Glenn Hastings is a movie star, and by studio execs’ measure, she is considered old at fifty-one. An outrageous flirt, shallow, and conceited, she has allowed her fame to control her life. And now, landing the sexy roles of younger characters seems unattainable. So she did what any insecure narcissist would do. Glenn wrote a book about her favorite person—Glenn Hastings. She was filled with excitement at her book signing of Who Wouldn’t Love Me? And she thought it to be true. Who wouldn’t want to read about her life?
Sophie Marsh just wanted to relax on the only day she had to herself in weeks. But what was she doing? Going to the mall, which she abhorred, to stand in line, which she despised, to get some ridiculous book signed for her best friend who did not have a day off. Who would want to read about some arrogant movie star?
Hold on to your wigs. Glenn and Sophie are on a collision course of laughter, love, and mayhem. Together they’ll try to answer the age-old question: Who wouldn’t love me?

Three and a half stars, rounded up because I really like Kate Sweeney's humorous way of writing. And she really knows how to write great kid characters.
Great characters, the towns people and Darius! Love that kid. Starting the book I was expecting the same old, actress meets girl falls in love. I liked the back story and the conflict between the main characters. I am never disappointed in a Sweeney book.
Cute and amusing, characters my age range (over 40), funny Dialogue, sarcastic characters who affectionately quarrel a lot - found it a fun, humorous, read.
This one annoyed me a little, mainly because I really didn't like one of the main characters. If it is hard for me to like a character, then I find I really don't care much how the plot turns out.
Good tension, great characters and delicious back and forth tension between the main characters make this a fun and enjoyable read. And the camp scenes are fun, too.
