Not enough practical solutions

The advice, tips and tricks have been informative and useful. As one who needs practical solutions to try out, I was expecting a bit more from this book. Maybe it is just me. I'm one who if anyone tells me to do (or not) something, I'd try the opposite. surprisingly I'm still alive. Otherwise this book made for a good read and hopefully would help some to reset their mindset.

This book contained some great ideas on gracefully aging. Ideas involved nutrition, exercise, socialization, brain activities, etc. The entire book emphasized that aging is not a destination, but rather a journey to be enjoyed.

Very basic and condensed version of the current theories of aging and wellness: thé five pillars - nutrition, exercise, sleep, continuing learning and social connection.
A good introduction if you are unaware.
