I don’t know why America’s Test Kitchen felt the need to publish this cookbook. Just because you can make something in a sheet pan, doesn’t mean you should. I can make fajitas, quesadillas & steak that are faster & tastier than the versions offered here. You might like some of the recipes such as meatloaf, pepperoni pizza and a big pancake. Except for some sauces, all the rest of the recipes have a photo. I guess if you only have an oven and a few sheet pans, this cookbook is for you.

This book is *Chefs Kiss*. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it is a soft cover book so it made it a bit hard to read and take pictures of the recipes.

I do not buy too many cookbooks anymore (that’s what libraries are for!) but I may reconsider owning this one—helpful strategies and almost every recipe appeals to me. Using all their gravitas, America’s Test Kitchen has produced a stellar cookbook for new cooks or more experienced ones. Bright, vibrant photography for every recipe and even the strategizing content. Useful, accessible, and full of variety in each category many recipes come with multiple variations. After a short Intro, look for the Art of Arranging Ingredients, an Illustrated Sheet Pan Dinner layout, Essential Tips, and DIY Sheet-Pan Meals rubric with three formulas to get you started. Prefacing the recipe chapters is a primer on sheet pan sizes, use, and care with alternate use suggestions and recipes for Spice Rubs, Sauces & Toppings referred to in the accumulated recipes. Chapters: Sandwiches, Tacos & Pizza, Poultry, Beef, Pork & Lamb, Seafood, Vegetable Mains, Breakfast, and Sides & Snacks. The book ends with Nutritional Information for the recipes, and Conversions and Equivalents, plus a comprehensive Index. I am trying the Cheddar-Crusted Grilled Cheese and the breakfast options immediately for sure. This is a real winner. Readalikes may be Melissa Clark’s Dinner in One, Dan Buettner’s One Pot Meals, Ellie Krieger’s Whole in One, and Molly Gilbert's Sheet Pan Suppers.

Very solid book that's great if you have to get dinner on the table on a regular basis. Most recipes were one page long, and the flavors are rich - these are not dialed in dinners. There is a photo for each recipe, and most are pretty easy. A few require multiple steps, and most take at least an hour, though that includes cooking time. The fish section was very strong, with the shrimp and potatoes becoming an instant favorite in my house.

This is the most stars I give when there isn't nutritional information. There are a few breakfast recipes in here too, and I'd say that we'd eat at least 80% of these regularly.

Lots of ideas, here; a little something for everyone. I found a few things that tickled my fancy, and hope to implement these recipes, soon.

Lots of great recipes but I'm a picky eater so the majority I probably won't make. There are a few basic ones that I may have to try.
