has done something pretty incredible, which is write a congruent story that is not at all a rehash of the original work. Though we know most of what is coming, that alt-POV is just as fresh and engaging for the reader. She has also woven a storyline that is sweet and funny, but definitely NOT all rainbows and butterflies.

She makes Beck and Riley work for this relationship and just when it should be a slam dunk, they are put into position where they have to fight a little bit harder for each other. This just makes for a book that keeps the reader gripped and doesn’t let them go until the last page.

Who knew so much drama could follow Riley Grayson around! With the way Keep Me ended, I was expecting Keep Her to go in a totally different direction than it did. And I loved it!!

“God, I was swooning over Beck Matthews. What the hell was wrong with me?”

Beck, Beck, Beck, AKA “Beckster”….I had a few choice words for him. And even Riley got me wound up a few times. The two were a train wreck in the communication department. And then Marissa, don’t get me started!! But most of my issues were Beck, though. He was too damn nice!!! If that really is a problem?!? But it was in this case. LOL

“We’d connected in a way I’d never imagined, and I owed it to myself, and to her, to see where it could go.”

I gotta say, I enjoyed Beck and Riley’s story so much more than Tessa and Marcus’. And I think it was because theirs is so much more relatable. Don’t get me wrong, I still loved Tessa and Marcus’ story, but Beck and Riley’s just felt closer to my heart. They are both just average people making a living and doing the day to day stuff like most of us are.

“Fucking Justin Timberlake and Riley Grayson. The combination of the two was a force to be reckoned with.”

Both had their issues. Beck’s being what I said above, he is too nice and tried to make everyone happy. Guess what, that can’t always happen. And Riley, she is a control freak and also wants to make everyone happy. So, this causes unnecessary secrets and hurt feelings…which made me CRAZY!!! But I loved it ;) I can’t stand drama in my life, but I love it in the stories I read.

“You’re going to be very sorry when I explain myself. Those are words you can never take back. Horrible, hateful, untrue words.”

So, just like in Keep Me, this story is beautifully written. The flow is perfect, in my opinion, and it has the dual POV that always makes me a happy book bitch. I highly recommend you put this one on your mile long(cause I know all our to read lists are that long) to read list :)

This was the second book in the Greyson Sibling Series and is about Riley and Beck. The timeline in this book coincides with the timeline of Keep Me for the most part. Although we got some of the information from Riley in book 1, having her perspective was AMAZING!
Beck just got out of a two year relationship with Marissa, his ego is burned. But when he sees Riley, it’s not about his hurt ego; it’s a connection he hasn’t had with another person ever. After one night with Riles, Beck realizes what he was missing. Riley doesn’t know how she go into this situation, she is starting to have feelings for Beck but he has his ex, Marissa, to deal with.
Beck finally decides what he wants, but he doesn’t want to jump from serious relationship to serious relationship so he bides his time. When things seem to look up for Riley and Beck tragedy strikes and in the midst of the trauma that Riley endured they realize she is expecting.
With a baby on the way and their love finally out in the open, Riley and Beck seem to have it all, but will the past haunt them and prevent the future they both want? Will secrets they kept from one another hinder their ability to trust each other?
If you’ve read book 1, AND YOU SHOULD, you how things ended with Riley and Beck, but you don’t have the whole story! The reason it’s not a solid 5 stars? It took a little bit to get in my mind that half of what I knew will happen have yet happened yet.
The prologue in this book was phenomenal! If you’ve read book 1 then you know that Riley and Marcus lost their mother a few years back, that’s where the prologue takes place. When Faith wrote about how Riley didn’t have a big meltdown after her mom passed, she felt relief that she was at peace because she had prepared herself for that moment, I KNEW I was going to read all of Faith’s books and love this book. I have yet to have an author that plays out that emotion after a loved one’s passing.

I was fotunate enough to be gifted this book and WOW! What a fantastic follow up from the first book "Keep Me". We read this story from Marcus' sister and best friend, Riley and Beck' s, point of view and also follow their own budding romance.
Riley Grayson is a flourishing interior designer, owning her own successful business with a flurry of clients queuing up for her expertise, but whilst Riley has her own luxury apartment and successful business, she doesn't have the one thing she truly craves, a spouse, babies and the white picket fence. She feels her life is empty until a late night cab ride with her brother's best friend changes it all.
Beck Matthew's is the childhood best friend of Riley' s brother, Marcus Grayson. Slightly cocky Beck also seems a man in touch with his emotional side, hot and sensitive, what more could you ask for in a guy?
Working for the local fire department Beck is recently on a break from his girlfriend of 2 years, Marissa, because of her commitment issues. Events that follow a cab ride home with his best friends sister, Riley, ultimately makes their break more permanent with Beck realising he has feelings for Riley.
Marissa, Beck' s now ex girlfriend is what can only be described as a super bitch! Taking on the full role of scorned ex girlfriend status. She brought out hatred in me I never thought possible for a fictional character.
Beck' s and Riley have everything against them, having to hide their relationship from the world, working through their own personal issues with love and coping with the spiteful lies and actions of the jealous Marissa it really seems impossible that their relationship will survive this.

Thank you Faith Andrews for delivering yet another amazing book and a fantastic follow up to "Keep Me". It had me on the edge of my seat and at times I couldn't read fast enough! I highly recommend this book, you won't be disappointed, only left wanting more! 10 out of 10!

Pre-reading: SO excited about this one!!!

Post-reading: LOVED IT. :)

This book was received from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I stumbled across the first book in this series, Keep Me, and fell totally in love with the characters. Keep Her was equally as mesmerizing and wonderful.

Riley is a total firecracker. She isn’t used to having someone care or watch out for her. She is also really stubborn…just like Beck. I liked her tenacity in the first book through her best friend and her brother’s eyes, and I was glad to see that same tenacity is back with a vengeance in this one. I loved seeing her vulnerable side too.

Beck is her brother’s super sexy best friend. He is wonderful. Attentive. A fire fighter. Super yummy. I didn’t always agree with some of his decisions but I did understand them. He’s also a great friend to Marcus when he’s going through some tough times. Just overall around an amazing guy.

The plot was cool. I loved that it was kind of parallel with the plot of Keep Me. I got to see some things that were in the background of the first book. The romance started off with a bang, then fizzled a smidge, and then came back full force! I totally loved it!

I’d loveeee to see more books in this series, but for now, I’ll check out her other series!

Favorite Swoon-worthy Quote: Our tongues became wild, exploring unchartered, yet familiar, territory. I must’ve always wanted to kiss Riley and never knew how badly. Sucking her tongue and biting her lips while confined in this tight space was like feeding a hunger I never knew existed.
(From an advanced, uncorrected reader copy. Quote may not appear in final copy.)

Oh cabaret, Beck and Riley were always meant to love this way!!! LOL Oh how I love Faith Andrews, as this was the most delicious deja vu ever!!! I love it when an author can take a story that they have already told us, but use a different angle; that is basically what Faith did with Keep Her, as we already knew much of the outcome from enjoying Keep Me, which was brother Marcus and Tessa's story. This time we get to see all the behind the scenes of the parallel plot of Beck (the BFF of Marcus) and Riley (older sister of Marcus) and how unbeknownst to everyone around them, fell in love after knowing each other most of their lives. I loved the way the Faith weaved these books together, and it was refreshing getting Riley's POV, because I must admit, I wasn't really feeling her during much of Marcus story, as I found her annoyingly critical and selfish. Of course that old adage there are two sides to every story, rang true, as I could relate much more to her dilemma after hearing her voice. Beck, what can I say, other than I love this fireman; any man willing to sing JT to his girl gets points with me. Even though it would frustrate me, his connection and care to Marissa showed his gentle and loving heart, and just endeared him to me all the more. It was ironic that Tessa gave Beck the same advice that Riley gave Tessa about Marcus, although it did seem to come from a more sincere place of caring than when Riley did it to her. The angst of this story, Marissa, talk about coo coo for cocoa puffs, WOW, fun twist. Faith, I hope that you will consider giving Griffin a story, as he is a real sweetie and I would love to know more! My 4th read from this author, and I have enjoyed each and everyone. Can't wait to see what she is up to next!!!

I am a big Faith Andrew’s fan and I have enjoyed all her books. Keep Her is book two in the Grayson Sibling series. In book one we followed Marcus and Tessa and their love story. In the background of that book we met their best friends Beck and Riley. Riley is also Marcus’ very opinionated big sister.
Riley in Keep Me was very against her best friend Tessa to be with her man whore brother Marcus. Well, that was before she fell in love with Marcus’ best friend Beck. All of a sudden since she opened her big mouth and was against their relationship, her and Beck needed to keep the new found relationship a secret.
Riley is a successful business woman who has been taking care of her father and brother ever since their mother died. She has been so focused on them that she never really lived which was her mother’s last dying wish.
Beck is a hot firefighter who has been in a relationship with another woman for two years. They were in love, but when it was time for the next step, the girl wasn’t, shattering Beck. They decided a “break” was necessary! And we know how “breaks” go!
I am torn on how I feel about this Faith Andrews book. I felt that Keep Her was very similar to Keep Me making it predictable at times. I did love Beck and Riley and their chemistry together and they both knew to have a great time so it was a fun read! We were introduced to a new character that wasn’t apart of the family and I am really hoping we get his story because I REALLLLLLY liked him!
If you liked Keep Me, you will also like Keep Her so definitely pick up this new release to the series!

An ARC was giving to me for an honest review.
