They take passionate refuge in each other's arms.
Sunny fears a future with a man hell-bent on revenge. She's had too much darkness in her life. But she's falling hard for the sexy alpha soldier, and he may be too much temptation to resist…

There was a sweet love story behind all the imagery and props, no major angst and only that in which two troubled people find each other. The H was caring and kind, the h was open, honest and brave.
Whats not to like?...unfortunately it just didn't have that zing factor. But at least it didn't leave me all wound up and my blood pressure high, which is what some of my recent reads have done.
I finished most of this in one sitting and then had to put it down and didn't rush to finish it until now. Its OK. I'm not mad at reading this book but it was a little boring.
Just didn't have anything wow about this book which was a shame.
Sheikh Rayad has a past he can't stop remembering. Sunny also has a past she can forget. Can they together find a way to move on or our they both doomed to never find true love? Sunny find Rayad attractive but she is fighting it. I love how Kristi Gold brings a story together for the reader to connect with.
