Always a fan of J.M Madden, I was excited to see she participated in this antholgy and I was able to pick it up for $0.99. SCORE! While I'm not familiar with several of the authors, I was excited to see a few quality authors I recognized (Jennifer Probst, Liz Crowe).
Each story seems to be a snapshot of one night between the heroine and hero, set up by Madame Evanageline's 1NIGHT Stand dating service. I don't know a page count for each story but these are what I consider very short, not novellas, and I plan to read through them when I have an hour to spare, and between other books.
I'll update my review as I read each story.
Wet Dream - J.M. Madden 4 SHORT AND SEXY STARS
I liked Wet Dream but not as much as the author's other works I've read. I think it may be because of the shorter story and the lack of development and time to get to know the characters, especially the hero, Cameron, more. Although Cameron is a wounded warrior, this story is not tied to the author's Lost and Found series that I can tell. The heroine, Ginger, is successful and capable, yet vulernable too. I like the interaction between the two characters and enjoyed that the heroine was upfront about what she wanted. No damsel in distress here. I consider Wet Dreams a quick shot of sexy and is steamy and enjoyable.

But what I can tell you, of the eight stories I have read I have yet to be disappointed and I'm looking very forward to reading the rest.

This box set contains some of the most amazing stories by fabulous authors. I've also read just about all these stories and can't tell you how much I loved them, from Liz Crowe's amazing story to Jessica Subject's out of this work romance... each story will have you wishing for Madame Eve to find your own true match! I'm sharing some of the reviews on the specific stories here:
Paging Dr. Wolf
What if rogue werewolves came into the hospital and bit you? What if you knew something was different about you but it wasn’t until a beautiful woman explained that you knew? Dallas Olson was supposed to be on a date with Cara Johnson but a group of werewolves came into the hospital and attacked him when he was defending a patient. And while Madame Eve knew that Dallas and Cara would be perfect together, it wasn’t until he was turned that the truth became realized.
Dallas Olson is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He enjoys the challenges of the trauma team and never lets the stress get to him. He appears to be a perfect doctor with the skills of a world class surgeon and bedside manner of a saint. Yet something was missing from his life.
Cara Johnson is a werewolf hybrid. She is the result of a mating between a werewolf and a human. Her skills are best with numbers and her sharp brain has kept the pack in the money. Yet she was also looking for a mate and suspected that he was to be found among the humans. Seeking out Madame Eve, she was all set to meet Dallas when the attack happened. Now she must face him and explain the truth about werewolves and hope that he is willing to join the pack so he won’t be destroyed.
Mrs. Royce creates a wonderful world of werewolf shifters who have passion and family ties. Cara is the sister of Bethany who married Luke and the sister of Jack who found his mate in the book, Believe in Me. While each book is connected and some characters show up in different stories, each book can be read alone and enjoyed for the wonderful stories that they are. Readers will be enthralled by the passion of Cara and Dallas as they realize that they are meant for each other. Paging Doctor Wolf is a sexy tale of finding the perfect mate where and when you least expect it. And each woman dreams of finding that man who can complete her.
Broken
Many men and women are returning from battle with scars on their bodies and souls. Matt Soloman saved the life of his partner and lost the use of his legs because of it. He has such a huge chip on his shoulder over the loss of his career, fiancé, and self-esteem. He doesn’t see himself as worthy.
Tiffany is a therapist who was also a wounded soul. She stood up against the physical and emotional abuse that her boyfriend heaped on her and came out a stronger woman for it. But like Matt, she has a lot of baggage that comes along with her sexy body.
Matt and Tiffany are both emotionally scarred people who aren’t able to see themselves as clearly as they see others. Broken is the tale of their one night stand and how they gain clarity with their own self-esteem. I loved the flawed characters who weren’t afraid to throw their own insecurities out there. I think we all can learn something from Tiffany and Matt about learning to love ourselves, scars and all.
Broken is a sexy tale. The passion between Matt and Tiffany was immediate and had me visualizing Matt’s hot body. I loved the sex but it was the story of finding love again and taking a second chance that made this story amazing for me. I highly recommend this touching tale of passion and romance.

Madame Eve is known for finding the perfect mate for each person that signs up for her dating agency, 1 Night Stand. Some say she is magical, others think she is able to deeply understand what each person wants and needs.
Rick Steele is the oldest of the Steele boys. He was raised in a loving family and pursued his father’s career in the casinos, but it was the one heartbreak that changed his life and forced him to withdraw from the dating scene.
Tara Denton grew up on her own. Her mom was too busy with her numerous boyfriends. When Tara thought she had found the perfect man in her boyfriend, Tim, she was happy until the beatings began. Now Tara’s spirit is broken as well as her body maimed. She is afraid to give herself over to another person again.
Madame Eve has her work cut out for her in Catch Me. Both Tara and Rick are damaged and hurting. They lost the ability to trust in another person and didn’t want to let their hearts get involved with anyone again. Rick’s good friend and Tara’s boss, Jackson Castillo arranges for the two to sign up with Madame Eve and the fun begins. Rick is the perfect blend of compassionate and strong alpha male. He doesn’t know whether he wants to wrap Tara up in bubble wrap and protect her or to grab her body and pleasure her. He is struck by her duality. She is sweet and sensual, innocent and worldly… each piece of her personality calls out to him.
While we learn a little of Tara’s life before Vegas, what we learn is a horror filled nightmare. And she has the scars to prove it. However, Tara is a survivor. She has walked away from Tim and won’t let anyone put her in that position again. Even though in Catch Me, she is frightened of Rick, she is willing to let go of her fears and begin to trust him again.
I’m definitely looking forward to more stories by Jennifer Probst and more stories about the Steele boys. Hopefully Rick will get his wish and beat the crap out of Tim. That would be my happily ever after!

Many men and women are returning from battle with scars on their bodies and souls. Matt Soloman saved the life of his partner and lost the use of his legs because of it. He has such a huge chip on his shoulder over the loss of his career, fiancé, and self-esteem. He doesn’t see himself as worthy.
Tiffany is a therapist who was also a wounded soul. She stood up against the physical and emotional abuse that her boyfriend heaped on her and came out a stronger woman for it. But like Matt, she has a lot of baggage that comes along with her sexy body.
Matt and Tiffany are both emotionally scarred people who aren’t able to see themselves as clearly as they see others. Broken is the tale of their one night stand and how they gain clarity with their own self-esteem. I loved the flawed characters who weren’t afraid to throw their own insecurities out there. I think we all can learn something from Tiffany and Matt about learning to love ourselves, scars and all.
Broken is a sexy tale. The passion between Matt and Tiffany was immediate and had me visualizing Matt’s hot body. I loved the sex but it was the story of finding love again and taking a second chance that made this story amazing for me. I highly recommend this touching tale of passion and romance.

Madame Eve is known for finding the perfect mate for each person that signs up for her dating agency, 1 Night Stand. Some say she is magical, others think she is able to deeply understand what each person wants and needs.

While we learn a little of Tara’s life before Vegas, what we learn is a horror filled nightmare. And she has the scars to prove it. However, Tara is a survivor. She has walked away from Tim and won’t let anyone put her in that position again. Even though in Catch Me, she is frightened of Rick, she is willing to let go of her fears and begin to trust him again.
I’m definitely looking forward to more stories by Jennifer Probst and more stories about the Steele boys. Hopefully Rick will get his wish and beat the crap out of Tim. That would be my happily ever after!

I really enjoyed the book! It has absolutely everything in! Romance, suspense, sci-fi, paranormal, erotic, bdsm...the list continues on and on... I purchased the book a couple of years ago, I just didn't get to it until now. Wow! What a great find! And a good way to know new authors/writers. I loved Madame Evangeline and if she really exist I would love to meet her and apply for her services....

Broken – Diane Alberts – 3.5 Stars I was fully ready to like this story after ready the summary. The execution, however fell a bit short. Matt is damaged both physically and emotionally. It is understandable why he lashes out, but it felt as though Tiffany was a bit too complacent with it. There should have been a bit more pushback, considering her history. As a result, there was no chemistry other than the physical. I could see what he saw in her, but not necessarily the other way around. Matt wasn't all bad, but lashing out at perfect strangers for no reason probably means you're not ready for a relationship, even one as fleeting as a one night stand. Tiffany takes most of it in stride and pines for him, although besides hot sex, he really didn't do anything to endear himself to her or me as the reader.
Panties Optional – Stephanie Beck – 2.5 Stars This book was a lot of talk, but not a lot of action. Maggie wants to have all this steamy, naughty sex, and we don't get to experience any of it. They talk about anal and sex up against a wall, but the reader only experiences the vanilla play. What a waste. I really liked the epilogue, but it wasn't enough to lift my disappointment.

Quite frankly, I signed up to read a 1NS story and am sorely disappointed and lamenting the time I wasted. There are plot holes and stupid coincidences, along with the fact that the MCs are boring and hard to care about. Please don't waste your time or money.
Night Mission – Desiree Holt – 5 Stars Wow. Night Mission is absolutely everything I could want from a 1NS story. The MCs are strong, likable, and well defined for such a short novella. They know exactly what they want and they go for it. The chemistry these two have is scorching and jumps right off the page. I couldn't get enough!!
My Boogie Woogie Bugle Guy – D.L. Jackson – 5 Stars Sweet and satisfying. I absolutely loved the big band/swing/40s element.
In From the Cold – Taryn Kincaid – DNF I started this one, but could not get into it. I stopped reading by the 2nd chapter.
Trading Up – Mahalia Levey – 5 Stars A fun, steamy read. I enjoyed seeing Camilla let go and Jonah was just the guy to help her.
Her Marine – Heather Long – 5 Stars I previously read this story in a Heather Long anthology and had rated it 4 stars. After reading it again here, I upped my rating to 5 stars. This story is sweet and one of finding oneself.

The Virgin and the Playboy – Kate Richards – 2 Stars This my second novella from this author, and I have to say I'm not impressed. It's like she was in such a hurry to get to the end that she forgot to add any character development. The MCs fell flat and honestly had no chemistry. The playboy is cocky, signed up for a 1NS for an unbelievable reason, and really should know how to talk dirty. I'm not sure if it is just the author or if she meant him to sound stilted and oddly formal. The virgin seemed to just zone out and give just as equally ridiculous responses, although she might have a slightly better excuse. The sex happened after only weak hellos, which I don't normally have a problem with, but the chick's a virgin and he's kind of an idiot for not figuring it out. The sex was lackluster and the playboy's maudlin reaction didn't fit. The story ends on only the possibility of a HFN, but of course it is hard to believe even that is possible when these two know next to nothing about each other.
Paging Dr. Wolf – Rebecca Royce – 4 Stars My only issue is I wish it was longer…
Familiar Desires – Olivia Starke – 4 Stars Kind of a different concept for a 1NS book, but I did enjoy it. My only criticism is it should have been even a bit longer to provide more detail. As it were, the author did great within few pages.

Dragon Temptation – Kali Willows – 2.5 Stars The beginning includes way too much drama stemming from another book. Considering I read this story in a collection, this does not endear me to the novella. I spent far too long trying to figure out what exactly was going on and what my feelings were about a person signing up for a second 1NS (weird issue I know). If you get past all that, there were some decent moments, but many were overshadowed by the ridiculously cheesy dialogue.

Poor editing on the eBook. Misogynistic writing. I was willing to look past that. But when a short story about aliens appears in the book, I'm done.
Picked it up for Jennifer Probst's story, and that was decent enough. And one or two other stories at the beginning were good. But it steamrolled downhill from there.

You can anticipate heat, lust, desire and love all in the ultimate one night stand.
Each one of the stories in this sizzling hot anthology of one-night stands has their own unique journey. Every couple comes to Madame Eve with their own baggage and sad story to tell. Everyone is a perfect fit to one another. All of the couples think a one-night stand is what they need to move on from each of their battered pasts. Little do they know that what they really need is to open their hearts to the possibility of a future with an unexpected love.
I thought these romances were fun and easy to read. They all flowed nicely into one another since all of the dates are set in the Castillo Hotel in Las Vegas. I found it neat how every book featured the beautiful resort as a romantic backdrop. If you are looking for some fun quick reads, all of the stories in this anthology are definitely tales to curl up on the couch with a glass of wine and dig into.

This review is for Wet Dream by J.M. Madden, but am looking forward to reading the other books in the set next.
Wet Dream is a short, hot story that can be read easily in one sitting, Ginger Hampton is a beautiful former FBI agent that often intimidates men because of her height and profession. She is looking for a one-night stand while in town on business, and has enlisted the help of Madame Eve to help her find someone to share the evening with. Cameron Jones is the head of security for the hotel that Ginger is staying at. When Ginger is stood-up for the date, Cameron steps in to make sure she is ok. The sparks between the two are instant, but Cameron is extremely self-conscious due to burn scars from the war. Can he get past his insecurity and enjoy what Ginger is offering?
The steam on the story is hot! While this is a short story, the characters are very well developed, the dialogue felt believable and the story flowed very well. I loved the vulnerability of Cameron and felt for him while he struggled with his decision to open himself up to Ginger's physical scrutiny. I loved that Ginger was a strong female that went after what she wanted.

The first one I read was by JM Madden and it was beyond awesome for just a short story. I love her books so had to skip to her story first.
I then went back to the beginning and am reading them all. So far I haven't found one that I don't like

Oh my word! This collection is a steal and a half. I seriously do not even know where to begin. I am a huge fan of this series and regularly buy them for $2.99 each. The shared world is fun and covers all genres and tastes, while introducing me to new to me authors and giving me a hot afternoon read. To call the author list amazing would be an understatement. I think my personal favorite from this collection is TO FEEL AGAIN. I simply love Jackson. It was hard to decide, though because there were just oh so many of my faves in here. I am very much looking forward to reading the rest of them. There has never been a better time to try the 1NS series. I am simply floored that all this greatness is in one collection for such an spectacular price.

I didn't keep track of each story like I do sometimes, but I don't think there were any stories that I would say were below 4 Stars. Well I can't say about The Virgin and the Playboy, as that I didn't read it. I just wasn't in the mood for an initiation story. As for picking a favorite, I really can't, there were too many amazing stories in this book! I very much hope that the makers of this book make many more, since buying the 1NightStand books individually would get very expensive, very quick. So please ladies, make more of these anthologies! (I've since found that there is at least one more anthology with 17 more 1NightStand stories, so guess what I'll be reading now (-; )

The 1 Night Stand Series for some extremely odd reason is one I really enjoy. This book was no exception from the start. A few of the 21 Nights were corny or unenjoyable but each one has a HEA which is something I enjoy greatly. I think a few of the authors in this book should've made their 1NS a novel but that is not the purpose of Madame Eve's series. A few of these I could've lived without reading and others were wonderful. I could read a few of these novellas over and over.

I enjoyed this collection of stories. Some I enjoyed more than others but it was interesting to see exactly how Madame's choices would work out..... Some of these stories would never have been ones I would have chosen to read on my own but I'm glad I was introduced to new authors. Someone needs to write about Madame Eve now! I want to know her story :)

Twenty one variations with fifteen being excellent and six very good. The stories of service members were very true t o life. Other stories were very very enjoyable. The last story concerning dragons I wish I had not read. But with twenty really fabulous I highly recommend.

Amazing
21 Sizzling Nights is a deliciously hot and steamy collection. Rarely do you find anthologies where every story is well written and enjoyable. Spend the night at the Castillo hotels courtesy of Madam Evangeline, you won't regret it.
