Puh, definitely not my kind of story. It reminded me of Dan Brown's novels, just with less sympathetic characters, less mystery, less suspense, less intricate a storyline generally less of anything.
What it had were slightly creepy male characters, or at least the description of their interest in the female characters was creepy af. The juicy murders I expected from the text on its back cover never really happen.
Most annoying thus were the strange switches in perspective within the chapters, sometimes even within paragraphs. One sentence you read about what the male lead does when he leaves the hotel, the very next the woman left in the hotel thinks about him leaving. This makes certain events rather hard to follow, especially since it doesn't even serve a purpose of deception or something else. It just randomly happens.
