A snowboarder with nothing to lose.

A photographer with something to prove.

A deal that takes them to new heights.

Hannah St. Pierre has sworn off men for good. After her last relationship went up in flames thanks to her new PCOS diagnosis, she's decided to focus on her health and growing her photography business in the heart of Boston. When her best friend Maya asks for help saving her family's ski resort in Vermont, Hannah packs her bags for a week of photography, snow, and fun.

What she didn't plan on? Noah Hart-the arrogant, hot as sin, two-time-Olympian she's meant to work with to put Snowy Peak back on the map. Except he seems to want nothing more than to get in her way and pester her at every turn.

When he's injured during practice, the two strike a deal: Hannah helps him get ready for the resort's New Year showcase, and he helps her unwind by any means necessary. As the clock ticks down and the line they drew in the snow starts to blur, they're both left wondering if they're ready to leave cloud nine...

He’s an Olympic gold medalist still reeling from a failed relationship with the woman he loved for three years. Also, struggling with the sudden betrayal of someone he believed to be his best friend.
She’s a photographer navigating a recent PCOS diagnosis while managing debilitating symptoms and trying to help save her best friend’s snow resort.

Together, they must overcome their differences and face their personal struggles with the support of close friends and family.

I absolutely loved how the author handled Hannah’s PCOS journey. I didn’t know much about the disorder or how deeply it can impact women both physically and emotionally, and the author did such a powerful job portraying those struggles. Hannah’s experiences felt raw, honest, and incredibly real.

Amanda also nailed the slow burn. The beginning of the story spends time fully developing the characters and their individual challenges, which made the buildup so worth it. When Hannah and Noah finally meet, the tension is electric—you can truly feel it.

The supporting cast was fantastic: Maya, her family, Coach Jones, Henry, and the other Olympic snowboarders all added so much heart to the story. I loved how they came together and supported one another, and I can easily see future books spinning off from these characters. I really hope that’s the plan!

Tropes you’ll find:
• Angst
• Sports romance
• Grumpy x sunshine
• PCOS representation
• Slow burn
• Banter
• Enemies to lovers

ARC REVIEW

This was such a cute read! It’s something different to what I usually read, but it was really well done! It’s the first book in the snowy peak series and based at a ski resort.

A Olympic snowboarder who is trying to get over a past relationship and betrayed by his best friend and a photographer who’s helping her best friends family to save their family’s ski restort.
A great enemies to lovers book with lots of banter. The slow burn between Noah and Hannah was really well written. The vibes of this book are a perfect wintery and cozy read and I ate this up in a few hours!

The cover is so cute and the story overall was really good and I can’t wait to continue the series!

Thankyou to Amanda and NetGalley for the early arc!

Thank you Amanda Sinatra and NetGalley for the eARC

I really enjoyed this sports romance! I haven’t read a snowboarding romance before and this one did not disappoint!

Hannah is a photographer who has a lot of personal struggles. She has PCOS which is highlighted in the book, the book also describes what people with PCOS go through and what insecurities and struggles they face.
Noah is an Olympic gold medalist who is struggling to hold himself together. He struggles to trust people and let people in. He is in a snowboarding slump when he meets Hannah and they don’t get on very well when they first meet. I love Noah’s character development throughout the story because I didn’t like him at first but loved him by the end.

Hannah agreed to work at her best friend's family ski resort to help save the business from closing. This is where she meets Noah, who is there to help out the resort back on the map.

I loved how the relationship between Hannah and Noah develops and I love the enemies to lovers trope! I highly recommend this book to any sports romance lovers!

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this as an ARC ebook!!

The cover of this book drew me in right away! I have never read a snowboarding romance and I couldn’t be happier this was my first.

The vibes of this book were so cozy, I could picture everything in my mind so clearly. it made me laugh so hard, had me fanning myself from the delicious spice and tearing up over everyone’s battles they were fighting.

Hannah, she gave woman everywhere representation for PCOS that I’ve never seen in books before and was so eye opening! The author took her platform and used it to inform readers, I respect that so much. I felt like I was on the journey with her. Her life was so uncertain with her diagnosis, her ex having used it against her in emotional abuse and manipulation. Leaving her broken and so hurt, with walls higher than a fortress.

Noah, oh Noah. The two time gold medalist Olympic snowboarder. I knew as soon as he was introduced, How he acted was a facade he put up to everyone around him. His ex cheated on him, with someone he thought he could trust. Leaving him broken, so he used women as an escape, his charm as a mask and acting like an ass hole to keep everyone at arms length.

Noah’s team gets a call from a couple who own Snowy Falls. A resort in Vermont. Their revenue is slipping, they need help and the team manager is an old friend owes them a favor, so the team makes their way to Vermont. Where, Noah and Hannah cross paths, her best friend’s parents are the ones who own the resort and she’s there as a photographer to help bring in revenue as well at her attempt save the resort.

An incident brings the two together in an unexpected way, causing Noah to be close enough to see through Hannah’s walls, enough to strike a deal with her to hopefully help them both.

The character development from Noah was SO well done. The “enemies to lovers” and tension were just everything. Hannah’s walls crumbling, her self reflection, her insecurities turning into acceptance for herself, it was emotional and raw.

This book surprised me in the best way! I absolutely loved it and about halfway through the book I called a second book and the characters for it. I’ll be waiting for it, so patiently!!!!

Cloud Nine is the first book in Amanda Sinatra’s Snowy Peak series.

The premise of this novel was so fun, and I recommend more than anything to pop Disney’s Cloud 9 on in the background for ambient noise and an immersive experience.

This book had everything, from an independent, sassy FMC, to a jaded, emotionally unstable MMC, to heavily repressed sexual tension, to ride or die best friends on both sides. And Snowy Peak? Sounds cozy as fucking hell with the cabins and hot chocolate bars and fireplaces. 10/10 would visit, even though my uncoordinated and unbalanced ass can’t ski or snowboard for shit. (highly appreciated the snowboarding dictionary at the start).

Both our MCs have pasts, and they heavily dictate their interactions with just about everybody else in their world, especially each other. I enjoyed the flashback chapters interwoven throughout to really show the history and impact these moments had on the MCs. Always a big fan of being shown, not told, why someone is the way they are!

The main qualm I had with this book was the constant second guessing, will they/won’t they, this is just temporary, they don’t feel the same way, wishy-washy back and forth our MC had. I get they’re both jaded, for very, very good reason on both ends. But I swear, a singular conversation could’ve saved them both so much trouble and heartache. They’re both adults, talk like it!! A simple “my last relationship really messed me up and I’m hesitant to jump into anything and don’t trust easily but I think you’re really cool and I wanna see where this goes” would’ve gone SUCH a long away.

Despite my distain for miscommunication (or I guess there lack of, any communication) I am very excited for Book 2, which will follow our MCs best friend and assistant.

❄️✨ ARC Review — Cloud Nine ✨❄️
Author: Amanda Sinatra
Series: Snowy Peak #1
Release Date: 2/17/2026

Cloud Nine is a snowy, slow burn romance about healing, self worth, and finding connection when you least expect it.

I loved the cover and the added snowboard dictionary (a lifesaver for us non snowboarders!).

Hannah heads to Vermont to help her best friend’s ski resort, expecting nothing more than a quiet work trip until she ends up paired with Noah, a two time Olympian with his own heartbreak and walls to work through. Their tension, bickering, and eventual softness made their connection feel real, messy, and worth rooting for.

One thing I really loved was the friendship between Hannah and Maya. Maya is such a supportive friend, always showing up, always ready to hype Hannah up, and giving her the space to grow. Their scenes had this fun, energetic vibe, even if at times they felt a little young for their age. Still, their bond added a lot of heart to the story and reminded me that found family can be just as important as romance.

The story touches on PCOS, mental abuse, and insecurities, and I appreciated how those topics were woven in thoughtfully. I actually learned a lot about PCOS through Hannah’s journey, and it made me feel even more connected to her.

The short chapters made this such an easy read, and the slow burn with some spice kept things fun.

There were a few moments of repetitiveness, but it didn’t take away from the overall story. The twist involving the outcome of Snowy Peak toward the end was a nice surprise, too.

I’ll admit, it felt a little unrealistic that Hannah would be chosen to help an Olympian work through his issues instead of a pro, but once I accepted it as part of the story’s charm, I enjoyed watching the two of them build trust (and tension!) together.

The supporting characters were great, and I’m definitely looking forward to book two!

Thank you so much to Amanda for the ARC! 💙🤍

I love sports romances and I loved getting a peak into the snowboarding world! While the story started out slow and I was not sure how I felt about the main characters, I soon got hooked on Cloud Nine and the main characters Hannah and Noah!

Hannah is dealing with a recent diagnosis of PCOS and a POS ex which has caused her to swear off men. Noah has been betrayed by the two closest people in his life which has shut him down emotionally... turning him into a man whore.

At first Noah was not the most likable character, he didn't treat woman well and was a jerk to Hannah. I understood his history and why he was closed off but I still had a hard time liking him in the beginning. Hannah also acted a bit high school with Noah, I wish she had been a little more clear headed and put Noah in his place more but alas, once we got over the mid/late 20 year olds acting immature, I soon fell for Noah and Hannah and was rooting for them both!

I love how once they made peace with each other Hannah helped Noah with his twisties and Noah worked to make sure Hannah realized how beautiful she was even without knowing her history with Liam and her PCOS diagnosis. Shoutout for the PCOS representations as well! Also, when Noah stood up for Hannah to Liam, swoon!

Outside the relationship between Noah and Hannah, I LOVED Hannah and Maya's friendship. I love their sisterly relationship and how sweet Maya's parents were with Hannah as well. Their friendship was the best! The other team mates and Henry also helped make the story and I hope the next story is Maya and Henry!!!!

Overall, a good story and if you love snowboarding, slow burn, enemies to lovers, and an awesome friendship, this book is for you! I look forward to the second book!

I am so bummed to have this book just not work for me. Maybe it’s because I get picky with slow burns? Or maybe It’s just because I have a very different relationship with my own chronic illness? This may have simply been because of the necessary explanations of the condition for the sake of readers who are unaware, but it felt a bit stiff in how that came across. Either way, the characters just didn’t click for me.

Unfortunately, I found Hannah to be rather unlikable. Clearly, from other reviewers, that seems to be more of a me thing than anything else. At times, she seemed whiny and frustrasting to read, which really took me out of the book.

Noah, for his sake, I found much more likable. His banter and personality I found to be strong for a MMC in a romance. I found myself wanting more of him, since I found him to be the more likable character.

The writing style was mostly strong. Having short chapters is a stylistic choice, and I thought it worked well here. The banter was well written and flowed smoothly. The tension was clear as well, as well as the plot regarding the resort, giving the reader some more stakes. I did find that the author at times could tell more than show. There were little bits that simply did not need to be included that led me to skim paragraphs at a time. She shines far more in the dialogue than the prose.

The side characters in this book do fully shine! I think Maya is fantastic, and even in the first few chapters, I found myself caring more for her than Hannah. I’m excited to try Amanda Sinatra’s writing again with the next book in the series.

I honestly wanted – and anticipated - liking this one, as a huge Olympics and sports romance fan, but ultimately, it just fell short for me. I am glad to see that others have loved this book, and clearly there is just something that did not click for me specifically.

Amanda. From the amount of voice notes that I sent you was CRAZY. But to say that I loved your book is an understatement. OBSESSED is more like it. I am obsessed with banter, the spicy scenes, their individual journeys, the ski resort (I wanna go to one now, thanks), the fight (you go noah), and all the Cloud Nine Disney Channel Movies Vibes.

Noah. Chapter 5? WHAT A START. IMMEDIATE fuckboy energy, SAY LESS, IM YOURS. Even though the way to my heart is through a fuckboy, what I LOVED most about you Noah was your journey to becoming the person that you became. Because the growth and realizations made about both Hannah & the sport you loved was PERFECTION. Because going from your girl & best friend? FUCK THEM. To falling in love while going Tit for Tat with Hannah & be successful at the sport you loved? SAT. Noah is everything that I didn’t know I needed. Now where can I find my Olympic Snowboarder? Asking for a friend.

Hannah. Going Tit for Tat with Noah Hart? I could NEVER. But dropping everything to help your bestie while feeling so self conscious about your body? OMG ARE YOU ME? Or AM I YOU? Because I related SO MUCH to you. Because the want to hide your body during sex? ME. The comments about your body? SAME. Not taking ANY shit from ANY man? GO OFF. Running away from something incredible? HEARTBROKEN. Realizing it & coming back to that something incredible? UNFORGETTABLE. But doing ALL of this while living with PCOS & saving your bestie’s family's Ski Resort? INCREDIBLE. I will never begin to understand your struggles but did it educate me in the best ways possible? ABSOLUTELY. So thanks for educating me & showing me how to keep loving myself.

SAY LESS moments:
I LOVE CHILIS.
Gift Card Dude. PLEASE INCLUDE HIM IN THE WHOLE SERIES.
FUCK the best friend & his ex.
The Used Condom? Was DYING.
I disliked Cassy SO MUCH.
Hannah’s ex is INSANE.
GOD WE LOVE WHEN A MAN CRAWLS.
The Ending? EVERYTHING.

Now…when can I get Maya & Henry’s Story?

I absolutely loved Cloud Nine. I started it with the intention of reading a few chapters and ended up finishing the entire book in a single day.

One of the strongest aspects of this story is the banter, it’s sharp, natural, and full of tension. Amanda Sinatra does a wonderful job creating characters who feel real and emotionally grounded. Hannah (Red), a photographer living with anxiety and PCOS, was especially refreshing to read. Her struggles are portrayed with care and authenticity, and I really appreciated seeing a FMC who felt so relatable and fully realized.

Noah, the MMC, is an Olympic snowboarder trying to find his footing after his girlfriend cheats on him with his best friend. He’s honest about how lost he’s been over the past year, and that vulnerability made his character easy to root for.

The setting: a ski resort Hannah is determined to save this adds a cozy, wintry atmosphere that perfectly complements the emotional arc of the story. The romance is open-door, with great tension and chemistry throughout, and the emotional beats felt earned rather than rushed.

I was also pleasantly surprised by a glimpse of a future story featuring Maya, which immediately landed on my TBR. Amanda Sinatra truly nailed the banter, pacing, and emotional connection between the characters.

Highly recommend this to readers looking for a cozy winter romance with depth, humor, and heart

Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read this Arc! Thank you to Amanda Sinatra as well!

The premise of the plot & friendship between Hannah and Miya is what kept me reading. Miya and Hannah have such a close and wholesome relationship and it was refreshing to read. I have not come across many stories where a friendship was central to the plot besides the romance.

This story taught me more about PCOS and I appreciated it so much! I wish Hannah could feel how empowering it was to see into her struggles and know she was not alone! I do wish I got to see more into how she tried to be more than her diagnosis than some of the flashbacks we got. Somethings within the story did not feel they were needed to move the story forward. It made me feel that Hannah and Noah needed another book to really understand their love. I got lost trying to find their connection and wish we were able to experience more than what was given. It is ultimately why I was in the 3.5 to 4 camp because I didn’t feel the romance and was rooting for her to choose herself at the end. Noah needed more time than what he was given.

Thank you for the read!

This book is adorable and the characters were engaging and lovable. It was refreshing to see a character with PCOS, and I loved the realness of the problems Hannah faced because of her illness. The friendship between Hannah and Maya was heartwarming, I love them together and seeing the two of them unwavering in their support for each other. I also really enjoyed both Hannah and Noah (individually and together), and the issues they struggled with, but I didn't really understand was why Hannah specifically was chosen to help Noah in the beginning. Despite this disconnect on why she's helping him, their discord turned friendship (with benefits) was so fun to read about. The author did a good job of creating interest with the side characters and possible relationships to come in future books while still focusing on the main couple. I will say I think Maya's critique of gift card guy was a little harsh and superficially judgy, and soured me to her a little, but I do still like her enough to read the next book in this series. Thanks Netgalley for the e-ARC!

Oh my goodness gracious this book was amazing! It was everything I was looking forward too and more. The characters of Hannah and Noah are well thought out and so put together. They feel like real life people and remind me of some of my favorite book characters from other book series.

I adore just how stubborn the pair of them are as well. They are two sides of the same coin. Noah is stubborn in the sense that is persistent in “getting” Hannah, for lack of a better term. That boy is absolutely smitten with this fiery woman who does not take his crap and, unlike every other women, is in no way interested in him. This Olympian, to no surprise, likes a challenge.

Hannah (or Red as Noah so affectionately calls her), is stubborn in the sense that she will not go down with out a fight. She will get Noah to participate in snowboarding again, come hell or high water.

Plus we cannot forget our two favorite side characters, Maya & Henry whose book I am anxiously awaiting!

Post Read: This book was so cute and super fun to read! I loved how descriptive it was. It had the ability to help me as a reader see exactly what is going on in the story. I also thought the two main characters really had AMAZING banter! As a spicy redhead myself I couldn't help but be able to relate to Hannah. She is a spicy photographer with a unique past that links with the MMC nicely. Amanda Sinatra has such a fun and light writing style I absolutely recommend reading this when it comes out.

I also really enjoyed her best friend Maya's character in the story and was pleasantly surprised at the end of the book to be able to read a insert from Book 2 that is about her.

Amanda Sinatra, this book!!! I cried multiple times throughout the book, what a cathartic experience 💓
The story follows Hannah, a photographer who spends a winter at the Snowy Peak resort. Once arriving at the resort, she soon has a run-in with Noah, a two-time olympic gold medalist snowboarder with a playboy image. Hannah and Noah's story is oh so sweet and is filled with witty banter, steamy scenes, and heartfelt and tender moments.

I absolutely loved the representation of PCOS in this story. It was so refreshing to read about an FMC who is dealing with real life issues and insecurities that many of us face and live with. I also loved Noah and the way he treated Hannah. You know the song Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis? Noah's actions are perrrfectly reflected in that song. May we all find our Noah, and a safe love that sounds like the soundtrack of Bleeding Love.

This book ended up being much more emotional than I expected, in the most amazing way! I really loved Amanda Sinatra’s writing! I loved the snowy setting and also the sports romance elements, I feel like they gave the book a super fun wintery setting! But I really feel the heart of the story lies so much in personal growth. Hannah really stood out to me immediately. Her struggle with PCOS, and also feeling disconnected from the life she once envisioned felt so very raw and real. I loved the representation of PCOS, I feel like I rarely ever see it in any kind of media and I thought it was written and handled so well! Her emotional journey felt so honest, especially in the way she handles uncertainty and self-doubt while also still trying to show up for the people she loves.
I also really enjoyed the found family element and the sense of community in the book. It added so much warmth to the story. I’m so grateful for getting the opportunity to read!! :)

I was very intrigued by the premise of this book, since I love sports romance but had never read, or even heard of, a snowboarding romance before. I appreciated that this was an easy, quick read with cozy winter vibes.
I did wish there was more substance, particularly in the romance and character development. The main characters’ relationship didn’t feel clearly developed, which was likely exacerbated by the choppy flow between scenes. The character development suffered in a similar way. My biggest complaint is that certain events in the second half of the book seemed to come out of nowhere and were never fully explained.
Overall, I’d recommend this if you’re looking for a quick winter read, but otherwise it may be one to skip for now.

I am in love with this book! I’m usually one where I have to read a chapter or two to get into it, especially if it’s a new author I haven’t read yet, but Amanda’s writing hooked me in from the beginning.

I’m a sucker for a good enemies to lovers so I’m not surprised i loved this book LOL! It had the cutest vibes and the best story line for the most perfect RomCom movie.

Also obsessed and in love with Noah 😍 seeing him go from rough & grumpy to smooth & sweet was the highlight of the book for me. The crawling?!? Are you kidding me?!

I love Hannah and her entire story. It’s one i personally understand a little too well, so it was nice to see that representation in the book.

I will be recommending this book to anyone who will listen, forever.

Thank you NetGalley and Amanda Sinatra for the ARC! This was the perfect book for me to read on my family snowboarding vacation in Aspen!!! Such a fun and quick read. From the first page, I was invested! This book focuses on the love story between Hannah & Noah. I am not one to typically like the enemies to lover theme, however this one was actually good. I would have enjoyed for their romance to be a bit more emotional as it was mainly focused on the physical, up until the end of the book. They had an undeniable attraction towards each other which in turn, provides the reader with multiple VERY steamy scenes (which was too much for me - felt like I was reading porn). In addition, Noah had a very dirty mind! One thing I did appreciate was there were absolutely no boring parts of the book which was a huge win. I give the book 3 ⭐️s!!

ARC. Thank you NetGalley!

The beginning had me hooked but somewhere in the middle of the story my interest started to wane. The MMC, Noah Hart, was really hard to like even though he had a traumatic experience in his love life I did not like the fact that he liked to purposely get a rise of the FMC, Hannah St. Pierre, through jealousy more than once. On the other hand I loved Hannah. Her diagnosis was really heart breaking but she managed to persevere despite her diagnose and her shitty ex-boyfriend.

I also enjoyed that the book was told in dual point of views. And of course I loved Hannah's best friend Maya! She was an MVP when it came to being there for Hannah and together the two were hilarious. The buildup to Maya's character and her romantic interest was pretty obvious in this book and I'm looking forward to reading Maya's potential HEA in book #2.

thank you netgalley for the arc!

the cover is gorgeous and I was so looking forward to this.

I love the concept of this book. I love books where two characters have to work together and they don't like each other much, but because of how often they're together they realize they like each other. Of course, the romance part only really happens in books! But, still. I also loved the PCOS rep. And the emotional way that Noah and Hannah connected by the end of the story. I also enjoyed how the store itself was written.

Unfortunately, I guess I didn't read the synopsis well enough because I didn't realize I was jumping into a book where it felt like 85% of it was explicit content. I really wish there were warnings for that. It ruins the book for me. I think this could've been done without as much explicit content and still have been successful.

“Your body is a temple red, and I’m ready to worship it”

As a beta reader I might be a bit biased but this is by far the best sports romance book I’ve read in YEARS!!! Amanda really has a way of making her characters have so much depth in so little words. I honestly was hooked on this one from page one. So much so that I’ve been begging the author to drop man bun Cody’s book asap 😂😭 highly highly recommend this one if that’s not obvious already!!

You really feel for Hannah on her PCOS journey and seeing the flashbacks from her emotional abusive past relationships. We follow Hannah on a journey through photography as she tries to get some attention coming back to Snowy Peak resort in order to help her best friend save their family business. Of course she bumps into the brute snowboarder who has a bad case of the Twisties and could use some more training. Can Hannah train him without losing her focus? Or will the family resort be doomed??

Thank you to the author and NetGalley for this ARC 🫶🏻

As someone currently navigating a PCOS journey, I’m thankful for representation in romance!

Hannah is a photographer trying to save her best friend’s family’s resort. The only option is to host a snow boarding competition with Noah Hart, a charming womanizer.

Hannah can’t stand him at first, but Noah is captivated. They’ve both been hurt in the past and aren’t looking for serious. As Hannah helps Noah get over his twisties, the two begin hooking up. When feelings are inevitable, can these two make it work?!

I truly couldn’t stand Hannah’s ex and the way he made her feel. Him showing up really frustrated me. Noah’s ex making an appearance also aggravated me. Their exes truly sucked!
