A wonderful guide for anyone interested in self-improvement, spiritual growth, coaching and many other things. Leonard, now deceased, offers a wonderful way of looking at your life in a new way. A must for anyone who thinks that coaching might be for them.

This book feels like a good example of an old-school coaching read. But even while I have some sort of repugnance to coaching tone, I found this book quite an easygoing and informative.

I do like that while a lot of non-fiction books have one thesis and describe it in the whole book, this book have 28 different mini topics what makes it quite a diverse and intensive book.
