Me gustó mucho la historia pero hubo tramas que se repetían y eso me molestó. A veces pasaba X situación y cinco capítulos después pasaba exactamente la misma situación, como si no hubiera pasado. U omitían detalles que sabíamos desde el capítulo 1. Entonces say what? Muy poca coherencia

Bentornate Fenici, oggi non posso che consigliarvi il libro Hitched and Ditched, della fantastica Liz Jacobson, autrice che mi ha piacevolmente stupita per la sua capacità di tessere storie che bussano al cuore e che lì rimangono in pianta stabile.
La narrazione è fluida, scorre e trasporta il lettore da un capitolo all’altro con dovizia verso la destinazione finale, che questa possa essere lieta o meno non è dato saperlo.
Di emozioni più o meno buone è permeata la storia, lasciandosi scoprire a poco a poco , grazie anche all’utilizzo del doppio punto di vista che permette l’immedesimazione istantanea del lettore, che rivive sentimenti e fatti senza distrazione.
La matchmaker perfetta. Nessuno deve sapere che non ho un appuntamento da tre anni. O che l’ultimo uomo che ho amato mi ha lasciata all’altare.
Che cos’hanno in comune? Nulla. Lui per vivere distrugge l’amore che un tempo univa delle coppie, lei dà vita a un nuovo amore. L’equilibrio funziona ed è questo l’importante, non importa che tempo addietro loro stessi fossero uniti da un sentimento tanto forte da immaginare una vita insieme. Adesso sono costretti a condividere il medesimo isolato, in quanto, per uno scherzo del destino, due agenzie tanto diverse e in conflitto tra loro sono l’uno di fronte all’altra. A dividerli solo una strada, dieci anni di silenzio e molte domande senza alcuna risposta… Buoni propositi ed equilibri instabili caratterizzano il rapporto tra i protagonisti, che regalano risate ed emozioni senza risultare forzati e irrealistici.
Due facce della stessa medaglia, che si fronteggiano attraverso la Main Street.
Dialoghi vivaci e situazioni spumeggianti fanno da contorno a una storia esaltante, che incanta e appassiona. I protagonisti, schierati su fronti opposti, rendono alla grande nel contesto di una piccola cittadina, in cui tutti sanno tutto e nessun segreto resta tale molto a lungo. Con uno stile semplice e una narrazione coinvolgente la Jacobson colpisce il lettore e lo trattiene fino alla fine.

Soy totalmente incapaz de seguir con este libro. No hay química ninguna entre los personajes; todas las conversaciones son súper mecánicas (a veces, incluso, pareciera que hablas con tu psicólogo de la Seguridad Social), hay frases que se repiten iguales literalmente , vamos, algo que me hace sospechar de algunas cositas, y los diálogos y situaciones giran en torno a lo mismo una y otra vez, sin llegar a ningún punto.
Sin hablar de que, encima, parece que nos quieran justificar continuamente que un tío abandonara a su prometida una semana antes de su boda con una única nota y sin ninguna explicación.

La idea es buena creo pero es muy cansino, repite muchísimas de las frases, tanto que había momentos supuestamente intensos que tenía la sensación de haber leído ya, y es que era cierto, frases iguales.
La química entre los personajes pues supuestamente estaba ahí pero tampoco era para tanto. Todo muy predecible.
Ha quedado abandonado porque me estaba saltando páginas y era perder el tiempo para mi.

The plot idea is good. But the book needs a lot of editing. It has too many repetitions and also a lot of faults in the story line.
