This book is everything I expected. It clearly provides Biblical principles for losing weight and keeping it off. By following its principles, I have lost 60 pounds and kept them off for multiple years with very little fluctuation. The key is to find a way of eating and exercising that you can do forever. Having a team of losers to help through the initial process worked well for me. I always needed the spiritual side of understanding weight-loss and this book provides it. Highly recommend.
