فهم العلاقات الدولية

تعد العلاقات الدولية أحد الفروع الأساسية من علم السياسة والتي خضعت وما زالت لتطورات عميقة وغزيرة إثر دخول العالم مرحلة العولمة بعد ثورة الاتصالات المستمرة مما جعل العالم يعيش بالفعل في قرية كونية واحدة. كما أن تدهور البيئة وانتشار الجريمة المنظمة ودور الشركات متعددة الجنسيات قد زاد من أثر هذه التطورات بما جعل العالم يتجه لنظريات جديدة في العلاقات الدولية تتخطى مفهوم السيادة بالمعنى التقليدي، ناهيك بأن الفرد قد صار بحكم حقوق الإنسان والحرب الإنسانية أحد الفاعلين الرئيسيين بجانب الدول والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية. وبعد ثورات الربيع العربي فإن الانتشار على كل مستويات العالم الأفكار الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان قد جعل من موضوعات العلاقات المتنوعة والكثيرة مجالاً للمزيد من البحوث التي تؤكد أهمية علم العلاقات الدولية والتي نحتاجها بشدة في مجالنا العربي والإسلامي في ضوء الحاجة الماسة لفهم العالم والمشاركة في فعالياته وتطوراته كشركاء بعد أن تخطينا مرحلة أننا كنا مجرد موضوع للعلاقات الدولية.
