The Bikini Body Guide: Workouts is a part of the online e-book guides by the health and fitness blogger Kayla Itsines.
This short e-book in the Bikini Body Guide series contains a lot of the necessary information you’ll need if you’re aiming to change your lifestyle. It has information on how to track your progress and weekly breakdowns — but most importantly — suggested workouts schedules.
I highly enjoyed this book. The workout pages were both very nicely designed and executed. They were divided in different stages (weeks and days) and target areas. Not only that, but the pages also illustrated how each workout move is to be properly done. If some of the movements are difficult to understand because you’ve possibly never come across them before, there’s a glossary at the back where the movements are explained in words. This glossary is so-and-so in my opinion. They might be useful to people who are new to working out, but as I had no need for this, half of the Bikini Body Guide: Workouts was practically useless to me.
Kayla Itsines laid out the subject in a nicely matter. The workout plans are very realistic and more than doable. The information, as well as tips and tricks, at the back was very inspiring and helpful.
My harshest critisism to the Bikini Body Guides would be that it’s highly overpriced. There is no doubt that these guides are highly helpful and that I’ll take the information to heart and action, but $119 is a tough amount to get rid of. I suppose it all comes down to how badly you want it. If you’re ready to commit, I’d see no fault in investing in these e-books.
