Simply put; it's a satire of those "leadership" books that poke your eye whenever you go to a bookstore. If suggestions like the following crack a smile on your face, this is a good read for you:

- Always seem busy (this is the name of the chapter, with points below)
-- Never walk through the office empty-handed!
-- Even if your agenda is empty, never accept an appointment for the same day
-- Never take on new projects
-- Walk out of large meetings early

- Leadership language (Words and phrases you must use to succeed in any boardroom)
-- Strategic
-- Very clear
-- This is a matrix
-- ASAP
-- Leave the comfort zone
-- This is a journey

I hope you are not exposed too much to the things recommended in the book!
