Connor was lying to Amanda for like most of the book. Why didn't he tell her the truth the two times she asked. There were so many misunderstanding because Connor didn't communicate at all. i didn't like him

Got to 25% and DNF.
No idea how old they are or what they even look like. All that was going on was silly teenage stuff, when they’re supposed to be adults… at least from my guess. Also, it annoys the ever loving crap out of me when an entire scene is written from each point of view.

Honestly I don't know why I continue to read these books. It's the same story, different character names, different job titles. Can tell why they are self published.

Withholding that you have a group allocated prize for your spicy prowess is not something to withhold from the woman you are seeing and hope she doesn’t find out. This is pure being dumb. What can I say about "Again"; well I can say Miranda P Charles did it again, she wrote another book in the series that sucked me in and held me captive till the very end. I love Miranda's. books, they always have engaging characters, who face a variety of challenges keeping you on edge waiting to see if they will get their HEA and she delivers, which I love !
"Again" features Amanda and Connor who have precious a previous history together that did not end well , neither one of them ver expected to see one another so when they meet again at the Carmichaels resort and spa for a get together being held, neither can believe the other is supposedly this great person freinds keep talking about . To spite how things ended for them in the past the attraction between them is still hot as ever but can either one get past what they believe? Connor is able to move past his initial thoughts but Amanda has self image issues and is insecure because both times she has had series relationships in the past they broke off because the men she was involved with in her eyes left her for stunning women, so besides self image Amanda has trust issues also.What Amanda does not realize is that after years of traveling Connor is ready to settle down and the more time he spends with her the more he can not imagine being with anyone else.
Their road to an HEA is paved with obstacles and the occasional drama, but has an equal omount of steam romance and adorable moments!
Of course no book in this series would be complete without being kept up to date on the relationships of the other couples and charachters from previous books, though you do not need to read the other books in the series to enjoy this one, the first two books were's great also!

I wanted to tell Amanda there was nothing wrong with her. The men she dated, the men who “traded up” were complete idiots. Because anyone could see she was beautiful inside and out, and that any man worth his weight in gold would see and cherish that.
Connor and Amanda met by chance, slept together by choice, and parted under dubious circumstances. This book deals with only that fateful night and the consequences it carries as they are reacquainted and struggle to be more than just a one-night stand. The attraction is there. The caring is there. But the lies (by omission or otherwise) and the doubts are too heavy for their relationship to go anywhere but down.
Or are they?
Amanda didn’t overcome her doubts about herself overnight. Thank you, Ms. Charles, for that! Transforming Amanda’s way of thinking needed to happen slowly. There needed to be moments where the reader would get pissy with her for not seeing what Connor sees. There also had to be times when the reader sympathized with her when she hit those lows. And there had to be applause and cheers when she finally, finally, got it. This story has all of that, making it realistic and relative.
That saying that love conquers all is definitely a shining banner in this story. I don’t think Amanda would’ve made it through the haze of doubt she walked in if it wasn’t for Connor’s love. Even when times got hard and it seemed like she was really, truly done, he remained steadfast and true, proving he and his love weren’t going anywhere except back to her, again and gain they’d always go back to her.

Amanda made a mistake a month ago and now at her best friends party it's coming back to haunt her. Or should we say he's there to haunt her, but could misunderstandings on both sides about that one amazing night change things for them and their future?
Conner gave up working on the racing circut for a chance to settle down after 7 years on the road. He wants to find someone to settle down with too and thought he'd found her at his retirement party, but circumstances were working against them then. Now a month later he has a chance to see if things weren't really what he thought they were and if there's something real between them.
As they both let go of what apperances made them both think do they have a chance at finding forever together or will secrets and ommisions ruin them for good this time around?
Amanda is smart and strong when it comes to her work, but in her personal relationships with men she's as insecure as they come. Her past has made it difficult for her to trust the opposite sex and when she has something good she keeps looking for what will ruin it for her.
Conner is sweet and caring, he's got a reputation he can't get rid of no matter how hard he tries it it keeps him from getting the one thing he wants, a happily ever after. Sappy though it may be for a guy to want it and he'd never admit it to anyone else.
Their story has it's up's and down's but you see how happy they make each other and I loved seeing their story unfold, as well as seeing the other characters and how their doing and who might get their own story next!

It's amazing how Miranda P. Charles can create romance! I always have a blast when i read one of her stories! The "Time for love" series is amazing and Again is for me the best one yet! In all the three books, you have this sweet, romantic, sexy modern love story! But in Again, i felt something more! Sexier, with a little edge, Again will hook you from the beginning! Rebecca and Sarah's stories were more "fleur bleue", Amanda's felt hotter, sexier, and worked hard for! We find the whole group of friends back, with the continuation of their stories in the background, while we succomb to Conor and Amanda's struggle! But oh my! What a delicious one! I enjoyed every single minute of it! Well written, with a creative story, you won't be able to put it down! May i dare ask for more? Please at least one more which would be Ash and Brenna's story!!! It is always a pleasure to read one of Miranda P. Charles' books, as you have the full butterflies in the stomach effect of a good romance book! What can i say more than Two Thumbs Up high in the air!!!!

Amanda is the best friend that struggles to maintain or find the right guy. There is more pressure with the pact she made with her BFFs that they would all work for love before the next New Year. She met someone but he seems to have the same issues of all the guys before him. What she didn't expect was that she would cross paths with him at one of BFFs engagement party. Connor is surprised to see Amanda at the engagement party. There is a heated exchange and we are all waiting to figure out what is really going on. The chemistry between Amanda and Connor is sweet and endearing. Right away you can sense they are the right fit for each other but they keep pushing each other away and then the real story unfolds and boy is it a shocker. They both have the wrong idea about the other from their first encounter in Melbourne. It's fun to watch realization hit and love bloom but of course nothing is easy and ex-loves add to the pile of mis-trust. Can they overcome all of these challenges? Can they both learn to trust? Another wonderful sexy and sweet romance from Miranda Charles, the perfect escape!

I love to read the books of Miranda, the stories are great and easy to read and addictive :o) But now it’s time for Again with Amanda and Conner.
That one night a month ago when Amanda crashed and ends up in her room with the sexy Conner, her first and last one night stand. Well that’s what she thought, the shock is mutual when they discover not only that they have mutual friends but also live in the same area.
But the fact remains the attraction that they had that one night a month ago is still there as strong as before, but with Connor’s tittle as Mr. Fuck King will he have a chance since everybody has a thought about him? Not to mention Lucas his long best friend will not stop challenging him for the title.
Does Amanda think that Conner is playing a game? Will he be honest about everything or does he still have some secrets?
This is a great love story with up and downs but most of all a big challenge will they have only that one night to our a life together forever?

I love Amanda and Conner. How they have a past and how it continues to haunt them throughout the story even it if is only one night. We all make mistakes, but sometimes it is the mistakes we just don't admit that make us look bad. Conner is trying to get beyond his playboy past that he really didn't have, but everyone believed him to have. At every corner it seemed to reaching out to him, even after he thought he had gotten rid of them.
Amanda always felt she was not able to keep a man due to her not so glamourous self. But she was beautiful because of who she was anyway. She just could not see it. The two together were an amazing couple that just made loving this book easy to do. It was so overwhelming with emotions on both sides for the rollercoaster ride along the way, but oh so worth it. I can't wait for the next story about Bren and Ash(such a long wait on this on in my mind).

I have read all the other books in the Time for Love series, and this book follows suite. It's a great read full of passion, love, trust and misunderstandings. Amanda had one hot night of passion that she wants to forget. But it comes back to haunt her when the hot man in question is a friend of your best friends fiancée. They agree to forget what happened, but secretly both of them can't stop thinking about it. Both also have unanswered questions as to what went wrong. Sexual attraction is still simmering between them. When they finally get to discuss it they both realise that misunderstandings are what caused the ill feelings between each other. They get together and things hot up and get even hotter. But secrets surface that could threaten their relationship, trust issues, protective brothers, misunderstandings, past mistakes and silly games are what may stop them from being happily ever after, even though they are good together.

Connor and Amanda had a one night stand after she crashed his retirement party with her cousins and her cousin's friends. Amanda has never had good luck in the love department and never was a girl for one night stands, but figures she would never see Connor again. Then at her friend's engagement party they spot one another and learn they have mutual friends and now live in the same area. Can Connor's "title" and one misunderstanding after another keep them apart or will they find love again.
"Again" has some funny moments with these friends and their families. I just can't get enough of these stories and love Miranda's writing.

You wouldn't think it was possible, but with each book, Ms. Charles just keeps getting better! I love her characters, they are always real, have depth, some humor, & so much heart! As we know, the road to an HEA always has us taking a few detours, but we get back on the trail & true love ensues, Always!! I'll be watching for Ash and Brenna's story!

I have not read the first two books in this series but I didn't feel as if it detracted from my enjoyment of this story.
Amanda was a tad frustrating on occasions and Connor could have perhaps saved himself some anguish but of course that may have proved boring for us :)
